Loved the Interior and Exterior design of the hotel. Very modern, clean and fresh. Also enjoyed the intimacy of the hotel as it wasn't too big. The rooms were also cleaned well daily. Thanks very much.

the road in front of the hotel isn't as busy, so its quieter compared to other hotels. Its really easy to get food at this location or walk to Legian beach.

The bed is too soft. I got a backache after. The road to the hotel is dimly lit at night. Gotta be watchful.

Reception staff are excellent. Friendly, considerate and always helpful. My room was clean and well presented. The atmoshere was pleasent, quiet at night with people laughing and playing in the pool by day. A very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Return stayer, staff always friendly - room and hotel design is bright, bold and funky! Not on the beach front, but close enough to it when cutting through other hotels, central enough to everything

The Rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable and the hotel had a nice atmosphere and very clean.

The staff could be a little rude at times are were not that helpful in obtaining some of the offers available. On arrival, 31/07/12, they offered to sell me internet in my room which I purchased for the duration of my stay it never really worked properly and then I was told by the technician who came to fix that the hotel was offering free internet from the 1/08/12 when I asked for a refund they said I had used all my allowance considering it never worked properly I found that hard to believe.

Breakfast

Door key/card repeatedly failed to work & we were far away from front desk to report. With a injured foot, this was a nightmare.

The staff are fab.rooms alittle small but good for 2 ppl.reasonably clean Very quiet for where it is nice and easy to forget ur in the middle of legian And bout 5 min walk to beach.staff so friendly and helpful and happy hr frm 12-6 by the pool 2 for 1 cocktails..

Nothing really good for price

Welcome drink is good. Room is clean and eco-friendly. 8 minutes walks to nearby shops selling local stuff. Western food restaurant available by 7 minutes walking distance. Easy to catch a taxi/cab infront of the hotel (pls do check for availability of meter before board in any public taxi/cab).

Every Monday the hotel organized young school children age below 12 & below 16 to perform culture dance for dine-in guess. The buffet dinner with culture dance show cost idr85,000 (estimated usd10) per pax. Discounted 15% provided for one day early booking. It is not value for money especially for Malaysian (after currency convertion) because the dance is only 45 minutes included break in between. Choices of food is limited as it is 2 type of rice (white rice & fried rice) and 4 dishes included 1 vegetable for main course. There is 2 salad & 4 desert serve. There is no coffee or tea or plain water provided for the buffet dinner. Wifi available only at lobby area. Food and drink at the only restaurant in hotel near lobby is expensive, therefore majority of guess prefer to surf internet at the sofa seat infont the lobby. There is no street lamp outside the hotel.

9 fantastic days with beautiful, friendly staff. Read some good and not so good comments but can't complain about anything. Will recommend to friends & family. Pool was awesome, Spa treatments as professional as back home. Excellent value for money.

Не очень чистый бассейн. на завтраке не своевременно приносят чистую посуду. медленная работа персонала. номера убирают только вечером, забывали оставлять чистые полотенца и воду. При въезде требуют внесение депозита в местной валюте 1000000 рупий, около 100 долларов, которые сложно объменять на доллары при выезде из страны, курс обмена не выгоден. бронировали номера без завтрака и были вынуждены использовать депозит для оплаты завтраков.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een net hotel. Ontbijt was ook goed.

Dat er geen lift is in het complex en dat bij de schoonmaak de haren van de vorige gasten nog worden achtergelaten

Выбирали отель со сравнительно дешевым ценником, не очень далеко от моря. Море действительно недалеко, на этом какие-то явные достоинства отеля заканчиваются.

Дорогие для отеля такого уровня завтраки, на двоих - 400 руб. Сам отель маленький, много неудачных комнат с видом на стенку, бассейн в тени, глубина бассейна 1,3 м. ))) Контенгент: семейные австралийцы с переферии и австралийские же серферы. Если серферов не видно днем, естественно, то все эти австралийские семьи прыгяют на пятачке вокруг бассейна и создают жуткую сутолку. ) В общем, для тех, кто приехал первый раз на Бали и не хочет испортить себе впечатление от этого божественного места - не советую совсем.

エレベーターが無い！2階まで重いスーツケースを持っていくのが大変！ロビーでwifiを使えるが60分の- み。けち臭い。

The staff were amazing! Helpful, polite and really really accomodating, we were two days late getting to Bali due to flight problems, and they amended our booking with no extra charge, and were also helpful when we wanted to extend our stay (also upgraded us to a room with a bath with no extra charge!) The rooms are spacious and modern and clean, decent-sized beds and flat screen tv with a good choice of channels. Good powerful shower and lots of hot water. 5 minutes walk to Legian beach, in my opinion the best part of the beach in the Kuta/Legian/Seminyak area. Pool area was nice and relaxing the pool was large and clean. Hotel is also very secure with security staff at the gates. Didn't try the food or the spa so can't comment on those.

The drinks at the bar were expensive, especially after the local tax and service charge had been added on. And the cocktails were not that good, very weak measures and not using real fruit juice, it tasted like orange cordial! We don't tend to drink in the hotel bar or stay by the pool much on holiday anyway so it didn't spoil our holiday!

I liked the location and the friendly staff.

I didnt like the hair dryer. The rest was very good.

The staff were very helpful Pool was great Beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were kept clean. The pool & grounds were really nice. The breakfast was good value for money. The staff were very obliging.

We did not like the road it was located on. It was okay once you had walked down to jl Padma which only took 2 minutes.
