Friendly staff - obliging to help Pleasant surroundings

1. Limited food menu at the restaurant 2. Limited free shuttle services from Ubud back to hotel (only 1 /day). Considering how isolated the hotel is - at least 2 x /day would be more appropriate.

Location was wonderful, the chalets really nice located on the hillside with a beautiful view, nature and jungle surrounding the resort. Very service minded staff, good food in the restaurant and nice and tidy chalets. Can really recommend the resort for those who are looking for a nice break in a busy daily life!

the room was looking a little tired but the staff and location made up for this.I suggest that the entry road be graveled to give a slightley better appearance.

Well, too much Jungle also has some drawbacks as we had a rat (not a small one) in the room...

- Amazing location.. Very exotic. Balcony giving on the jungle is superb. Its the place to be if you want a complete retreat. Also, the staff, especially the guest relations officer is among the best, if not the best you will ever encounter.

Not recommended for old people, because of the many stairs.

Not high quality management organization (but very friendly)

The breakfast, especially the pancakes were amazing. Also the 24 hour jacuzzi, over looking the jungle was very romantic. The wooden 'gondola' was a lovely addition - blends in with the nature-friendly style of the hotel. The staff was extremely polite. Our room had a great view of the jungle and the valley across the mountains.

The rooms were not very well laid out. For e.g. TV set was too tiny & one can hardly see the screen from the bed. The AC was placed too high up and did not cool the room sufficiently even at 18 deg C. Also, the quality of the bedspreads, toiletries etc were below standard. The restaurant had very few dishes to choose from and was very expensive. Lastly, for a hotel located so far away from the main Udub center, there should be a frequent shuttle/car service for guests, whereas the Nandini had only one drop service at 10 am (to Ubud) and one pick up at 4:30pm (from Ubud).

The price is not worthy, talking about Asia. Specially for the food, which is below expectations, as well no guide to take you to the river, I tried to go by myself and it was very risky!

Небольшой отель (18 вил) затерян в роскошных джунглях. Мы жили на Бали в 3-х отелях, но этот очень запомнился тем, что там работают чудесные люди. Да, все балинезийцы очень дружелюбны и любезны, но персонал в этом отеле относиться к каждому гостю как к родному человеку, очень душевные люди. Прекрасная территория отеля, все утопает в зелени, фотографировать можно каждый листок! Видели пару раз много обезьян, один раз каких то белок. При заселение дали 50% скидку на однократное посещение СПА, сходили, понравилось, но без скидки дороговато. В городе намного дешевле. До города ходит бесплатный шатл, ехать около 25 минут. В ресторане цены тоже в раза 2 дороже чем в городе, еда посредственная.

Несколько неудобна лестница к реке, тяжеловато по ней спускаться и подыматься. Дорога ведущая к отелю практически грунтовка, с огромными от дождей ямами.

Das Hotel liegt wirklich im Jungle umgeben von ganz viel Pflanzen, Bäumen und den Tieren. Sehr freundlicher Service. 2X täglich kostenloser Shuttleservice nach Ubud ins Zentrum, da das Resort 30min mit dem Auto entfernt liegt.

Die Sauberkeit in den Bädern und auch an den Häusern aussen entspricht nicht der Kategorie des Resorts. Die Qualität und die Auswahl beim Frühstück für diese Hotelkategorie ist leider enttäuschend. Man sieht dem Resort die nicht ausreichende Wartung und Pflege an.
