This was a lovely hotel with great faclities, pool was great, staff were excellent, food and drinks were lovely and breakfast was beautiful. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and Kuta town is a good 15 min away. The website says its close but it's a good walk away. There is a shuttle bus that goes to Discovery Mall but only goes at 10am and 2 pm. The area has it's fair share of circle k stores and plenty of massage and pedicure places which Bali is renowned for. A beautiful rooftop garden which you can enjoy cocktails and the sunset. Overall a great place. I hate the way they claim things are close and they are not. I dont worry too much as l love to walk anywhere however those who don't are in for a walk!

1. The rooms were very nice/new. 2. The location to beach and shops was good. 3. The buffet breakfast was also very good. 4. Upgraded to a higher standard of room on arrival. 5. Pricing was competitive. 1. The free wifi in the lobby only was a problem for myself and my family. 2. The loud band that played several evenings for function groups detracted from the ambience of the stay. 3. The "all you can eat barbeque" did not live up to expectation. 4. The roadway and footpaths that lead to the hotel entry are in very poor/dangerous condition and twisted/broken ankles are always a possibility.

well located close to main action in Kuta, hotel staff in the main excellent. would stay there again. It took more than two hours to book in at the front reception. Communication between front desk and reservation staff an issue. Once we got past that frustration all was good.

Very quiet and away from the tourist hubub but very convenient for airport, shops, beach and resturants. Very good breakfast. Nothing to dislike but the lovely new roof top bar made more user friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff, quite and peaceful environment, yet convenient location, clean and new facilities. Due to glass doors facing swimming pool which could not be sealed completely, rooms on the ground floor (maybe other lower floors too) could be disturbed in the early mornings by other people speaking aloud outside. In fact there are always early birds and I was woke up by them each morning, before my planned get up times. Also there are noise from rolling suitcases passing by on the walkway between rooms and the swimming pool, in the morning each day when I stayed there.

Location, the bed is creaky even after I have changed room, the coffee house service is bad whereby my table assigned for breakfast was taken by someone else where it left me standing there for 10 min wondering what went wrong

Good & clean room, double wake-up call (one automated, one personal), very good breakfast and fast & free internet in the lobby and dining area. Overall a good hotel to stay in, if all you need is a clean room and are willing to pay the price. Hotel seems to be preferred by Asian guests, but that did not bother me at all :) Lobby is great, but as soon as you walk down the hallway to your room you are greeted by a stained carped, water damage in the ceiling and a look that compares to a prison hallway - just with worse light. Gym facilities are just as lackluster: same carpet, no mirror, no clock, no clean cups, very unnatural light, no windows. Since facilities like that are what justifies the price I cannot recommend it. Better stay in a clean 3* hotel at a better location of Kuta beach.

The few good things would be the breakfast, which was very complete, location is good if you need a 1 night stay over near airport and price. Was expecting much more friendly Hotel, the facilities and overall design is not anywhere close to a beach\vacations hotel, its much more like a company meeting stay than holiday hotel. The Gym was very very basic, the floor a bit durty. The corridors that lead to the rooms are stained, not only in my floor but I seen that its general thing. The smell also cannot say its the best in this. The location is ok, a 5 min walk to the beach, the only bad thing is that the beach is the end point of the beach where most fisher men and boats are. If you want to go to a better looking beach you have to walk 15min more.

The staffs were friendly, polite and prompt. The room was very clean with acceptable view. I made a booking for double deluxe room, however they gave us a room with two single beds because we should have mentioned if we need a double bed in our preferences box in time of the booking which was a turn off.

The room cleaning people woke me up at 0830 in the morning to want to clean my room. Not a good idea. The breakfast menu is too limited. The bar at the pool does not stay open enough.

I like its room and facility - clean. The room was so spacious, enough for me, my wife and son. Location is also strategic near shopping center and food, but no traffic keep d cleanliness, k I have room near pool, at night, it was so noisy. Suggest hotel management ask other guess to respect other guess surrounding or put some sound proof equipment.

Loved our 7 day stay, had a deluxe room and premier suite. Rooms look just like they do in the photos. Quiet area but only ten minutes walk to central Kuta, or 80 cent taxi ride. Friendly staff, quick check in but check out took a long time while they checked the rooms. Good selection for breakfast, restaurant meals weren't great though. Enjoyed the roof top bar, great staff, lovely sunsets, fun atmosphere, and the biggest couches you have ever seen. Comfy beds, will definately stay again.

Good clean hotel with nice services and friendly staff , the swimming pool is awesome and the breakfast is nice about 20 minutes walking needed to reach Kuta Beach but comparing that to the price considering the other good aspects I think it is amazing

I book the Bali trip to give a surprise to my husband as his birthday gift. However, in return, we get a surprise cake from Aston Kuta when we return to the hotel room after a day tour! This is wonderful and my husband is so pleased!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gave my daughter a birthday cake on her 13th birthday.... very lovely gesture. There were issues with the room originally allocated. It was not what we had booked and had been agreed. It took a bit of time but your staff assisted us in getting what we were wanting. Thank you to all the staff.
