The location was great, easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, beach and pamper yourself treatments, the hotel was in the middle of all this action yet it was very quiet and peaceful to return too. A good range of people, young, old, singles and families. A great 3 star place to stay, simple and clean. Value for money. No complaints |

Our room was great location, and ground floor as requested for health issues was very important. Clean and friendly. Food was prepared well and delicious. Prices were good. Location perfect, close to everything but well away if you wanted it to be. |

First of all, this is a great location for those who are inclined to have a massive friday/saturday night as it is a close walk to the clubs and pubs of Legian. Also, I found the room quite spacious and enjoyed the fact that they had satellite television. Well, the servings for the breakfast could have been bigger, the rooms were not very sound-proof as I was able to hear the shower of a room two doors, and one floor, down. But, these were just minor complaints, as I believe that you pay for the location mainly, and it is very close to main shopping districts, and the beach. |

Staff were excellant, very helpful. Room was great, air con, new sheets n towels daily. Walking distance to everything. Great atmosphere. Pool bar cocktails lovely!! |

the services was good and there was all ways a good selection @ breakfast the pool was a good size with a kids pool. Also a good bus service to town. the bed was to hard and the air con was noisey |

- El diseño del hotel, los jardines y la pileta. - Los baños son muy feos. Necesitan una renovación. El hotel debe haber tenido una mejor época. Me toco un habitación contigua a una oficina de empleados que hacian mucho ruido tipo 6 de la mañana e inevitablemente te despertaban. El desayuno muy pobre. |

Hotel satisfaisant dans l'ensemble, la propreté, le petit déjeuner L'hôtel n'est pas situé près de la plage (10minutes), les chambres sont satisfaisantes mais sans plus, salle de bains simplette et aurait besoin d'être rafraîchie. La piscine est propre, mais n'offre que quelques places comparé à la taille de l'hôtel. Demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la piscine pour plus d'intimité, et éviter le rez-de-chaussée. |

Die Lage ist direkt im Shoppingviertel, zum Strand sind es aber 10 Minuten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der Strasse gelegen, konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, sehr lauter, starker Strassenlaerm. Haben am naechsten Tag ein Zimmer bekommen im Innenhof, das war um einiges besser. Das Fruehstueck ist auch nicht gut, kann dieses Hotel insgesamt nicht weiterempfehlen. Wurden auch beim Taxipreis geprellt, den die Receptionistin fuer uns angerufen hatte. |

Op loopafstand van strand, winkels en restaurant. Vriendelijke staff, prima ontbijtbuffet. Verouderde badkamers. Enigzins rumoerig hotel, maar dat kan bijna niet anders in Kuta. |

部屋にテンキー式のセーフティーBOXがありました。調子が悪かったですが、ドライヤーあり。コンセントが- ドライヤーのものしかなく、充電には困りました。アクアが毎日無料で置いてありました。部屋は簡素ですが、- リノベーションされており清潔。バスルームは古さがありましたが、広めで温水シャワーの出は良く、エアコン- も良く効きました。朝食はあまり期待できません。スタップの出勤時間が７時台でこの時間に朝食をとると、排- 気ガスが気になりました。レストランは、照明がついていない日もありました。 前払いを要求され、USDで支払いましたが、数時間後になぜか追加料金を請求されました。理由はわかりませ- んでしたが、確約書を２部用意してまだ１部手元にあったため、金額を示し払った事を話すと請求を取り下げま- した。確約書は２部もって行かれる事をお勧めします。 |
