Could not fault anything - second time we have stayed at this resort and great value for money. 10 minute walking distance to Bali Collection where there are many clean, good and not expensive restaurants. Prices of food in hotel restaurants for lunch and evening meals.

The hotel is a sprawling construction built in traditional Balinese style. We did not find it in the least dated and actually found it charming. The gardens and lagoon were beautifully laid out and well manuntained. This is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with each room having a decent sized balcony which isn't overlooked. The food and beverages, whilst more expensive than outside were quite reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Unlike other places you did not feel robbed whenever you ordered a beer or a sandwich. I also like the fact that the pool and beach areas are actively managed by the attendants who remove towels etc after the sun beds are unoccupied for 30 minutes, which erradicates the usual problem of reserving sun beds. Due to the size of the hotel it never feels crowded..The buffet breakfast was among the best we experienced in Asia. As mentioned elsewhere the largest group of tourists at this hotel are Russians but we had no problem with this. They were mainly young Russians with good incomes and they behave pretty much like other Western tourists Like many other reviewers it is surprising that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms and that the Wi Fi avlailale in the public areas is not free. The hotel was obviously built before Wi Fi was prevelant and invested heavily in fixed ethernet connections in each room. This is the case in many resorts and could easily be rectified by supplying small wireless routers on demand. As for the cost of the Internet I feel you have to consider the total package. This hotel offers doube rooms with breakfast for less than $200 a night. You can find hotels with free Wi Fi but the room rate is higher and the breakfast is extra. Personally I prefer to have the lower room rate with the option to purchase WI Fi. The hotel is situated inside the Nusa Dua security zone which means there is restricted access and all vehicles entering are checked. This is a double edged sword. While it means teh hotel is located ina well manicured park area, it means that it is cut off from the real Bali and feels a bit soulless, especially at night. Many guests leave the hotel in the evening to find cheaper and more intersting dining opportunities so the restaurants are pretty dead.

Way to big for my liking. No WiFi available rooms and to walk all the way to foyer, about a five minute walk. I found this hotel, way too big and far too much walking to get anywhere. Would only recommend it to people who like big resorts..........only stayed there to be with friends....

Hotel has excellent location on the very nice beach. Also very nice garden, pools etc. Walking distance to shops and restaurants at Bali collection. If you are looking for relax, enjoying the beach and swim, this is it. Very polite personal. Definitely not 5 stars .Hotel is old and worn out. Worst thing was cleanless of the room, especially bed with old mattress and little bugs/mites all around. Prices for drinks and food are at least double compared to good restaurants outside. Breakfast is far away from 5 star hotel. Luckily hotel is bordering on public beach where you can find restaurant and massages for normal price.

Good location. The hotel is fairly huge but well maintained and clean. Not worth the money spent. We found there are a lot of better hotels in Bali at the same price. This hotel is a bit old and stuffy. The Breakfast is elaborate, but its the same food served every day.

Excellent natural environment. The Gardens and the lagoon are simply impressive. At nights, one has the feeling to be in the middle of the jungle. Good beach, properly looked after by the staff. Fantastic swimming pools. Price is too high. Rooms need some refurbishment / renovation. Some facilities are a bit old. Curtains in the bathtub???? in 2013??? Quality of the food is more 3 or 4 stars. Advice: get some mosquito repellent.

The hotel provided the most wonderful relaxation spa. It has magnificent view, service was excellent and the food was really good. Highly recommended Mosquitoes and flies when you are outdoor. But that's pretty much what you get everywhere in Bali in December

Pools & private beach we loved. Plenty of space & not crowded. Restaurants & cafes were excellent. No freeWiFi access even in lobby or business lounge. Expensive to purchase data card. Free WiFi available at nearby Bali collection shopping centre.

Luxury place! You can feel breath of Asia))A beautiful garden with lakes where you can meet a lot of birds and fishes.Hunderds of wonderfull flowers. Adorably! For our staying in the hotel we got a sad news from our home...We needed to leave and stoped our holiday.. I hoped for understanding from managers of the hotel and waited for to recieve part of money .But they didn`t do it for me.I was upset and dissapointed.
