It's about time to replace the towels, currently looks more like a mat; shower compartment needs a good scrubbing; there's a stale or mouldy smell lingers in the room

Humidity is too high. Bed linen was always wet.

Fantastic location. In the middle of a forest valley, so quiet and peaceful. Views from breakfast and the pool are breath taking. Staff are superb, go out of their way to help. Our villa was great, big, spacious and comfortable. Bikes avaiable free of charge are great for afternoon peddle around the rice fields. - Real romantic getaway. - near by monkey forest is worth taking a trip to

- price of taxi to and from Ubud centre. Expensive - more frequent free shuttle bus run to Ubud centre is needed. - Pool could do with being warmer

Very beautiful location surrounded by nature and a room (villa) so located that you have full privacy, with a huge balcony. Many movies and music on the entertainment system. Nice pools, Very friendly staff some of them speaking good English. Breakfast you can order a la carte whatever you want. A place to go if you really like to relax.

Only one bath towel per person per day. The restaurant does not serve any light meals for reasonable prices. Its all for full high price or nothing... No (small) shops nearby at all to buy a drink, snack or cigaret. So make sure you bring your own. Internet is not working the way you should expect from such a luxe resort. (Free) Bikes are not maintained as the website suggest. Don't forget your insect spray and afterbite cream.

I have experianced the best welcome ever! Flower garland, welcome drink, flower bath for feet and we`ve got as well 30 minutes feet massage each which my girlfriend madeover to 1 hour full body massage for I doesn`t like massages at all. Spectacular views and sounds of nature.

Great view. Nothing but jungle. Away from the noise of ubud. Very polite and accommodating staff. The hotel is beautifully built on the slope of a hill, with the river just below. Excellent, huge rooms with lots of privacy and big terrace.

-The welcome was wonderful - very luxurious and really special -The room was beautiful with lots of space and an amazing view -The setting was perfect - The complimentary bikes were a fantastic way to see the wonderful countryside and paddy fields

-Disappointed in the food - very poor choice for breakfast, cold tea and coffee. -Staff in the restaurant had very limited English which was not what I expected from a property of this quality. It was difficult to communicate our needs -There should be more complimentary shuttle services to Ubud being so far out of town.

The location about 10 minutes north of Ubud was brilliant! We caught the hotel shuttle into Ubud one day for some shopping and sightseeing and paid a taxi Rp7500 (a$7.50) to take us back later that day. The view from the resort was simply outsanding. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We had a private pool and spa villa and enjoyed massages in our villa each afternoon. We also made us of the hotels bikes to take a short ride around the area - breath taking views of rice paddies, blue skies and palms. The food was perfectly fine. Not top class dining, but what can you expect in a semi remote location in Bali??

There were 66 stairs from our room to the hotel restaurant. Thankfully it wasn't raining when we were there - I can imagine it being a bit slippery otherwise. Not for the mobility challenged!!

We had an absolutely lovely time at Alam Ubud. The villa was set in a stunning tranquil environment. What impressed us the most were the sincerity and friendliness if the staff. They made out short stay truly memorable. Would recommend this villa to anyone making the trip to Bali.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous private villas, with private balcony and beautiful setting, you really can enjoy complete privacy! Also enjoyed the complimentary 1 hour massage on our balcony for staying for 4 days. Staff were very friendly too, and it was a nice and useful touch that you were allowed 3 or 4 pieces of laundry a day done free.

Though i mention the following things, none are real deal breakers, particularly if you get the half price off offer we did through booking ( about 250 USD), we felt the villas more up for it! Although not a problem for us, do not come here if you have mobility issues, you do walk up and down quite a distance to get to your room or to the lobby, although they do have a pickup service with a golf cart, but I don't think it reaches everywhere, e.g. the spa at the bottom. Considering the extremely high level of luxury at the resort, their food was surprisingly lack lustre and limited. They should improve it, but then again you should also go out and enjoy Ubud too! Also, considering the setting, they had reasonable prices for the pamper sessions but my wife didnt like some of the products they used, and I would expect more refinement. Lastly, although you shouldn't be thinking of going online, we were using our smart phones, which by nature have poorer reception than a laptop, and the hotel internet connectivity coverage was not great, it only worked for us in one corner of the balcony.

