Sorry, but it is every things and i am Usually doing all my booking through your site and i wondered this time how this hotel at your site rated as 5 star.

I liked nothing at all about this service apartment complex. It is squalid, smelly, depressing and to present itself as a 5 star hotel would be funny if it were not so dishonest. Arriving from the airport on a Sunday night I had to find myself a real hotel to move to- a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise against staying in this place. It is maybe a 2 star doss house for back packers on a budget- but for them, it is far too expensive. So overall, cannot recommend it to anyone at all

It was like an apartment. Fanitures are a bit old.

In room design is like mini hotel ,everything in the room is very old, not 5 star standard. I never see hotel 5 star like that before. Range only 2- 3 star .

Staff was friendly and the suite was clean. I was upgraded to a 3-bedroom suite. Breakfast was good. The advantage is the size of the suites and the kitchenettes in them if you want to cook yourself.

The hotel has seen better times. A lot of the furniture was chipped in some way or worn off.

Convenient location.

Perfect location,, in the middle of the city. Easy out easy in. Good for family, feel like in home. Reasonable price comparing to other hotels in same location with same facilities.

The belcony is closed and cant be open under any reason. Just prohibited from the gov. Sorry for that. But still can find away :))

I really appreciated the fact that we could check in at 8.45 in the morning and check out at 2 pm without paying extra fees. The staff members are very efficient and extremely kind.

I had 2 different experiences. The first one was generally very satisfactory. We had a bigger suite even if we booked a 2 rooms suite. The suite was clean and every equipment was recent. During our second stay, we had a suite which smelt of cigarettes although it was a non smoking suite, the blind store in one room was broken, the shower was partly broken. The second day, the cleaning staff didn't provide the same quality of service than the cleaning staff offered us when we first stayed in Aryaduta 16 days before.

Apartment was big one with good views to the city.

Room would require little maintenance. Not a 5-star hotel.

The location is strategic especially for businessman & family for shopping. A good place to stay and reasonable rate too.

The rooms were large (I stayed in a 3-room suite; I reserved a 2-room suite but was unavailable at the time). The elevator was okay. The staff was kind.

The towels and linens were not clean. The furniture was old. At first they gave me a room with no lcd tv (on old tubed-TV). I told them than the room in booking.com was different. I also urge those who want to pay with credit card. They charge an extra amount and say that I will be paid back. I will see whether the amount will be paid back or not. But it creates a lot of confusion in my credit card balance. Better to pay in cash. Plus, hotels do not acccept a dollar with even a tiny mark on it. You must really bring newly printed dollars...
