The friendly staff, room facilities, staff interaction with children and facilities for children, feeling of security at all times, easy access to the beach and great restaurants, easy-going atmosphere, Happy Hours, excellent room -great value for money. Cannot think of anything we didn't like, as we very much enjoyed our stay. |

Our room had effective air conditioning and a really nice bathroom and shower, the pool bar had great cocktails and friendly staff, the breakfast was fantastic, and the 'departure lounge' was a nice place to spend our last few hours before leaving on a late flight out of Bali |

The staff were helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. Food range was fantastic. Great position for shopping and tourist activities. Not enough baby strollers for the size of the hotel even though we were assured there would be some available for hire. |

Hotellin aamupala oli todella mahtava. Huoneet olivat siistit ja lakanat vaihdettiin päivittäin, niin halutessa. Päivittäistä siivousta huoneen kohdalta ei ohitettu, vaikka huoneeseen ei päässyt siivoamaan aamupäivällä. Palvelu oli todella hyvää ja laadukasta hotellin kaikissa pisteissä. Uima-allas oli siisti ja tarpeeksi iso. Allasbaari oli myös hyvä. Altaalla järjestettiin päivittäin erilaista ohjelmaa etenkin lapsille. Infosta sai hyvin neuvoja ja ohjeita englanniksi. |