Loved everything! Absolutely amazing place with amazing views and location was great - peaceful and serene - and by car you could get easily to Ubud Market and Monkey Forest etc. Shuttle worked as promised and there were plenty of time to explore Ubud before the last pickup at 9pm. Villa Kunti 1 was amazing and worth the money! Villa's spa room was nice place to have in room massages. Our pool was nice and looked bigger than in the pictures. They also cleaned it everyday. Staff were friendly and food was great!

The location is quiet and peaceful, staff very friendly and helpful, food at the hotel was nice, spa treatments were reasonably priced and excellent and the rooms, pools and views all amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Only two free shuttles into ubud and back per day, otherwise you can pay 10 usd for a car. More shuttles would be great.

Beautifull hotel. The villas are nicely decorated and very spacious. Perfect hotel to relax and to explore ubud. You can borrow their bikes to explore the hotel surroundings. The staff was very friendly, and specially the girls at the reception, They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Amazing view from the infinity pool.

The breakfast. This needs improving. Not enough variety ,and the quality of their current selection could be improved. I.e fresh orange juice instead of from concentrate. We also had dinner at the hotel once, and we were not very impressed.

*Very quiet peaceful location and only 14 Villas so small resort which is what we were looking for. *Villa with its own private pool & spa room and beautiful views and privacy. *Main Swimming Pool was gorgeous with beautiful views and natural spring water no chlorine. *You could have breakfast/dinner in a private gazebo at no extra charge. *The staff gave us a complimentary 3 course dinner + bottle of wine for my birthday which was lovely and also a gorgeous birthday cake. *Attention to detail rose petals in the bath and on the bed when we arrived.

The rooms were fantastic! Well laid out, clean, modern and luxurious. I stayed with my partner and felt relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff were exceptional always willing to help, smiling and going beyond of what was expected. The view was to die for, amazing vista of the jungle from the room and the infinity pool. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

出发前给酒店发邮件接机，一直没有回复。到日惹时候电话联系确定了，接机时还是出了差错，耽误了3个小时。- 酒店弥补免费给我们升级的房间，位置相对好点，才发现如果住河谷下面的房间会很潮湿，并且上下怕楼梯很不方- 便 早餐选择少，晚餐很美味

被单不是很干净， 蚊虫比较多， 离乌布实在太远了，免费的班车每天只有两趟，不太方便

Das Hotel ist direkt in einem Hang im Dschungel gebaut. Die jeweiligen Bungalows sind toll ausgestattet .. zum Teil mit Pool und Spa Bereich. Das Essen im Hotel war einfach lecker, das Personal SEHR freundlich und die ganze Ausstattung war einfach toll. Ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt ist man von Reisfeldern umgeben, was den Flair noch einmal topt. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen wenn wir wieder in Ubud wären

Die Lage der Anlage ist sehr schön, da wir uns wie im Dschungel gefühlt haben. Der Shuttle-Service nach Ubud ist super.

زي ما قلت لكم في الاجابيات كل حاجه فيه حلوه الا شيء واحد وهوه الحشراات الشحراات متعبه هناك للاسف ما خرب المكان الا الحشرات طبعا بما ان المكان ريفي فطبيعي راح يكون الحشرات فيها واجد لاكن بصراحه من نايحيتي استمتعت فيه كثير كانت احلا ثلاث ايام وعندي صور للمكان صوره كثيره

别墅的环境一流棒，坐落在峡谷一侧，有一个小的无边泳池，看峡谷对面的原始森领，别墅不多，基本都是半开放- 式的，入住的时候选靠近河谷的私密性更好点

离乌布皇宫有点远，20分钟车程，酒店只提供下午3点去，晚上9点回的免费班车，其它时间10美元一趟。早- 餐很一般，没什么东西吃

酒店给了免费升级，都升到了有私人泳池的别墅。无边泳池非常美。提供免费接送机，非常超值，毕竟单程去机场- 至少要1个半小时。房间非常大。性价比还是很可以的。

出行不便，一天就2班车去乌布中心，回酒店的要晚上9点，如果能早点就好。酒店对虫子和蚂蚁的处理可能不是- 很够，蚂蚁到处爬。还有所谓的welcome foot massage就是泡了一会脚，小失望。毛巾什么有些看着还有污垢。
