Location was great for the major sights, transport and local stuff (food, internet, ATM, cell recharge etc) . Breakfast buffet good value Other than breakfast, menu poor - but very close to lots of other places to eat so no problem |

(1) located in city center (1) front desk staff were unfriendly (2) limited amenities in the room - two bath towels and one face towel only (3) soap/shampoo/shower gel were not replenished (4) breakfast spread limited (5) given a room with unslightly view (6) expensive telephone charges for local mobile calls (7) when checking out and enquire on rates in US dollars, told by front desk staff a rate which was higher than that at the time of booking; the explanation given was that it was based on hotel exchange rate (8) finally, took a metered taxi called by hotel to the airport and was brought to a wrong terminal by taxi driver despite being told to go to international terminal and had to incur expensive extra charges. |

Great place to stay great value for money, good staff and clean room. The room smelt slightly on arival and the hotel charged my credit card for the rooms even though booking.com said it would not!! |

Excellent value for money. Good, clean rooms - good location near to city center and backpackers area. friendly service and trendy restaurant not really - maybe the staff can become a bit ;ore professional, but that's a (very minor) point of improvement everywhere in Indonesia |

Thank u for giving us this chance to say our comments about the hotel. first of all it wasn't like the pic i saw in the web site the pic was for ur new building and u send the people to the old building wich is not in the web, and it was well under my expetations.The A/C was so hot. The view was so poor and serounded by very low class people. I strongly recommend the visitors who r used to stay in a classy hotels no to chose this hotel. |

A very good experience for a 1st time stay at an Ibis Hotel . Well I think that the tiles in the bathroom could do with at good power spray and there was a smell of urine as you enter the main room as the toilet was next to the front door.... |

Shoping as it is located in Jakarta central. The lobby is so smelly. Smell of diesel gas. the hotel management should get rid of the smell as it's quite hazadous to health. |
