Excellent staff. Extremely friendly and very efficient. Helped us a lot to plan our trip, book rail tickets. The view of the city from the top floors, fantastic. Rooms are clean with top class facilities. A wide array of excellent food at breakfast. Had a very enjoyable, relaxed stay.

Gym is well equipped. Hotel is good value for money.

The mattress was very soft / felt old. The gym is rather hot if you are training on treadmills etc - stand fans would help. The breakfast area is so dark makes you want to go back to sleep. Staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel cafe was being used by smokers with no non-smoking area.

Very nice staff, good room and excellent executive lounge, center of the city, feels as a safe area.

Light in the rooms were so low that it is hard to work there. Executive lounge is an escape to that.

Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.

The staff, especially in the executive lounge, were exceptionally friendly and highly trained. The room, an executive suite, was excellent all all counts - views, space and finish. The food was first rate. I highly recommend the Alila Jakarta.

It is close to most things in Jakarta, you can get a taxi very easily and drivers know where to take you. Trip to the mall $5 including tip one way. Other attractions are also close including the Mosque and Church as well as Monas.

The walls in the room are plain white, no pictures. It would make more for a home feel and comfortable if that would change.

Their english needs some improvement, at least the front desk people. Also they did not know much about the various sightseeing options, like the closure days of various parks, monuments, museums, etc. the distance from the hotel to different places, etc. which normally u would expect any hotel to provide us details with. Travel desk was missing!

The staff was exteremly friendly. We had a great time at the executive lounge. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We did not like the location of the hotel. Though it was closer to many malls, the street itself was not very attractive...

Hotel is very modern and close to old Jakarta. If you intrested in Discovering Kota is a nice walk away. It is also very good hotel for business and conference. A spa ana swimming pool is a perfect bonus after loong day and as it is on roof top of 6 floor you can still see the city. Also we had beaufilul view for all Jakarta from our 17 floor window. The sunrise was amaizing. Breakfast was a huge selection of everything. You can choose between western or indonesian food. Fresh beaked bread, french pastries, fresh watermelons, good coffee. We were spoiled by selection. Staff is amaizing! Very helpful! They also have two restaurants serving dinners in which is easier to dine then in the city. For taxi to and from airport take blue bird company most trusted one in country.

The facilities are good and the rooms spacious and neat. OVerall very good value for money if on business.

More was expected r.e. the location of the hotel, as shopping is a distance off, and it does not feel safe to leave the hotel pemises on foot.

I liked the view (I was staying on the last floor overseeing city). The breakfast was decent. The spa service was very good.

The hotel is a little bit worn off, and you can see that but it wasn't too bad.

Intan on reception was really friendly, efficient and very helpful throughout my stay

A big thanks to the staff and in general to the amazing quality of this hotel. My only regret was I couldn't stay longer. The suite was spacious, elegant and the view amazing. We loved the bathroom and we could fully relax and enjoy our stay. Don't change anything

Executive lounge was a welcome retreat with coffee/tea available at any time and drinks and snacks for 2 hours in the evening.
