Aston Kuta Hotel and Residence  

cleanliness of room, guest hair in bathroom,The room was a bit shabby, expensive and small meals.

The staff were fantastic! Very friendly Free wifi in the lobby

On 4 separate occasions our aircon leaked everywhere even after a room change it continued to do so. The wifi that You can purchase for your room barely works, was a waste of money

Near the beach and only walking distance to many landmarks of kuta.

I'm having a feeling that the staff expecially at tre restaurant, are more polite and friendly to international tourist than domestic. I've sat having my breakfast and almost finished it, and never offered any coffee or tea whereas international tourist are offered when they first came and even offered more.

The pool was nice. The staff were all very friendly. Great hotel with excellent service.

You have to pay for the wifi, which seems a bit silly considering how much it costs.

the pool only 1.4 CM & open from 7am to 6 pm after that still open but it's too dark

The staff were so friendly and very talkative.

When I stayed there it was Idul Fitri week-end and was fully booked, which was fine except at breakfast time very crowded and busy, about a 20min wait for a table.

the sstaff and the facilities were excellent . we have made many trips to bali and stayed at different hotels each time, we sould stay there agian and recommend it to any one who wants a good location and value for money with a helpful staff who always had a smile and fullfilled any request.

the pool is too cold but understandable due to shaddows from the buildings, no other complaints

I book a family room and they up graded to a premiere suite room.

The furnitures-setting in the restaurant need more space.

Not to big hot and location near to airport, kuta beach, shopping in krisna and dagadu store, breakfast ok, room ok,hotel staf friendly.

I preferred staying at The Aston Bali Beach Resort in Nusa Dua after coming from their to Aston Kuta Residence it was quite a shock but as the days went on I got used to it. Staff were friendly all nice. But liked the Aston Bali Beach Resort the best I would definately go back to Aston Bali Beach resort sometime in future dont know when because it is a distance away from uk.

Staff and service was amazing?exceptionaly clean,staff constantly cleaning day and night,food very good too,pool bar service very good all in all great time ,would definatly go back.

I found the hotel to be a little on the quite side....Should have taken notice of the residence in the name.....Pool Bar was empty the whole 5 days we were there....little on the boring side, however cheap and nice staff.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Feels like home away from home. Excellent staff. Hotel is Less than a 5 min drive from the airport and kuta square. Breakfast spread was average. Not something I woke up looking forward to. Food ordered in room service was bad. But overall stay was gr8.

Nice service, staff hotelnya aware. Mobil mobilan anak saya hilang pd saat breakfast, tapi ditemukan oleh staffnya dan disimpen di lost n found. Baby coat nya bagus n nyaman buat baby saya. Security nya berjaga tiap saat.

Tidak ada wifi di kamar. Dan kalaupun ada kena charge... Kurangnya kursi di sekitar swimming pool.

mooie grote kamers en het hotel is nog maar 3 jaar open dus nieuw.het ontbijt is goed de ligging is net buiten het drukke kuta en op loop afstand te doen
