1. took 4 hours just to check in. 2. coridors are dirty . 3. bathroom's door cannot be shut 4. they have to get better towels.

All Staff attitude are very good. They have a special/unique way to give you a Greeting.

We stayed in first floor, and unfortunetly the view outside our room window is not good and our window just opposite with other people house window, so we never open our curtain. The soudproof in our room also not so good. The noise from outside (motorcyle, firework) quite disturbing our sleep.

A very good hotel , I was amazed that the staff picked me up personally at the airport after I called to the hotel ! Check-in was smooth and Helda the receptionist was efficient and very fast! ( Compliments) . I read reviews from travellers going to Indonesie finding the food "expensive"" in the hotel, give me a break guys ! Your in Indonesia and food is cheap and the service it perfect > Try making a reservation in a hotel in Europe for deals like this , you pay much more !! All I can say is that Iam most happy with all my bookings with booking.com in Indonesia . I made reservations throughout my entire trip the past 10 days. Booking.com you are where the best deal for me in 2012!!! Thank you!!!

Very friendly staff, free transfer to airport

Near to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Able to bypass tracffic jam.

No comment. Just stayed for one night.

1,The lobby has lots of mosquitos.2,the staff doesn't help gueste out of town for early check in. 3, the room is very small and no "real" window.

They do not tell you that transfer bus from the airport only runs until 11pm. If you arrive after that then you must get a taxi.

The staff was nice, good breakfast

The room was dirty and air condition was extremely loud. Wi-fi didn't work properly, very weak signal. I gave up, trying to open my inbox.

The breakfast and the staff who was working there (serving breakfast, waiters, waitresses and cooks), who were attentive and friendly.

It was ridiculously impossible to pay for my stay with credit card, I was forced to leave my passport in reception and withdraw money from an ATM. The cleanliness was not as much as I expected. The reception was full of mosquitoes which bit me!

Brekfast could be better. Also a lot of incects in the lobby at night.

Near to airport

De dienstverlening was excellent, de decor en het sfeer waren aangepast aan het evenement van de maand. de uitgebreide aanbod voor het ontbijt en het diner. de warme sfeer en het optreden van music groepen elke avond tijdens ons verblijf. De warm en dienstbaar personeel.

De verhouding prijs en waarde zijn goed. Aan te bevelen voor reizigers die het rustige en gezellige deel van Jakarta willen beleven.

The room was clean and cosy. Great breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Far from city center but if the aim is to have a nice sleep and delicious multivarious breakfast between the flights - this hotel is the wright choice.

There werd little red worms in the water. Don't know of this is the case in the whole city... Didn't see it in the rest of Indonesia.

The room was clean and nice. Hotel has free transfer to airport.

Staff at reception is not so friendly. Location is far from centre Jakarta, about 60 min in taxi. I stayed here because it is near the airport (app. 30 min)

We like the shuttle service the most, it's useful.

First of all, we didn't like the surprise of price for 1 extra bed we ordered, which was about 60% of the room price. Second thing, the superior room is very small. The third, the front officer should learn to be more friendly to their customer.

Location near Jakarta airport. There is an airport shuttle service, and they picked us up at midnight on time.

Small rooms. A smaller and less luxurious hotel, when compared to other Aston hotels.

The warm and friendly welcome of staff and reception manager. We were a group of 8 and arrived late and staff were most accommodation. The hotel was cheerful with music in the lobby and lots of activity. All staff in Dining room and Houskeeping were so polite and helpful
