Aston Makassar Hotel & Convention Center  

This is a very good hotel, the best in Makassar. Very clean, nice rooms. Breakfast very good too, with Western food including good bread / cheese.

I Like that all the staff are friendly even with my young kids. Good breakfast and a clean room, also the heated swimming pool n steam room.

Some of the staff need to be aware of guest specially reception staff

I love everything about this hotel. The staffs were all well-trained and have the manner needed in hospitality business. The hotel was great. Nicest place to stay in makassar. No need to search for other place. This one is the best.

This is the newest kid on the block and is the spiffiest and cleanest property. I loved the 30 metre heated swimming pool. The sauna with glass walls and a wonderful view of the city. The variety of breakfast buffet is rather wide and changed every other day but I fee the quality of the food itself can be improved. Rooms are adequately sized but there were not towels or hair dryers in the rooms but were available on loan from houskeeping. Housekeeping also have a handy supply of electrical adaptors.

The jacuzzi was wonderful but they should have included railings for getting into the tubs for safety's safe. There should be a clear sign that children should not be allowed into the jacuzzi as there is already a separate chldrens' pool.

Receptionist was too slow, and it was only 1 receptionist in check out time (morning). During check in also was very slow. Hot water was not sufficient in the morning.

The restaurant is a bit on the pricey side - especially if you choose to have a beer with your meal (80,000 Rp versus 35,000 - 40,000 in our hotels)...

Nice hotel, easy to reach inidustrial area within short time.

The place is easier to go to industrial estate area, also only take arround 30 minuts from the hotel, alot of cabs in front of hotel, so we can go to any where we want, to get food or shopping Mall.

Lokasi kolam renang dan fitnes center yang menawarkan view kota yang indah. Fasilitas yang lengkap.

Room service yg memakan waktu yang sangat lama. Debu di atas tempat tidur yang tidak dibersihkan. Sabun dan sampo yg tidak disediakan keesokan harinya.

Het restaurant. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Personeel bij de balie en aan de deur waren ook zeer vriendelijk.

House keeping- maakt de kamers niet goed schoon. Er wordt amper gezogen en gestofd. Fruit wat er was werd niet gekontroleerd op houdbaarheid. Glazen voor tandenpoetsen wordt niet vervangen na gebruik, wordt wel schoongemaakt met de kraanwater, welk niet geschikt is voor drinkwater. Er wordt aan de klant geen afschrift van de laundry en van wat men in het restaurant heeft genuttigd. Indien men de menu kaart krijgt, krijgt men niet de tijd om rustig je keuze te maken. Personeel blijft bij je staan.

da unser abflug erst um 16 uhr war, wollten wir einen late check out, die rezeption schaute nicht einmal nach, sagte sofort , es gebe keinen late check out

Kamar tidur dan kamar mandi nya baik dan nyaman sekali.

Ruang luar hotel nya sangat terbatas seperti main entrance dan bahkan tidak ada taman sama sekali.

Schitterend hotel, zeer goed gesitueerd en uitstekende service.Uiterst vriendelijke en attente staff. Zeer goed ontbijt. Ruime en comfortabele kamers. Gratis parkeren binnen in het hotel gebouw.

Swimming Pool sangat bagus.. bisa memandang kota makassar dari ketinggian sambil berenang.
