Staffs English is quite poor so makes it difficult to communicate when asking for room prices and ordering breakfast

Le tarif proposé lors de notre arrivée sur place était nettement inférieur au tarif de booking: Nous avons payé 2 nuits au prix de 3, alors qu'il restait plusieurs bungalows disponibles.

Le personnel ne parle pas un seul mot d'anglais et la communication est impossible.

Shower got cold quickly

Well, location on the map is absolutely wrong. I couldn't find it. Staff by the phone can not understand english and lead me to bungalow. Next day I found it. And it about 2 km far on the east on that map location by the road. So its quite far from the beach.

Comfy bed

I booked 2 rooms at the same time but when we turned up they only had the first room reserved, even tho it confirms 2 on the booking. The staff English is poor so it was really hard to explain Book rooms separately and make sure you have the print out No card machine at the hotel so make sure you have cash

Das Hotel liegt sehr abseits in einer ziemlich unerschlossenen Region. Es hat keine eigene Küche, stattdessen wird die Speisekarte eines ansässigen Lieferdienstes ausgelegt. Das Frühstück ist ok jedoch muss man schon für ein paar Scheiben Toast aufpreis zahlen.

So disappointed about this accomodation!!!!! really nothing I expected and pay for a quite high price regarding all the other place I v been in 1 month in bali (from cheap to expensive ones) Rooms were dirty at arrival, and not much better during the 3 nights after Staff is incredibely useless, and not likeable neither Don't speak english or so few, and can't get any of our questions (even simply ones) Breakfast is just a joke ! almost nothing and not tasty at all, we prefered to buy our products from outside And all this is increased by the price we paid, I would have accepted such quality for a first (or second ) price range, but regarding the accomodation prices in Bali and quality or services done, it looks like a theft ! I would have been compliant of the staff was pleasant, but just not possible
