Great Hotel, on a great location, super friendly staff, with all that you could wish for during a holiday. We booked a club room, with the free use of the regency club. Some say the hotel is a bit outdated, and that the rooms are old, but if you wish to stay in a five star super deluxe, brand new hotel, you prob shouldn't go to Bali. We liked the atmosphere and the balinese style of the hotel so much, we would definitly go back. The hotel has a great breakfast, with everything you could wish for. We met several people who go to the Hyatt time after time, it has the most beautiful private beach of Sanur and free wifi, in all public area's (even on beach). We asked for late checkout and we got the room till five, without any additional cost! The hotel has a beautiful garden, and 2 very nice swimming pools, with a pool bar.

Absolutly nothing, we had a great stay (8 nights) and we would go back tomorrow!

The staff was excellent! They have top notch service and for that reason I would certainly go back again!

The rooms are very runned down and the A/C stinks. Our bed was literally wet of dampness.

Located at a relatively slower paced area/beach of Bali, it's a great place to relax and unwind for 2-4 days. The service is excellent, the staff is very very hospitable and smiling at all times. Very efficient too. There are a few Padi certified scuba diving places nearby, plenty of shopping and some nice eating places. The hotel taxi is pricey but dependable, so if you're not on a budget do take it. Important tip: The hotel offers a good exchange rate (much better than the Money Exchange places around), but one cannot exchange money on a normal basis. They only offer this rate while settling the bill (the amount is in the local currency). So pay in dollars on the way out, instead of the local currency.

Hotel is nice and compact, seeing that i was travelling with children, they gave me a room close to the pools, very considerate.

Beautiful setting with lovely gardens, and right next to the sea. Easy to walk to beach cafes and bars, and to shops. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. We booked the Club Lounge, which is a nice area where you have breakfast, evening drinks and canapes. We would use this hotel again.

The bathrooms could do with an upgrade - everything works, but they are a bit tired. One of our airport collections was a bit of a muddle, needing phone calls to sort it out.

Beautiful Gardens and plenty of facilities.. Also, right beside beach and right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars of Aanur

Compound resort, excellent facilities, good food.

Perfect stay, great rooms, friendly staff and amazing pool areas as well as a nearly private beach. Of course, food in hotels is more expensive than outside, but nevertheless worth every penny. Definitely worth a stay.

We spent 10 days in the Bali Hyatt Sanur and it was just awesome. 2 pools and a splendid garden. Do not hesitate to take the "club" room which allows access to the regency club and others activities (like fitness center). You can also find on the beach many centers of water sports for snorkling, jet ski, hobie cat sailing, diving etc ... (see rip curl surf school very pro)

Slightly Dated decor and being rushed in the restaurant on" Nypia Evening " Meal's not outstanding.

Wat een schitterende tuin met heerlijke zwembaden! De dag begint met een prima, uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijke mensen, erg servicegericht, veel faciliteiten.

De kamer en het gebouwencomplex met de hotelkamers is wat 'outdated'.

Het Bali Hyatt Hotel is een uitstekend hotel, de kamers zijn schoon en goed ingericht. de kamers worden 2x per dag schoongemaakt. Persooneel is super vriendelijk en zorgen ervoor dat je een goed verzorgd onderkomen hebt. de ligging van het hotel is perfect je zit aan het strand en dichtbij de vele restaurants. Als je een goed hotel wilt met alles erop en eraan dan raad ik dit hotel aan! de lokale mensen zegge ook dat dit het beste hotel van Sanur is.

Een klein minpuntje is het wireless internet. De verbinding is veel te traag en is slechts te ontvangen in de lobby bar en bij het zwembad.

Prachtige accommadatie en excellente service uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeelsstaf, Mooie tuinen en schitterende stranden,uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Met name de drankjes zijn zeer prijzig,wat te denken van een glas droge riesling voor 14 dollar. ( het schijnt dat de belasting op alcoholische drank 400 % bedraagt
