Staff generally friendly and door staff very helpful The breakfast staff have improved in their general performance since I used to live at the hotel but the kitchen staff still can't deliver orders in a timely manner. I do not feel that I received the discount to which I should have been entitled |

Location was good next to a mall. Apartment did not have a Washing machine as advertise, asked for one but did not even call me back for status. Breakfast for 3 rooms is only for 2 person, pool is across the street and jacked the price in the last two weeks. Internet is 121000 IDR. |

It was hotel apartment, with kitchen and washing machine too.. I very much liked the apart room with good view of the city. Very close to plaza semmagi mall. Staff were very polite. nice swimming pool. Recommended for short and long stay with family. Will be my first preference if i visit jakarta again. |

It's so convinience and confortable. good for family to stay during holiday. The hotel should have special ways to go to swiming pool without passing infront of main enterence or main lobby. |

La disponibilità dello staff a risolvere celermente qualsiasi problematica.La posizione in città Certamente non è un hotel a 5 Stelle, con stanze fatiscenti e mobili veramente usurati. Suites da 2 o 3 camere da letto senza servizi igienici in camera (tranne che in una). |
