Ibis Jakarta Arcadia    

A nice location near two malls, with many restaurants and a cinema. Quite big rooms.

The bathroom, seemed a bit dirty. The toilet wouldn't flush. Was given two single beds instead of a double

The hotel has good restaurants, western take-aways, and good street vendors close-by. It is close to the CBD and walking distance (there is a footpath !!) from Plaza Indonesia. There are late night bars nearby, and overall it is a good "city" location.

The room was shabby, with flaking paint and a bathroom in desperate need of refurbishment. The lobby and restaurant have been refurbished and there was the smell of paint in the building so maybe they are progressively fixing it up. There are no facilities other than a restaurant.

This hotel located to nearest shopping mall name Sarinah and if dont mind you can walk to Plaza Indonesia too. Easy acess to get for nice dinner.

Overall, room is clean. Wifi works fine and hotel has everything you need for business travel. Good deal for that rate.

But you see little bugs (ants) here and there in the room and the bath room and its washstand look very old.

Value for money stay at this hotel because very comfy for family..

Nice staff and good location for visiting Jakarta, close to the fast bus and easy ride to the airport even with heavy traffic

Location is good and near a few major malls like Sarinah Mall and Plaza Indonesia. Many restaurants in its vicinity too.

1. The tap handle of the wash basin in my bathroom came off the first time I used it. 2. Rooms are far smaller than in the pictures. 3. Internet, although free to use from the room, has poor connectivity. 4. Hotel claimed i had consumed soft drinks from the mini bar, and when i disputed this, they later confirmed that it was a mistake. Although the sum involved was minor, it was the principle of the matter and the whole process took 40 minutes to sort out while my taxi was kept waiting and i had a flight to catch. Am very annoyed about this.

One of the best Budget-friendly hotels in Jakarta! Ideal for family, solo, leisure or business. The best part was the accessibility to malls,bars, restaurants, airport and public transportation.

If you are in short city trip and want to do shoppings and go around the then I think this the best place to stay in.

The size of the room is small, the hotel surrounding is not clean really.

I have chose to stay at Ibis for the 5 visits to JKT. Firstly staff are friendly, proactive and most of all professional in handling their valued customers. The room the gave me is superb and I like the free internet facilities and cofee making in the room. Most important the bed is BIG and comfortable for a DBLB Kingsize

Really comfortable bed, Free bottled water, quiet room.

Sunlight bled through the curtains, TV channels didn't work well.

Clealiness of the place, hospitality and responsiveness of the staff

There is nothing negative that I can think of cos my stay experience was just awesome

A/c was not working when we check in. Management should check before allow checking in. Room is considerably small.

Expectations topped, friendly service, simple but new room, all employees were very helpful and smiling, FREE WIFI and LAN Connection in the room, Internet was fast and strong signal, Breakfast was great (fresh bakery, Espresso machine, big choice of tea and egg cooking) - Did not expect this high level of service in an Ibis Hotel.

Firslty. your staff from the security, bell hops and reception staff are all fantastic. They are very friendly and really understand thier customers needs and expectations. Keep up the good work.

Location is excellent, close to shopping malls & places to eat. Plenty of ATMs & money changers nearby. All in all you can get anything you need done within walking distance. Considering the traffic in Jakarta, this is a bliss.
