とてもスタッフも優しくよかったです。ただ、子供料金を追加をしたんですけど、フロントに子供の分のタオル- を用意してほしいと言ったけどもってきてくれなかった。それは残念。でもスパもお手頃でよかったです。 早くヴィラの工事が終わればいいのにな。

I didn't stay long enough

Great location. Beachfront. In between Kuta and Seminyak. Lots of cafes and market shopping. Fantastic beauty parlour called PIPS - Australian owned and equal standards. Staff at Bali Mandira were excellent. Very helpful and eager to please. Nice tropical grounds. New pool should be lovely when finished. Nice spacious rooms. LOVE the open air shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The free evening meal due to pool renovation was poor, but his is merely a gesture. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and not too expensive.

When booked rooms were to have balcony and garden view one room did not have balcony unable to fix straight away wer'e very dissapointed with this situation as I booked 3 rooms which were together We accepted the non balcony room

The view of the resort is wonderful. There are many supporting programs at the hotel as free-dinners, free live-music, free-cocktail..,etc..

The staff put my family to the wrong cheaper room at the first night. Poor choice of foods in breachfast...

The adjoining rooms make travelling with the kids much easier. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

The pool renovations are behind schedule and this really interferes with the ambience.

The room name - "Deluxe Cottage" - did not keep its promise. It was just a standard hotel room with a bit worn out furniture and bath room.

did not like the fact that when I booked I was quoted $1240US and by the time exchange rate was done it cost me over $1300AU, outrageous when you consider the rate of exchange between US and Aus $... not a happy traveller & will be far more aware of this in the future., in fact I will not book and pay beforehand in future!

Bali Mandira is a must stay. We stayed in three different resorts in our time in Bali and Bali Mandira was by far the best. We will definatly be staying in Bali Mandira for our whole holiday next time. Even though the main pool was under maintainence it did not matter as they had three other pools for use. Thanks Bali Mandira for making our Bali experience that little bit better!! :)

The staff werre excellent especially our room cleaner. Service was good and quick when ordering room service. Gardens, rooms and surrounds of hotel were beautiful.

Power was constantly going off and on in our room, especially annoying when watching a movie!

We really liked the live band during dinner and the great Balinese surroundings within the hotel facility.

The room was below average, I would recommend travelers to upgrade.

The location.

The evening food was very ordinary. The superior rooms are very tired and in need of revamping. Hate the bath/shower situations. Do not like being in a multi storey building.

The garden staff were super lovely and up beat

It was very mediocre. The main pool was under construction. It was tacky and overpriced. Will NOT stay here again. It had no charm.

Taste of the food they are providing is not acceptable for such a nice Hotel. Almost everyday the food are the same. There is only one air condition in the guest rooms. All other facilities establish with very poor fans ! May me more interested news for the new visitors in BALI ! the government ask Visa money it does not matter where are you from USD 25.-- . There is not only this ! when you ready for departure in Airport they are bagging again for USD 15.-- for to leave the country. We are traveling lot in the world never seen like this. This comment should advertise in BOOKING.COM under Bali/Indonesia general information. Obvious these will effect some how the hotel owner once everybody thinking like us, the number of the tourist will decline.

I liked the grounds and relaxing atmosphere. The infinity pool is awesome

The food was a bit average

- nice garden area, - nice staff, - nice beach. - clean room

- extra 21% tax&service in restaurants not inclued in prices as should be (hard to comare prices) - in the morning smoke of fired garbage - one rat walking in front of main gate (close to security) but one time only (that one was to much for my wife while for me at least 3 times would be a big problem...). - sometimes small choice for dinner.

Room clean and confortable.

The beach in front is forbidden to swim, only available for surfers. One of the swimming pool hotel is under renovation and the water from the other one looks dirty. Poor breakfast

Bathroom needed an upgrade

Lovely room in beautiful grounds, very close to the beach with direct access, pool areas were lovely and resort very well maintained. Included breakfast was great, lots of variety to choose from, and staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed while one of the pools was being renovated and were provided with dinner vouchers for the inconvenience. Great idea but buffet was pretty ordinary some nights.

The fact that we had a power failure 4 times, our air con was not cooling well, and also leaked water to fall onto our suit cases and clothing, was fixed the day before we left.

Services and facilities where excellent, location great too. We had a small booking error which the Manager sorted out for us professionally and quickly. Manager is great, understanding and obviously values his customers. We will be definitely be returning to this resort for our next holiday to Bali. Thanks Mandira.

There is nothing to not like about this resort.
