Food and privacy only Overall, the villas were acceptable , they have very bad entrance to their villas, you will have chronic low back pain and even disk prolapse if you stay one month there :) . The bus shuttle was only drop , no pick up service, we had to take taxi 2 times for coming back to the hotel, even the airport shuttle it was free but we went to airport with other guest in small car in same time, and we had different flights time, so the other guests were so late and we were too early, just to go one time by one driver!!!. . The housekeeping service was very bad, our villa was not clean all the time, no refill of the soap, shampoo, and cotton buds. the prices are high compare to the level of services. They even charged me for bringing the breakfast to our villa. Halal food menu was limited. I will not come again for sure..

We had an excellent stay, very good room size (we were lucky enough to be upgraded). Staff were very helpful, breakfast buffet style up to eleven is a good option and were better than expected for villa style accommodation. Close to shops and restaurants.... Would recommend. Sometime bit of a sewage smell in outdoor bathroom, was the only downside.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aria. The Villas were superb, with great open air shower. The private pool was great. Rooms serviced to a high standard. The staff were very helpful and always happy to transport us to any location in the Seminyak area. Seminyak beach was only a 10 minute drive with great surf and nice restuarants - We found Cin Cin at Cendani Resort just down the street a winner for the price and we were regulars there for lunch. Aria Villas have two entrances, from the rear it's a 5 minute walk to the main street - ATM, Deli, shops and restuarants. I would thoroughly recommend Aria Luxuary Villas for your next stay in Bali.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2011. We had two nights in a 'luxury villa' and then they upgraded us to an 'exclusive villa'. The luxury one was fine for the price and I would have been o.k with it however the exclusive one was really great, very good design especially the bathroom and much more space. Staff were great, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend this hotel.

It's a great place to unwind, a perfect start to our Bali holiday. Well maintained property, liked the privacy and facilities in the villa, good sized sleeping area and large bathroom. Meals delivered to the villa, enjoyed private dining by the pool. We appreciated being met on arrival and provided free transport to the villas. Really, nothing to fault and all things considered this is a bit of luxury!

I like this place as it is very close to the nature and that it was very quiet as there was a distance away from town. But the best part is taxi is very cheap here u can always get one anytime. The hotel staff was very friendly as well... The open air concept of the hotel shower is very cool.. But when the wind blows or when it rain.. It is impossible to even take a shower.. N of course there is insects n centipede n millipede so be careful not to step on one...

The service was top notch. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning had such a selection of food, fruit and beverages - more than I expected. Another great plus was that if they were available they would drop you off anywhere local. Our 1 bedroom was like a haven. My fiancé and I went out 5 of the 7 days/nights during our stay to explore in the day and dine at night. 2 days my fiancé had to work on his laptop, so we stayed in. It was relaxing and peaceful. Would highly recommend this place, especially for the price. The only thing I would mention is the fact that the location is not on the beach. It sits next door to the w which is on the beach. So even though Aria is close, it is not walking distance to the beach. There are two ways to get to get to the villa - one where the road is more drivable. It is somewhat of a back road and was a little intimidating at night when we first arrived. Although a little bit of a distance, we did walk home once from a restaurant nearby and it was fine. We later found out that we could get dropped off anywhere we wanted within the local area - to Seminyak Square, the beach, etc., at anytime as long as the drivers were available complimentary. The drivers were always available to give us a ride and the villa was fully occupied.

1. The design of the whole villa is extremely good. Especially the private pool and the open shower. 1. The very limitation of hot water supply. (The staff said each room has 100l in the water tank but the cold water will go into the tank automatically when you used 50l left, ie, the hot water will be diluted. But we just used the hot water to rinse the bathtub for 1-2 minutes only, then both shower n bathtub cannot get hot water any more, so just though the bathtub is useless. 2. The staff cannot fully communicate with English. 3. The poor location & no clear indication along the main road. 4. No indoor shower so I need to take bath under the rain (no hotwater). super hard feeling.

Traditional Balinese decoration Style. The Villa is located at a quiet and peaceful surrounding environment. Value for money! The location, the surrounding environment is too private and quiet. So the location becomes a bit of inconvenient, in the middle of nowhere.

Private pool with sun beds are good, but if pool is bigger or longer, it would be even better. Bath tub is big and clean, beds are king's size too. Privacy is quite good as hotel staff will not come in as long as key is not return to the hotel. Bath tub tends to be uncovered from the rain if it is partially covered. Beds are not comfortable enough. The rain shower when used, does not seem to keep the water from flowing out onto the main toilet floor, it would be good if water can be blocked from seeping out. Mosquitoes are the main pests there. If you cook, make sure bins and food are properly covered.

The rooms actually look like the photos. The villa is spacious with the bathroom and tub being particularly large. The shower is excellent. The toilet has a bidet spray. The large bed was very comfortable with optional use of mosquito nets for extra measure. The staff was courteous and eager to please. When we emailed the resort to inquire about how to get there from the airport, they offered us a free pick-up (which was not part of our booking). Return to the airport was offered at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was just ok and could be better. The cooked food is on the oily side but the fruit selection is pretty great. Coffee is not so great. Mostly passable but on one day it was particularly acidic. They tried a couple of times to make a fresh brew but it didn't help much. It's not a short walk to the beach and not particularly pleasant as we learned Bali was not a walk-friendly city. Aria does offer free transfers to Seminyak Square or the beach so at least they compensate. Also, there are really great restaurants nearby within a fair walking distance so the location really is not too bad We were expecting to pay for the booking via credit card in US dollars. Apparently they have to charge it in local currency. Their exchange rate was much higher (at least 10%) than the money changer or ATM. Luckily we had enough cash to cover the room charge so it wasn't too terrible. This should be noted though in the reservation so others won't be surprised.

Villa was very comfortable and updgrade was appreciated on arrival. Villa had spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Outside living area was great, gazebo by the pool was a bonus but we did not use much as it rained a lot unfortunately. Close to many of the upmarket restaurants like Sarong, Ku Te Da and Potato Head and Spa salons. Bathroom was too open as it got wet with the rain and we had to move makeup, towels etc. The open living area also got wet with the rain so you could not use. Perhaps not a good choice for wet season holiday. Breakfast needs a change although plentiful buffet every morning. Bit far from Centre but free shuttle was accessible any time.

The private pool was the best thing as it was really good size. Attention to details ... like there was no clock in the two villas we stayed and the water dispenser in one of the room was not working properly which even upon highlighting to one of the staff was not addressed at all.

The location of Aria luxury Villas & Spa is excellent: walking distance to beach and close to all the major best restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean and most importantly, without mosquitos. The out side bathroom with the huge bath tub was fantastic. The privacy at our villa was great with the high walls, the swimming pool ideal for our 3 yr old boy. The staff were unforgetably nice, friendly, very attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in the rainy season. Enjoyed very much and we shall return most definitely. Compliments to all the staff!! Suggestion for Aria Luxury Villas & Spa: improve on a better breakfast and food quality and dishes overall. Breakfast: There was a lack of a variety of salads, meat was poor and the display, as for the fruits and vegs they were uncovered. All the display should be covered. Bugs were visible on these display. Room service food quality was below everage.
