Aston Kuta Hotel and Residence  

This was a lovely hotel with great faclities, pool was great, staff were excellent, food and drinks were lovely and breakfast was beautiful. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and Kuta town is a good 15 min away. The website says its close but it's a good walk away. There is a shuttle bus that goes to Discovery Mall but only goes at 10am and 2 pm. The area has it's fair share of circle k stores and plenty of massage and pedicure places which Bali is renowned for. A beautiful rooftop garden which you can enjoy cocktails and the sunset. Overall a great place.

I hate the way they claim things are close and they are not. I dont worry too much as l love to walk anywhere however those who don't are in for a walk!

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Feels like home away from home. Excellent staff. Hotel is Less than a 5 min drive from the airport and kuta square. Breakfast spread was average. Not something I woke up looking forward to. Food ordered in room service was bad. But overall stay was gr8.

Chose Aston Kuta as my hotel was because there were many good reviews. Staff are really friendly! (Almost all of the staff will greet you when they see guest) Room wise, really new! Love the bed and bath tub. There is also a swimming pool with a drink counter by the side. Meaning you can sit by the counter with seats in the swimming pool and enjoy you drink. I think they need to change the water of the pool more frequently. Breakfast is really nice! I ate for 3 mornings . Not much changes of varieties but overall still really nice! Enjoyed very much!

There is no anti-slipped mat in the bath tab and will be super slippery after a shower. My boyfriend slipped in the bath tub and hit himself on his chest. Thankfully, he's alright now! The pool is so dirty that it look so cloudy when I am swimming beneath. Overall, pool is rather decent still. (At least there is no layers of algae!) The sound proof is rather bad in the room as well. When im lying in the bed trying to get to sleep, I can hear the sound of door closing in the middle of night.

expensive tarriff. No complimentary water for guets. Being charged for a bottle of water is unheard of in othe bali hotels

The staff were always looking to help and the rooms were very tidy always. There were wonderful views from the upstairs bar and an awesome bar in the swimming pool. Reception were always availible if you needed anything and the food was great!

Loved our 7 day stay, had a deluxe room and premier suite. Rooms look just like they do in the photos. Quiet area but only ten minutes walk to central Kuta, or 80 cent taxi ride. Friendly staff, quick check in but check out took a long time while they checked the rooms. Good selection for breakfast, restaurant meals weren't great though. Enjoyed the roof top bar, great staff, lovely sunsets, fun atmosphere, and the biggest couches you have ever seen. Comfy beds, will definately stay again.

Good clean hotel with nice services and friendly staff , the swimming pool is awesome and the breakfast is nice about 20 minutes walking needed to reach Kuta Beach but comparing that to the price considering the other good aspects I think it is amazing

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gave my daughter a birthday cake on her 13th birthday.... very lovely gesture.

There were issues with the room originally allocated. It was not what we had booked and had been agreed. It took a bit of time but your staff assisted us in getting what we were wanting. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel staff were reasonably efficient and polite. The location of the hotel is quite good and the breakfast spread quite nice.

The check in time taken was quite long. Perhaps as a result of under-staffing and a whole lot of check-ins and checkouts within almost the same time band. I think the bathroom tubs could do with anti-skid rubber mats to help the old and infirm get a better grip whilst bathing and to prevent possible injury.

well located close to main action in Kuta, hotel staff in the main excellent. would stay there again.

It took more than two hours to book in at the front reception. Communication between front desk and reservation staff an issue. Once we got past that frustration all was good.
