The free internet in the room was very good and fast and many tv satelite channels whereby some of them are not clear

yes till i get my internet card and cable i needed to wait nearly an hour or more even after calling 3 times that shows that once you check in do not expect any further good service.

I like the location of the hotel, it is nearby restoran, food court and busway. it has a good play ground for kids to play

i am very dissappointing with respon fo house keeping guys when request something from them,( it took 2 days to fix the AC problem)

The interior was very nicely done. Spacious living area

They seemed very stingy with amneties. For a 2 bedroom apartment housing 3, there were only two bath towels and no hand/face towels. Washroom a bit cramped. Hotel staff were all with smiling faces but a bit "shoo away" manaresim with smile. Still a great place as for value for money is concerned.

The staff did their best to be helpful.

There was no mobile reception in my room, the room was extremely hot, the bathroom fixtures poorly designed and of poor quality, the number of lifts inadequate, and wi-fi was only available in the public areas which were overcrowded and noisy. I skipped the breakfast for the same reason, the breakfast was overcrowded and noisy.

Room Service food was very good. The apartment was spacious and the hotel well located.

Kitchen was not properly equipped and bathroom amenities pretty basic. Only one elevator servicing our floor so had to wait long time. Restaurant small and we could not get a table. The hotel seemed a bit old and not well maintained.

I thing the staff count is poor becase i wait long time to receive my bags when i arrive to the hotel and the elevator is too poor beacuse the hotel has more than 25 floors and have only 2 elevators ??!! and 4 person to service your bags.??!!

I liked the convenient location of this hotel and the many amenities available nearby. The hotel/apartment itself is not a 5 star facility but it has everything you need and the cleanliness of the room was good.

Staff and guests use the same elevators and if you're up on one of the higher floors, you often make many stops on the way there. The advertised fitness facilities, pools and jogging track were disappointing... the main gym was dirty, the pools have too much chlorine and the jogging track is simply various pathways on the 5th floor outdoor terrace which connects 4 different high rise buildings. These facilities may have been amazing when they first opened but they have not been maintained very well.
