Staff is extremely friendly. The view over the city on the 26st floor is great!

To expensive. There are only two small lifts to our apartment, you need always wait a long time. Air-conditioning in our bedroom is exactly above the bed and blows cold air on your head while sleeping and that makes us sick. We stay with our family of four people in a 2 bedroom apartment but often only receive 2 towels. The towels are also not always clean. Our apartment doesn't get always cleaned well. Tables get wiped with a dry old towel but not with clean cloth and soap. If we call room service to order food, the food is good but always a bit cold. We don't get any cutlery with the ordered food, we need to use our own from the kitchen. Sometimes this is still dirty so we need to do the dishes before we can start eating.

Seemingly good location.

The state of the rooms doesn't reflect the exterior. Dated design. Very dark and gloomy. TV isn't working. There's only 2 small elevators for a 32-storey building. Staffs were slow responding. Left halfway to answer phone call and ignored us throughout. Didn't feel good when we entered the room. Strange smell. Certain doors in the room like the laundry & powder room as well as the balcony were locked for no reason. Staffs refused to open them. Asked to change rooms but manager turned us down flatly. We paid for one night instead, checked out and looked for other hotels on the same day. Found out from taxi drivers that the location used to be a burial ground. Overall, very terrible experience.

Some rooms showing directly to a direction where a mosc is located directly beneath the hotel. I've had such a room in my first night, and the night finished at 4:00 AM when the pray starts. Take care to get a room to the opposite site!

I was looking for serviced apartment with spacious common space and clean condition. Aston Rasuna provides exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention the clean condition and quick service support from the staffs. Three bedroom apartment with spacious living room was perfect for my weekend break with friends.

Well, I think they should provide more lift.

Very pleasant situated, and some good eateries nearby. Staff is very accomodating.

It is in the perfect location for us as my son and family live in the same vicinity. It is always a good and comfortable stay (the bed in particular) so we always choose it. The staff are excellent especially the reception staff. The restaurant is value for money and they have 'real' bread and cakes in the bakery section. Overall value for money.

Very handy for visiting friends who lived in apartment in adjoining block

We had a room on the top floor and the lift took ages to get up and down, stopping continually at floors where there was no one.

Goed, clean hotel with a good price.

The room we had was based on 4 persons but the kitchen equipment was only for two, like two glasses, two cups, two plates, etc. This is quite strange.

In this point, I would like to thank the housekeeping staff of Aston Rasuna, specially Mr. Tawfiq. The one who found my mobile in the apartment after my check out and handed it to the security department, and I got it back. Tanks a million Tawfiq, Thank you Aston Rasuna.

Friendly and helpful staff, very good size appartment, kitchen area, around 20eur taxi driving from airport, nice café in the hotel.

Disconnecting Internet connection. Not one pan to cook.

It's close to main Jakarta highlights and located in really quiet area - in Jakarta it's very iportant.
