workers in information desk has no smile when they are trying to help customer's question.
1- wi-fi was not available in rooms, and very poor in lobby. 2- Bed sheets were very old. 3- AC had problems and leaked water. 4- The hotel is 4 stars but in reality it's 2 stars only.

Your breakfast is not enough variaties of fresh fruits e.g. during our stay there we had yellowish papaya and sour timbikai. The food is mostly local taste, without much fresh resource from the sea. There is much improvement on your bussiness or room booking if food is tasty.

Room size is very comfortable. Location is strategic.
The room floor felt sticky. Maybe it was not properly mopped. The kitchenette utensils are weary/run down. Some windows curtains are not maintained. Can't open them. Insufficient elevators. During peak hours, it takes a long time to get one.

The mineral water that given to us were sooo little.
Despite not being in downtown Jakarta it was easily reachable from/to the airport, avoiding traffic jams. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice roof top view.
Kinda noisy since the highway is close, could be better in terms of cleaning.

i don't like the food, it was the same everyday and some of it is tasteless. the staff wasn't so friendly.
I booked room with bath tub, however room without bath(only shower) has been provided. During 2nights stay,1 elevator out of two couldn't be used. It was under maintenance for hole 2 days and nights. It was uncomfortable for us.

Elevators a disaster..Breakfast was awful...Booked a baby crib and was told not available, however after bitterly complaining and being told they didn't have one it miraculously turned up... In general the hotel is very run down and possibly one of the worst I have stayed in.

I like the type of room, the large of each room, and also the stuff of the kitchen, and also like cumi-cumi resto for breakfast
I dont like the maintenance of AC, TV, the tv is not clear to be seen, the channel is not organized well, air conditioner at the bedroom has a broken and cause water drop from the AC
inkonsistensi aturan pelayanan terutama masalah breakfast , hari pertama dan kedua saya, istri dan 1 anak tidak di charge dan hari ketiga anak saya di charge , harusnya dari awal di informasikan mengenai aturan ini, disini saya katakan kurang profesional pelayan / font desk harusnya memberi tahu agar tidak terjadi miss.

1- Air conditioning very pad in all hotel specially inside rooms. 2- Spa center cheating the guests in count the massage period. Spa staff request GIFT from the guests. 3- No elevator maintenance …. Long time waiting … Only one elevator work where other out of service. 4- Breakfast suitable only for Indonesian guests.
The dirtiest hotel you can imagine. Looks like they wash bedclothes in the cold water. Room was dirty as well. We change the room with hotel manager and 2 staffs. They agree that rooms are dirty but they do not understand how to fix it. It is the style of life. We look though all washed laundry trolley and find 3 bed sets for us. Their "normal" bedclothes in a clearly visible huge spots of any colors... The filters in conditioners never been changed, you feel like you are briefing bacterias. We got sick. 80% of guests are deep muslims so you are not really welcome to enjoy the pool. If you are non muslims or not Indonesian/Malaysian, and hope on European style of service DO NOT go for this hotel. Настоятельно не рекомендую - очень грязно, персонал вежливый, но неадекватный.
