Nothing very poor. The beds in the rooms where not made up until late in the the evening the aircondition units where in the wrong place they leaked water and I had to put a towel on the floor in the case of slipping on the tiles. On the first night we had a large peice of plastic covering fall down on top of us whilst in bed, they didnt fill the fridge with items used from it the staff on the front desk had trouble understanding english the food was terrible. I left a comment note when I left stating I would not recommend the hotel I am a frequent visitor to bali and usally stay at the Ramamjana however we though we would give this new hotel a go never again. |

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff especially were great whether the wait staff or the reception staff. They are polite and courteous at every opportunity, so that is a well done on the training side of things. The supervisor named Ardi was very good at his job. He communicates well with the fellow staff and the staff has respect for him. The barman named Benny is good at his job. The waitresses named Hermi, Sophie, Yani and Arie and a another skinny girl I know her as Intak was exceptionally good. i hope the hotel can hold on to good, committed staff like them. The pool, It is not in a good location and design.Obviously they were limited by space when the design/layout was considered.I did not go swimming once during my stay.I would like to suggested that the management take time from time to time and go into rooms ramdomly and check things out to keep in a good clean rooms. There was a leak under the vanity unit which worried me a little. The white pebbles/rocks are there to hide the water. The water leaks badly when the room above room107 turns theirs on. I went in there ready to call the reception to get it fix but stopped when I investigated that may be they all ready know about this and as such put the rocks to hide the puddle of water under the sink. |

clean modern and staff always happy and helpful.our room was spacious with plenty of storage space.the t.v. was a good size and good reception with lots of channels. we found that if people in the pool or surrounding area got abit noisey this would echo up through the centre of the hotel which was irritating, the first nite a group stayed up all nite making a lot of noise. |

The staff was wonderful! They upgraded us to a bigger room which was spacious and comfortable. Free water was provided and the amenities were decent. The bar and spa facilities at the hotel were good and the breakfast buffet had a good amount of variety. My only complaint about the hotel was that our bathroom had a funny sewage smell at times. It was bearable but not really pleasant and if you didn't close the bathroom door, it did make the entire room smell. |

The room not being made up unless the button was pressed to be made up, ringing the bell at all hours delivering face cloths or replace beer that hadnt even be touched when it should of all been done in the one cleaning session. Even if you had the sign on not to ring bell so you wouldnt be disturbed they would knock on the door. |

They have the Portuguese Soccer T-shirt on the wall! The pool is nice although doesn't have a lot of sun, because it stays between buildings. Nice bedroom, with portuguese channel TV! Breakfast is nothing special for us, but it should be nice for asian people. Free internet on business center is nice! Some misunderstandings with our reservation and payments... But it all turn out well. They are too suspicious with us (foreigners) and doesn't make us feel nice sometimes, concerning to payments. |

The staff of the Hotel were fast and professional. The Room was wide and clean; The location is close to the shopping center in Kartira and well connected. The HOtel is also close to the airport and therefore is ideal for a 1 night stay and shopping There should be more flexibiity for hotel check out; The Hotel has no acess on the beach; The sminning pool is located too close to the rooms |

The staff were very pleasant and attentive. I booked for 3 nights and placed in a room on the ground floor (in front of the restaurant, and very near the lobby). On the first night, during midnight, there was a group check in and it was SO NOISY due to the loud laughters and conversations carried out by the group. The next morning, I went to the reception and told the staff about it, she immediately checked if there were any other rooms available for the next 2 nights, and placed me in a room far away from the lobby. I am impressed by her efficiency in tackling the issue immediately. In the room at Princess Tower (where I was placed on the 2nd night onwards), everything was beautiful, except for the toilet. There was such a terrible sewerage odor everytime the flush was used. So the cover had to be closed during flush, and most importantly the toilet door had to be closed at all times. I even did not dare to hang my towels to dry in the toilet for fear of the odor. If the toilet door is not closed, the whole room is affected by the odor. |

Friendly staffs, quick to provide service/help when asked to. Access card to the room was often reset, hence locking the occupant out of the room. |

I enjoyed my stay at Kuta hotel. What was most amazing to me was the staff polite behavior and smile. The receptionists, the waiters and waitresses were all very nice to guests. Breakfast was good but not many choices. What I really did not like about the hotel was that I made a reservation for four days, but when I wanted to check out after two days due to some urgent job I had to do in Malaysia, I was charged the whole 4 days and not for the 2 days that I stayed there only. |
