the hotel was obviously top-notch some 20 years ago, but the rooms are getting a bit tired and the upkeep is not optimal. The shower for instance was borderline workable. A good place, but Jakarta offers a range of modern, clean and well designed hotels in the same class for very similar prices, with which Aryaduta can't really compete, despite being and remaining a nice hotel

Cleanlines of the bed/linen....the bathroom and the carpet.

The soundproof of the room is not enough, we can hear the people talking at either side next room. Which reduce our privacy, and we can not really enjoy our time due to awareness that we might annoy others by our noice.

Hotel interial looks somewhat outdated. Rooms, bathroom will need some serious update!!!

I have stayed at Aryaduta in the past and will certainly use it again. It has a friendly, helpful atmosphere. Thank you.

It was not fully explained that they will only accept Rupiah as payment. They never told me so that i could have exchanged my US dollars outside the hotel considering that the hotel was offering a very very low rate. I though i was able to get a good buy through the rate i got at booking.com, however, due to want of information upon check in the rate i got ultimately was more expensive compared to other hotels. The wifi inside my room was not functioning. The room as apparently not well maintained.

Price was ok.

It is a fake hotel. When you approach the hotel, you will find the security is high and the receiption and the lobby shows a 5 star hotel but as you go to the rooms, you will find the rooms and the corridor is a 3 star hotel or even less.

This is a quite hotel, eventhough in the middle of Jakarta City but the surroundings not crowded and feel quiet. I like this hotel and willing to come again next time.

OK. On my last trip to Jakarta, about 3 weeks ago, it transpired the Aryaduta upgraded me to a "Signature" room. My report of that experience was very favourable. This time I did not get the "Signature" room but an "ordinary" Club room. Well, it was quire a different experience. 1) There was no separate shower - #1 priority for me. 2) I did notice the room was poorly maintained and, despite requesting a non-smoking room (which request caused a 20 min delay in checking in), noticed cigarette burns on the desk in the room. 3) The more important observation, however, concerns the deterioration in the grouting between the bath-tub and the wall. When I showered, it was clear that water was penetrating between the tub and the wall. Thissuggests that either inspections are being neglected or that no one cares enough. Either way, it hints at a Quality Control issue at the Aryaduta. This has both Safety and Health implications.

The rooms were dirty and not worthy of its supposed 5 stars.

Good sized room with a good bed and good pillows. Great to have a walk-in shower instead of having to stand in a bath-tub. Good location for me - on this business trip. In Jakarta, the choice of hotel is mostly determined by the location of one's meetings, making any loyalty to a hotel a moot point. Hotel staff are always pleasant, polite and obliging.

The hotel is good value for money from what they offer. Close to grand indonesia mall and walking distance to National Monument at Gambir. The break first good and the cafe staff very friendly. I been upgrade to bigger room.

CHECKING 的时候说没房，要等1个小时，问题是比我后办理的都入住了。我不同意，然后就奇迹般的有房间了 早餐应该是10点半结束，周日10点下来几乎没有吃的了 咖啡厅奇贵

我到前台登记的时候，服务员还给我的房间update，比较意外，房间比较满意,早餐比较丰盛。

Kenne diese Hotel schon seit 20 Jahren und war immer sehr zufrieden. Es war noch einen tick besser als es noch Hyatt Gruppe gehoert. Das merkt man vor allem beim Fruehstueck!!!

Nur das Fruehstueck, ist zu local geworden seit es nicht mehr Hyatt ist

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral,alle Sehenswuerdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar.Gemuetlich moeblierte Zimmer,sehr reiches Fruehstueckbuffett.
