Aston Rasuna  

Seemingly good location.

The state of the rooms doesn't reflect the exterior. Dated design. Very dark and gloomy. TV isn't working. There's only 2 small elevators for a 32-storey building. Staffs were slow responding. Left halfway to answer phone call and ignored us throughout. Didn't feel good when we entered the room. Strange smell. Certain doors in the room like the laundry & powder room as well as the balcony were locked for no reason. Staffs refused to open them. Asked to change rooms but manager turned us down flatly. We paid for one night instead, checked out and looked for other hotels on the same day. Found out from taxi drivers that the location used to be a burial ground. Overall, very terrible experience.

Location and price.

Cleanliness is too poor, firest room the kitchen sink was blocked which let me move to another room, the second room found the master room AC was bad, asked for maintenance and the refilled it with Fyreon gas but two hours later become hot , next day was repaired again but still bad, so most of my stay was not comfortable. for the towels, I asked the houskeeping to replace them and when I came night time from shopping I found same towels arranged dirty as the are looks replaced, I complain about the towels next day replaced by another towels but still I found them dirty and I took them to the front desk and asked for the manager but only front desk manager was there, and he tried to cover the issue by asking me to have coffe with him but I refused, Finally it is one of my worst experiance in hotels and I do not recommend it for any one.

I was looking for serviced apartment with spacious common space and clean condition. Aston Rasuna provides exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention the clean condition and quick service support from the staffs. Three bedroom apartment with spacious living room was perfect for my weekend break with friends.

Well, I think they should provide more lift.

Regular hotel, regular service and normal locataion & price

The Jakarta version of Faulty Towers! Check in took 30 minutes as the room was not prepared, 15.30 in the afternoon. To get a LAN cable took 5 calls, 2 hours and a personal visit to the business center. Express pressing of a suit was by the staff turned in to Dry Cleaning and normal delivery. So the requested quick delivery turned out to be 12 hours. At check out (!) I was informed that breakfast was included in the room rate! At check in it was not! 2 elevators only, one servicing even and one uneven floors. Waiting time for elevator sometimes 10 minutes. Loud noise from outside the building from 4.30 in the morning to late. Poorly equipped rooms. There are plenty of better options for you if you look around!

In this point, I would like to thank the housekeeping staff of Aston Rasuna, specially Mr. Tawfiq. The one who found my mobile in the apartment after my check out and handed it to the security department, and I got it back. Tanks a million Tawfiq, Thank you Aston Rasuna.

es ist reiner fake was Ausstauung der Küche angeht, es war schrecklich, und am Schluss teurer als gebucht!!!!!!!!!!

Wat wij vonden dat de woonkamer en eetkamer lekker groot was. En dat wij op de 31 verdieping zaten met een mooie uitzicht over jakarta, En dat er om de hoek een supermarktje was en tegen over het hotel een paar pin automaten zaten. En het ontbijt was ook lekker. Personeel was ook vriendelijk.

Niks bijzonders eigenlijk

очень не понравилось, т.к. бронь была сделана на 2 человека с включенными завтраками. при выезде на рецепшине попросили оплатить завтрак второго человека более 100 долларов, объяснив что завтрак был бесплатным только для одного человека, хотя проживали 2 и зарегистрированы два (муж и жена).

наглость. за сутки в номере не убрались - номер люкс на 33 этаже с видом на 2 кладбища... бррр.... бесплатный wi-fi только на лобби

الخدمة المقدمه ممتازه جداً ونظافة الغرف تستحق 10 من 10 .. موقعه مميز وراقي يوجد بالقرب منه مول كبير فخم

قلة المصاعد وطول الأنتظار تتجاوز 5 دقائق .. هذا العيب الوحيد

يصلح للعائلة الخليجية ، على الرغم من ضعف مستواه

انتضرت 50دقيقه لإستلامي مفاتيح الغرفه في الرسيبشن، لا يوجد تنويع ع في الافطار الصباحي، واصناف محدده ومكررة ، صغر حجم البوفيه حيث انه لا يتجاوز 15 طاوله، خدمة بطيئة نوعاً ماء ، مصعدين فقط لـ 32 طابق مما يجعلنا ننتضر طويلاً، تكييف غرف نوعاً ماء سيئ
