Our suite was great, clean, quite and very comfortable! Just amazing! The service - especially the staff in Aleesha Café and Evie (such a lovely lady) were exceptional, they were always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the place, the atmosphere and the breakfast that was always freshly prepared. If felt difficult for us to leave the place but hope to see you soon! Thank you for the excellent service!

    Nothing to complain

The room is big and comfortable The bed is good

Overall the price is very high compared to what you get here. The service was not very good, lots of times nobody was there for us, everything you ask for has to be paid extra. We had been to many places in Bali before staying here and you kind of get used to nice Balinese people. Here everyone was quite cold! We had so many moskitos and they only told us at the end of our stay that we could find repeller in the kitchen. The swimming pool looks old compared to the pictures. The room for the breakfast is very cold too.

Nice villa with good value for money.

Villa is a bit away from main Sanur. However, they do provide shuttle to Sanur area.

All of the staff is excellent, responsive, friendly and available to make your stay extra special. The food is expertly prepared and presented. If you are celebrating a special occasion they do everything to make it even more special. The villas are extremely comfortable with an excellent layout. We can not say enough good things and highly recommend Aleesha Villas if you wish to have your own little paradise. You will be tempted to never leave to see the rest of Bali.

We liked the privacy of the villa with the nice pool and pool area. Food was OK but can be improved by using less oil in frying food. Staff were overall friendly.

The location of the Aleesha resort. The drive leading up to the resort itself. The resort was fine.

We were staying in Aleesha Villas and Suites from the 18th of February to the 3d of March for almost two full weeks. It is honestly a highly recommended place to stay, whether alone, as a couple, or with a family. But let’s start from the beginning. The first good impression was received with an answer to my email 4 days before we left home, saying that the booking is confirmed and they are looking forward to make our stay a real treat. The personnel are very skilled and attentive. They will be ready to help you with any request you might have. We were met by Aris, a wonderful and smiley driver who brought us right to the hotel in just 20 minutes. The nice thing is that if you arrive late, there is no need to go and check-in at the reception: “you can do that tomorrow”. For us it was a real relief after a 24-hour journey. The suite is very comfortable and nice. The bathroom is spacious and full of light. Every suite has a kitchen with minimum minibar supplies, a stock of anti-mosquito repellents and complimentary water. If you have food preferences you can write them in advance, and the fridge will be full of your favorites. The pool is a separate issue. We spend lots of time in our pool, where you can find sunbeds and towels. And it’s literally 2 meters away from your room. When we came, we only had 1 week booked, in order to have a chance to change or upgrade, and we even had a look at Aleesha’s villas, but realized that we were just so comfortable, that there was absolutely no need for that. The restaurant has a good variety of food, they can bring breakfast to your room, or villa, and can arrange a nice and romantic candle-lit dinner at the pool. The location is very comfortable, in Sanur there are not so many tourists, and it is a comfortable hub if you wanna go to picturesque and spiritual Ubut, or to the crazy non-stop-partying south, or anywhere else. There is a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the beach.

They are expanding at the moment, and there can be some construction noise, but they try to do it in the afternoon hours when most of the guests are out of the premises. Was not a problem for us at all.

We stayed at Villa Ellie. Excellent value for money. Loved the open plan kitchen and the spacious rooms. Location not too bad, within walking distance from bars/ restaurants in Sanur. Staff was very friently and attentive. Our villa comprised of two different small apartments, having the kids to walk by the pook if needed anything during the night. However once we pointed out the problem, the manager immediately, first tried to negotiate with the residents of another villa to exchange villas but it didn't work out, therefore immediately arranged and provided us free of charge two single beds which we could fit in our apartment's living room. Will definitely come back if we get the chance.

If you travel with young kids make try to book a villa with adjoining bedrooms Though breakfast quality was good, perhaps some increase in quantity would have made it better. But still you can always have some toast and cereals in your kitchen to compensate.

The location (despite being far down a one way road from the main center) and staff were good.

Not clean, bad stale smoke and musty villa smell, lumpy pillows, old thin mattresses that were very uncomfortable, stained and worn out towels, outdated facilities and amenities, very poor lighting. Extremely rough around the edges (claustrophobic) and overpriced villa for what you receive as there are so many other beautiful up-to-date villas and rooms for less money and of far better quality in Bali. I do not recommend staying in the older villas. It's just not worth it.

Friendly & helpful staff, very clean & spacious studios? Very peaceful surroundings, great place if you need peace & quiet.Bonus having kitchenette area.

Disappointed that we had to pay extra if we wanted bacon or eggs for breakfast as the booking form quite clearly states the breakfast is included....doesn't say it only includes some things and not others. Feel at the price it should be included.

Aleesha is a perfect place for those who look for peace, serenity and relaxation. It's a very cosy and charming hotel, the design is just a feast for an eye. The food is gorgeous, one of the best we tasted on Bali. And we loved the staff - they are so friendly and cheerful, and kind! Thanks so much and we hope to see you again :)

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Free wifi in the room. Quiet place and great to relax after a trip through bali. Room is very big and modern. Possibility to borrow DVDs and to exchange used books. Hotel is not directly in the center, but it's only a 5 min. walk to get there.

You have to choose between different breakfasts, a buffet would be better. It's not directly at the beach -you have to walk about 10 min. to the beach, but they have a free shuttle service at fixed times as well.
