Good location for Potato Head, La Luciola etc. a bit far to walk to main Seminyak shops but not impossible. Reasonably prices as far as villas go. A bit tired. A few things in need of repair, such as shower rose and air conditioner. Safety deposit box did not have instructions. Toiletries are bit light on.

Very quiet. no noise from adjoining villas or construction sites. Service second to none. A few minor things lacking the finishing touch: toilet roll holder not working, light under bed not working, phone line a bit crackly, restaurant food was good but not mindblowing. Maybe this is the same for all such villas in Bali - I don't know. It wasn't enough to spoil our stay or wish we'd been somewhere else. I thing every place could have it's minor gripes.

The privacy and seclusion; the charm and friendliness of the staff; the layout and comfort of the rooms and villas. The location is ideal but the connecting roads leave a little to be desired. There is no easy access to the beach. The wifi internet proved to be a little problematic.

I spent 8 nights at the aria luxury villas and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were great. Everyone was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I loved the villa and the private pool was great. I had an excellent holiday. The only issue I had was there were no bedside lamps, so that when my friend slept, I could not read. Also the massages where not as good as some of the places in town. That's about it.

Have told them few times it is my sister's 12 years wedding anniversary, they informed me will have some arrangement, eg. Flower on the bed, and bathtub. In the end nothing has been arranged. Very disappointed. Also, the chemical in the private pool is too much, my dads swimming shorts turns to blue color after swimming.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed at the hotel. What I don't like about the Aria Villa: 1. The interior of the villa is rather run down. 2. Breakfast is not served in private villa (when asked if there is such service, staff replied that it is chargeable. That kind of servive is free for other villas in Seminyak) 3. I am charged the full stay duration amount upon check-in. Other hotels/'villas only charge my credit card upon check out.

The service was top notch. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning had such a selection of food, fruit and beverages - more than I expected. Another great plus was that if they were available they would drop you off anywhere local. Our 1 bedroom was like a haven. My fiancé and I went out 5 of the 7 days/nights during our stay to explore in the day and dine at night. 2 days my fiancé had to work on his laptop, so we stayed in. It was relaxing and peaceful. Would highly recommend this place, especially for the price. The only thing I would mention is the fact that the location is not on the beach. It sits next door to the w which is on the beach. So even though Aria is close, it is not walking distance to the beach. There are two ways to get to get to the villa - one where the road is more drivable. It is somewhat of a back road and was a little intimidating at night when we first arrived. Although a little bit of a distance, we did walk home once from a restaurant nearby and it was fine. We later found out that we could get dropped off anywhere we wanted within the local area - to Seminyak Square, the beach, etc., at anytime as long as the drivers were available complimentary. The drivers were always available to give us a ride and the villa was fully occupied.

1. The design of the whole villa is extremely good. Especially the private pool and the open shower. 1. The very limitation of hot water supply. (The staff said each room has 100l in the water tank but the cold water will go into the tank automatically when you used 50l left, ie, the hot water will be diluted. But we just used the hot water to rinse the bathtub for 1-2 minutes only, then both shower n bathtub cannot get hot water any more, so just though the bathtub is useless. 2. The staff cannot fully communicate with English. 3. The poor location & no clear indication along the main road. 4. No indoor shower so I need to take bath under the rain (no hotwater). super hard feeling.

Traditional Balinese decoration Style. The Villa is located at a quiet and peaceful surrounding environment. Value for money! The location, the surrounding environment is too private and quiet. So the location becomes a bit of inconvenient, in the middle of nowhere.

Private pool with sun beds are good, but if pool is bigger or longer, it would be even better. Bath tub is big and clean, beds are king's size too. Privacy is quite good as hotel staff will not come in as long as key is not return to the hotel. Bath tub tends to be uncovered from the rain if it is partially covered. Beds are not comfortable enough. The rain shower when used, does not seem to keep the water from flowing out onto the main toilet floor, it would be good if water can be blocked from seeping out. Mosquitoes are the main pests there. If you cook, make sure bins and food are properly covered.

The rooms actually look like the photos. The villa is spacious with the bathroom and tub being particularly large. The shower is excellent. The toilet has a bidet spray. The large bed was very comfortable with optional use of mosquito nets for extra measure. The staff was courteous and eager to please. When we emailed the resort to inquire about how to get there from the airport, they offered us a free pick-up (which was not part of our booking). Return to the airport was offered at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was just ok and could be better. The cooked food is on the oily side but the fruit selection is pretty great. Coffee is not so great. Mostly passable but on one day it was particularly acidic. They tried a couple of times to make a fresh brew but it didn't help much. It's not a short walk to the beach and not particularly pleasant as we learned Bali was not a walk-friendly city. Aria does offer free transfers to Seminyak Square or the beach so at least they compensate. Also, there are really great restaurants nearby within a fair walking distance so the location really is not too bad We were expecting to pay for the booking via credit card in US dollars. Apparently they have to charge it in local currency. Their exchange rate was much higher (at least 10%) than the money changer or ATM. Luckily we had enough cash to cover the room charge so it wasn't too terrible. This should be noted though in the reservation so others won't be surprised.

Villa was very comfortable and updgrade was appreciated on arrival. Villa had spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Outside living area was great, gazebo by the pool was a bonus but we did not use much as it rained a lot unfortunately. Close to many of the upmarket restaurants like Sarong, Ku Te Da and Potato Head and Spa salons. Bathroom was too open as it got wet with the rain and we had to move makeup, towels etc. The open living area also got wet with the rain so you could not use. Perhaps not a good choice for wet season holiday. Breakfast needs a change although plentiful buffet every morning. Bit far from Centre but free shuttle was accessible any time.

The private pool was the best thing as it was really good size. Attention to details ... like there was no clock in the two villas we stayed and the water dispenser in one of the room was not working properly which even upon highlighting to one of the staff was not addressed at all.

One of the best, and if not, the best service we have had during the recent travels. The staff are the most courteous and attentive. It was a fabulous weekend break and we look forward to staying with Aria again soon... The breakfast spread is rather disappointing. Not much variety and the quality is, sadly, low. Does not compare to the already excellent staff and room condition.

The Place and the Staff. The room was just toooooooo awwwwesoome, big pool, well decorated, good amenities and more importantly felt comfortable.. The only one thing was that they took a very high conversion rate while converting usd to Rupiah I.E. usd 1 = Rupiah 9275. We checked into another resort in Ubud the same day (Ubud Village Resort and Spa) - which was the BEST...and they charged us usd 9000 Rupiah per dollar. As soon as this happened, I felt cheated by Aria - where all other experiences were good. The only other thing was that it was far from the main areas, and that could at times become a handicap - specially when you want to go around the place.

The pool was fantastic, the villa well designed, clean, beautiful and relaxing. The staff were really courteous and helpful. The location was quite good, convenient to some nice restaurants. The only things that let Aria down were that the electricity dropped out in our room a couple of times. It was fixed quickly though. And the wifi did not work for most of our stay. The breakfast was also pretty average and cold most mornings. If just the food was improved this resort would be really worthy of the 'luxury' tag. But we really did enjoy our stay.

The accommodation was beautiful with large bathroom, bedroom and lovely outdoor area with a pool. The villas were clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff they were great. The location is convenient in the centre of shopping and only a few minutes from the beach. The hotel offers a free pick-up from airport. I found Aria Villas great value for money and I would definately stay there again.
