Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is a drawback, taxis find it hard to find. Room and pool very clean. Breakfast was cold and unacceptable. No milk and insufficient tea bags in the room. Overall very good value. |

Nice, spacious, clean, aesthetically pleasing room . Amasing water pressure. Nice long pool. In general I found it quite nice and a pleasant place to stay. I did not like that the room price did not include breakfast and I did not like that one had to pay extra for a rather faulty internet connection . I think both things should be included in the price of the room. |

The hotel was fairly new, and modern. THe room was white, the badroom modern, the kitchenette well equiped. Because is was relatively new the hotel did not have that worn-out appearance of long and many use, that hotels tend to get once they get older. The hotel adds to the new trend on Bali to provide very modern, luxe en relatively small hotels/villa's. The price however is quite high, but worth while. The quality is good, but the price is considerate. The breakfast is far too expensive with 60.0000 per person. But with a kitchen in the room this can easily be avoided. The road towards the hotel is at parts really bad, and you need a taxi to get from the hotel to the shops. But is relatively close, use the meter in the taxi and pay attention to the route the taxidriver is taking, it's closer to the main road then you think! |

Staff were helpful, rooms were clean. Prior to arriving the hotel utilised my credit card for payment and therefore due to this action I lost money due to the exchange rate. |

I like the room designn, style of the furniture. I like the bathroom style and size. Room is spacious Please write at least 15 words Yes, very noisy and the staff always forget to give us towels in the bathroom. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or cafe. Location is not far from seminyak hot spot but located in the remote and undeveloped area. The room also get some earth worm on the floors, at least two to three earth worms are on our room's floor. |

Nice and reasonably priced small hotel. Location is a bit unknown to taxidrivers but quiet and just a short ride from the center. Rooms were a bit noizy. A chair on the balcony would be nice. too mucht light in the room after sunset due to useless designwindow without curtain. Upon checkout they allready charged my cc against agreements. |

A lovely, well-presented and comfortable room, with doors connecting to the adjoining suite which my friend was staying in. Lack of kitchen facilities, such as no toaster, slow boiling kettle, no tea towel, no milk, and no hot water at the sink. Also no restaurant within the hotel. |

The staff were extremely friendly, the language standard (English) was above average for a budget to mid-priced venue. The room was extremely comfortable and a good size. Cleaning was excellent. I enjoyed being a little out of the manic traffic of central Seminyak, but it was only a 10 minute walk to Bali Deli where everything effectively begins. With every room so close to the pool I found the noise from children playing there quite late at night and early in the morning was a bit annoying. Internet service was not good at all and I would have preferred cable TV or at least a DVD player. |

Hotel staff were very helpful and willing to assist us in whatever way possible. Rooms were well appointed and facilities were good. It was a shame we only had room in our itinerary for a one night stay. Astani Kunti was somewhat out of the way of shopping and restaurant districts, and access roads to the villa were unsealed and very bumpy. When on transfer to book into the hotel, our driver (from an unrelated transport company) did not know the villa's location, although that may be due to the fact the villa is relatively new. |

The room was very modern, spacious and clean. After an initial mix-up with the rooms, staff had an extra one fixed up quickly and efficiently. Poor location, a distance out of town. Most taxi drivers didn't know where it was. Pool needs updating a bit. No pool bar or restaurant - all "room service" food had to be ordered externally, including breakfast. |

Very nice, big, clean, comfortable rooms. Very cheerful, helpful and friendly staff 1). Is not easily accessible, and is a little off from the main street - and can be a little tough to find. The beach, shopping etc is 7-10 min drive away. 2) Given that its only 2 months old, there are no restaurants on the property. If you want anything to eat, you have to order in advance, and the staff will get it for you. |

The room is spacious and very comfortable for couple. The room comes with a sofa that could accomdate another person too if required. One other area that I think is great are the cooking facilities that was provided together with the room, thus making a perfect lodging for those on budget. The facility was located in a relatively new location and doesn't have a proper signboards (If any). We took a good 2 hours searching for it but still failed to do so until we called them to pick us up. The best bet is to go to the nearby spa, Murano Spa and the hotel is within 3mins walking distance away. The outdoor pool was not made of mosaic but was rather painted with paints and the peeling can get pretty unsightly and gross if you are thinking to swim in it. |

Quiet, Romantic, Friendly Staff, Beautiful Swimming Pool, Nice Room Design The hotel have no signboard and very difficult to find, probably because it is new.I spend more than 1 1/2 hours looking for the hotel. The street name is not exist. It is located at the Saraswati 2 and not 3. The phone number provided is also wrong. Our taxi driver try to call to the hotel but fail. |

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie ruime appartementkamers, schoon. Het complex ligt buiten Seminyak verder nog dan de Bali Deli (goeie delicatessenzaak). Veel taxi noodzakelijk. |
