Breakfast was rich and the servers were courteous enough, to let the guest feel at home.

I had a studio room.It was quite comfortable and clean,and the service was very nice and helpful.Days spent at this hotel was wonderful,all the staff was very kind people and gave u their true smile.There were 4 swimming pools outside which were simple but clean ,but I didn't have a try because it seems so cold ...:d

The breakfast buffei was kind of simple.

All except the below mentioned;

-Breakfast can include more varieties, especially the main items and the corn flakes varieties... -More saftey precautions required especially where there are no grills on the windows in common walk ways -Lift controls to be changed since it is too fast and can be a safety concern

We had a 2 bedroom suite for me and my wife and two children for three nights, after which my daughter stayed behind for another two nights while the three of us checked out already to return to Manila. My daughter only booked a studio unit, but she was allowed to stay in the suite for the price of a studio. The second bedroom was locked after we moved out. I thought that was a very hospitable gesture of the hotel management.

For the price I paid I dont have any complaints.

I liked the friendly and understanding staff, we arrived late and had initially booked two nights by mistake. We were only charged one

The room was a bit smelly of smoke (we are non-smokers) and a lot of strong cleaning chemicals in the air to try and mask the fact.

Because the workshop that I should come, will be held at this hotel

Far from any where, the room to small and expensive room rate, not match with fasility.

the staff were friendly. most of them. we reached the hotel around 12 midnight. we hv to wait for less than 15 mins for them to prepare our room.

the spa. the price they state in the brochure didnt include the tax> 25%! we were told bout the tax when we are making payments. *big sigh*

The service was fine, but the hotel needs a good cleaning and is dated.

The room was very moistery, smelly and dirty, after our complaint we got a better room.

The service is very friendly and helpful The price is over rated, it should be half of what I paid. I paid over $200 US a night. I am now in Seminyak paying $84.00.

Letak strategis

Confort et standing aux normes européennes. Prix très correct. Parking sous terrain très pratique. Personnel serviable et réactif.

Salle du petit déjeuner très bruyante. Chambre au dessus de la piscine, du bruit dès 7 heures le matin.

Hotel yg luas dan tanpa kesan mistis dengan Breakfast enak dan kolam renang yang membuat anak-anak senang.

Fasilitas kamar mandi kurang dimana WC tidak bisa sekali siram.

kamar tidur (apartement one bed room) lumayan luas dan bersih..lokasi tengah kota dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, bengkel mobil sehingga memudahkan bila kami memerlukan makanan, membeli sesuatu dan saat mobil kami bermasalah krn dekat bengkel dan cuci mobil (krn kami membawa mobil pribadi)..

kamar mandi meski bersih tapi tidak ada exhouse(untuk sirkulasi udara)..breakfast agak kurang bervariasi untuk kami yg bervegetarian meskipun kami menghargai usaha pihak hotel menyediakan kami makanan vegetarian..namun harapan kami bisa lebih ditingkatkan soal rasa dan macam makanan bagi kaum vegetarian..

Le fonctionnement du restaurant pour midi et le soir: hallal, donc même pas une bière! Beaucoup de choses proposées à la carte et qui n'existent finalement pas...

...Große Zimmer! Frühstück war ganz ok...!

...Riesiger, alter Kasten im "Plattenbaustil", seltsam gestaltete Pools,- hätten auch "sonstwas" sein können, stinkende, schmutzige Teppiche entlang der langen Gänge! Schlechte Lage inmitten des Nichts!

I got a 1-bedroom suite for about $100 per night.

This hotel does not have a bar and serves NO alcohol whatsoever. Its location is not convenient for restaurants and shopping. The toilet in my room was constantly blocked. And this morning I was asked to pay for my laundry on the spot.

Het eten was zeer goed en de ontvangst uitstekend.

De diensten die ze aanbieden zoals shuttle naar de luchthaven zijn erg duur.

Chambres spacieuses et tres confortables. Il y a plusieurs piscines ce qui permet d être au calme pour se baigner même si une aurait suffit! Le personnel est agréable Le restaurant sert des plats traditionnels de grande qualité pour un prix très abordable (entre de 3 et 4 euros) et le petit déjeuner est royal et ce même pour les occidentaux!

S il faiut trouver un point faible, les chambres pourraient être un peu mieux isolées... Mais quand on marche à droite à gauche, on trouve vite le sommeil!!
