Honestly one of the best stays we have ever had. Treated like royalty. Food was amazing. The resort is absolutely beautiful, especially the pools. Would highly recommend to anyone.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ACCOMMODATION WHICH IS LUXURIOUS AND THE SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF IS SECOND TO NONE, THEN STAY AT AYANA!
THE ONLY DOWN FALL (IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT) IS THAT IT IS A LITTLE ISOLATED FROM GREAT SHOPPING AND NIGHT LIFE
the wonderful time and service.
Beautiful view, multiplicity of pools, kind staff, free snacks, water, cold towels at the pools. Staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Would be better if breakfast were included, along with wifi. Though they upgraded us to free wifi, which we appreciated.
Loved the pools, the food and the staff
Wifi was very expensive if you wanted everywhere
You can literally spend an entire day or two there and still discover amazing things: infinity pool, private beach, rock bar, etc.
We stayed at ayana villa. The view is awesome. We got access to the club and the thus, got access to the foods n wine there. Excellent
We played golf and needed to leave the hotel before restaurants open. We ordered breakfast box the night before n were informed to pick the box at the lobby in the morning. Yet, there was no breakfast box and according to the staff there, after checking the computer, there were no message for such arrangement .. Poor coordination
Service Smiles Comfort
Nothing to unlike...
Amazing staff, gorgeous views and definitely worth what you pay for. This resort is out of this world and you'll never see an other like it.
It is quite pricey in terms of restaurants and facilities compared to Bali in general. Prepare to be confronted with a lot of disrespectful people sharing the hotel with you, people who expected the world at their feet because of how much they paid. The staff handle it so well though, absolutely respect them for it.
The view from Ayana is incredible. The resort really is one if the most beautiful places I have stayed in.
The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't have free wifi in the rooms. There is however free wifi in the lobby, restaurants and pools.
Since it's a resort, there's a lot to be discovered: the rockbar, the pools (they have more than 3 pools) etc. I suggest future travellers to stay at least two whole days discovering/enjoying the resort. I love the fact that the hotel guests get the priority when lining up at the rock bar.
The room needs some upgrade as the interiors look a bit out of date, especially the bathroom.
The amneties, beautiful hotel and gorgeous view. The professionalism of the whole staff.
The overall interiors and exterior of the hotel are amazing. Their romantic beach restaurant
It is not a kids friendly hotel. I came from Padma resort before Ayana and me, my husband and my little 2 years boy were able to have so much fun in their pools and slides. They were the best. But when i went to Ayana they got a very poor slides with a very poor pool that they don't allow any kids under 5 years and they don't allow any parent to have fun with their kids excusing that with the pool mosaic will break if we went to the slides though it is already broken. And you got an access to both hotels pool and both got us hhe same message. This hotel with its expensive price doesn't reach the level of its similar competitors hotels with almost same price range such as four seasond or oberoi so I really advice if you are welling to pay that much money to go to four seasons or oberoi as they would be a more luxurious hotels.
Staff hospitality and children’s play area was great. I loved the Aquatonic SPA pool. The grounds are immacutely kept and very scenic. I just wish we stayed longer, 2 days just wasn't enough.
WIFI is too troublesome. It's great if you stay don’t move from the communal area. Once you move you have to re- connect which is a shame because the resort is so big and you are likely to move around. It is very frustrating that there is no free WIFI in the bedrooms because you are more likely to use your mobile devices out of the sun and in the quietness of your room.
Food was bad and expensive Wi-Fi is not free
spa,restaurants,friendly staff,cleanliness and amazing view.
Spacious room with wonderful interior design. Friendly staff. Rock bar, infinity pools
No free wifi. Many flies around dining areas.
Sami Sami was the best Italian meal I have had outside Itlay. The staff were very attentive and friendly .
The resort was a long way from popular Restaurants and Nightclubs in Seminyak making it hard to enjoy other facets of Bali .
Loved the hotel and the staff, but sleeping on a not so comfortable bed spoiled our vacation. For the price they should have free wifi e great amazing comfortable beds.
No free wifi and beds.
Thr shower room is leaking~~
Facilities, spa, restaurants and pools. Aquatonic pool was amazing.
No free WiFi in room.
The rock bar was great, including the service. The service at the pool next to the rock bar was great and attentive too.
Compared to the hotels we have stayed in Bali, this was a bummer. Service mediocre (some staff seemed to have a lack of knowing what a deodorant is...) to pay for wifi in the room in a so called 4 to 5 star hotel is a no go and antiquated. We tried the Italian restaurant which was ok, some service staff however had the tendency to over service by interrupting our conversation and this not only one time. Main pool area where we wanted to relax had loud music off and on. I would only visit the rock bar, but I surely do not recommend this property, as there are far better ones in that area, especially for the rate they offer.
Ayana is a beautiful place, but overly priced with lots of additionals that would normally be included
Everything was amazing and perfect. We had the best experience of our life.
Nothing. We loved everything.
Was a beautiful resort, the views were stunning the facilities were amazing! Was so peaceful, the beds were the best and the service couldn't be better. Would recommend for all especially if you want to relax the pools were lovely and they allowed you to go in the evening which was perfect because it was not crowded and had a kind of Jacuzzi at the sides. The views from the pools were like a dream, the food was delicious be it a bit pricey. Also the private beach is amazing. Overall a 9/10 experience except for little things here and there.
there was no wifi in the rooms unless you pay for it, so be aware of that before you go. It is away from everything so if you want a down to earth kind of holiday it wouldn't work. Also the concierges were very unorganized, we kept dealing with a new one everyday that didn't know about our situation or our plans and also had miss-communication about what was actually provided in the packages. Also be aware of taxes plus service charge put on bills and the money exchange doesn't do small notes.
