Most hotels gives extra pillow & blanket as part of their value add service but for aston the staff mentioned not possible to request extra pillow & blanket but when guest wouldnt mind to pay for it then only it is being given. |

The staff was generally kind and helpful. It is very noisy, due to the vicinity of the highway and to the fact that windows do not soundproof the rooms. The A/C was also making a roaring noise. The wi-fi connection is very slow and breaks down every 5 minutes. The hot water is not really hot. The hotel windows are extremely dirty with bird excrements. |

De manier hoe er met een klacht over het eten werd omgegaan. Hoefden voor het gerecht niet te betalen. De raamgeluidsisolatie kan wel wat beter. |

het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. apartement is schoon en er zijn geen ongedierte aanwezig. het is jammer dat het gevestigd is vlakbij een drukke snelweg en een kanaal (die door de hollanders zijn aangelegd) erg stinkt. |

Mooie schone kamer. Gunstige ligging (noorden Jakarta) wanneer je op doorreis bent. Het hotel ligt in het noorden van Jakarta en dus buiten het centrum. Voor degenen die Jakarta willen bezoeken zou een hotel in het centrum waarschijnlijk beter zijn. |

Bejegening door het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en welwillend. Ondanks dat nog niet alles tip top op orde is, toch een plezierig verblijf van 4 nachten gehad. Kwaliteit van het zwemwater leek niet optimaal te zijn. |
