Rooms and toilets not clean and has Cockroach every where. Bed sheets not clean and towels are dirty. Breakfast area very crowdie and no much of choice (every day eggs) Cockroach friendly and not hygiene

Location near to Ancol

The breakfast was relatively poor with few choices and the variety of food are unmatched to those hotels which I've stayed before. The taxi stand waiting time was long and furthermore to aggravate matter, staff was not able to call for a meter cab which I felt was really not helpful and not providing hotel guests a good customer experience and satisfaction. The swimming pool area is not so clean, I can see fallen leaves in the pool. The lift condition was bad. I had to change my room card key few times and even after changed, I still had problem accessing to my room level due to the card reader slot in the lift kept rejecting my card key several times.

Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel rooms Clean and confortable.

People crowed the restaurant during breakfast. Staff clean the table very slowly. We have to clean table by ourselves in order to find a table. Try to find somewhere to get our forks, spoons and napkins by ourselves. No coffee cup at coffee machines....

When we were checking out from the hotel they asked us to pay again for the room services and tax. We refuse to do so and we were planing to complaint against them to booking.com after that as usual they told us this was their mistake and they are sorry for this We found a rat (mouse) in one of the room in 20th floor, room 2002. We spent the whole night to catch it and we video typed it and we are ready to send it to your site if you want to.

It was to crowded during my stay and number of elevators not enough to cater the guests during peak hours ... sometimes we have to wait more than 30 mnts for the elevator.

for check in i need more than 40 minutes standing on queue to be checked. and also for check out. long queue and that's really not OK i stay on 25th floor and still heard noise from street. can't have good sleep the bathroom is so wrong. if you taking shower bath then water will flooding all over the bathroom

The sirvece was poor and hotel is not clean

The price was right. Massive room for 4 people. Breakfast included. Very near to Mangga Dua Shopping District. Pretty easy to get to anywhere in Jakarta (beware of traffic jams).

Airconds look pretty dated. Doesn't seem to be maintained regularly. A lot of mosquitoes.
