The staff, location and ambience of this place were fabulous. So close to a gorgeous beach with a huge selection of sea front eateries. Near to markets and supermarkets too.
Often no water in our room, and wi-if only on ground floor - hence if I go back I will definitely request ground floor (not 3rd) apartment.
now have cable tv, Hooray
no complaints for the money
The price! 50 m to the beach. Friendly staff. International TV, aircon. Pool etc
Bathroom pretty average. Pillows old and flat. Sink tap didn't work. Shower hard to adjust. Breakfast? Toast, juice, noodles..... but for the price I paid, very happy to put up with the poor plumbing etc
Close to the beach....staff tried to help even if they had a lack of English..
no good breakfast...shower very bad power...
location, pool, room, fridge, tv, dvd player
breakfast, wifi, hot water
Good location from beached and center.
Too much dirty, total absence of maintenace, no staff awarness about horrible condition of hotel Who is the hotel manager????
for one night is OK, but no more Staff helpful
worn-out, run-down, dirty taps didn't work - no water in the bathroom, glasses were dirty
closeness to Sanur beach.
the water on 3rd floor was very rarely enough pressure to fill toilet system, no hot water for 5 days, aircond not working, optional rooms lacking water , mouldy and damp.the staff were unhelpful and rude. all guests paying different rates for the same rooms. Wifi very intermittent, breakfast (when available ) is a joke, animals sitting eating the food while staff stand watching.dirty chipped cups /plates
every thing disgrace
Good location, near the beach and restaurants.
TV and DVD were not working, the whole room smelled like chemicals, workmen attempted to get into the room while I was still sleeping in the morning then proceeded to leave the door to my room open later that morning.
Rooms hadn't been booked for us. We were eventually shown 2 rooms which were really awful - dirty, dark, small, definitely not worth the price.
The staff is very friendly and try to do the best even if they are not helped by the hotel maintenance condition.
The value for money is very poor. I asked to change my room due to mosquitoes invasion, so I changed in a very small room with a water leak on the ceiling coming from the bathroom on the next floor. Hot water wasn't working, air con without command. I choose this room because the staff wasn't able to open the door of another room because the key barrel was broken. 25 usd for this is very expensive in Indonesia. And u have been living here for more than 2 years
There was a fridge in the room so I could keep beer cold and drink away the misery of staying here.
Warning: bed bug infestation! Found huge bed bugs crawling through our sheets and over us, towels unwashed and stank of urine, sewage bubbling out of blocked shower, whole room smells of sewage (all rooms - we went through three rooms over two nights, disgusting). Water running down walls from ceiling and flooded corner of one of the rooms overnight, black mould all over the place, damp, hot water advertised but no hot water, wifi practically not working. Seriously stay away. Read trip advisor, I mistakenly did not.
Where can I start? When I arrived, my room wasn't ready until 430-5PM, so by the time I was able to use my room and inspect the mould I couldn't realistically find another hotel (delay due to 'fixing the airconditioning' - they didn't) The place was disgusting. The whole hotel was covered in mould - if you sat on the toilet, the ceiling would drip on you. Air conditioning didn't work. Had to go up 3 flights to get to disgusting room. When locking up for the night, my friend (in the second room of our booking) couldn't lock her door. We had already paid more for a 'deluxe' room which was cramped, tiny and unhygienic (covered in hair, sticky floors, while also clearly being smaller and different to the other 'deluxe rooms' of the booking), and as she felt unsafe without being able to safely secure her room. When she requested to either have the minor lock fixed (screwing in the lock would have been a solution), an additional bed to be placed in my room, or shift to another room, she was screamed at repeatedly by the manager. She was moved into a room, after an hour of arguing, that had bed bugs (pictures taken and identified by a doctor) and blood from previous guests' bedbug bites on the sheets, as well as pubic hair on the clearly unwashed linen. She asked to change rooms again, as this is not at all safe or sanitary - very basic measures of a hotel. Again, we were screamed at by the manager and threatened with 'calling the police' - as if we had done anything wrong. Finally, we got a third room, which was uninhabitable due to the leaking diesel fuel smell. Finally, we insisted (by this point, hours of arguing, at 3AM) for a mattress on the floor of my room. Again another fight with the manager who threatened eviction and jail (how this was at all logical, I don't know) and abused until my friend was in tears. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
close to the beach and village
-Very dirty -breakfast almost inexistent -stuff dull -swimming pool is more a frog pond than a pool -for a few days the only thing you could spread on the bread in the morning was butter because they finished the jam and none of these people went to the shop litterarly beside the corner to buy a jam jar! -room very dirty, there was almost anything under the bed, from dead insects to cigaretts butts, nobody has brushed under the bed for ages! -second room they gave me had broken toilette ,smoke smelling, dirty linen with still the hair of the prevous occupant....
It was a cheap place. Our room had a fridge and the staff were nice, though we had to ask for things that were normally supplied without asking.
They didn't wash the sheets on the bed and the bathroom floor was pretty dirty. We had to ask for soap and water for the room. The breakfast was also sort of a joke.
Fridge in the room. Free drinking water in the garden. Close to the beach.
Rooms were not cleaned every day. Dirty towels. Actually no internet connection, always had trouble with it. Swimming pool was covered with green stuff so not for swimming. No place to connect computer or other electrical device. TV is not working, remote control broken. Poor breakfast, fried rice every day, hair in the food.
Balcony. The stuff was friendly.
I have travelled a lot but I have NEVER seen such a dirty place. There is not one thing clean. And don't even look at the table cloth, the floor or plates while you're having the poor breakfast.....It makes you sick. People should be payed to stay there because it is a health risk. 100% to expensive!
Just may be the small swim-pool and a few steps to the beach.
We received something like arabian appartment, a little bit out of the hotel. The cleanless was very poor, in bath-room we were afraid to take shower. Wifi was interrupted very often. Very poor breakfast, just melone, rice and bread with butter and marmelade.
Very good Position, very kind staf but not clean and poor breakfast
