The officer were so great. They always help everything that I asked.

No free water in the room.

The room was fine but the Air Conditioning did not worked and so we spent possibly the hottest and most uncomfortable night I have ever had in a hotel room. I would not return to thisnhotelpbased on this fact. The driver was very nice to take me to the airport and my wife to the mall.

As I stated above it was a very hot room in a very humid climate. We were so happy to leave. Please fix the A/C

We stayed for one night as we had an early flight the next day. The free transfer takes 5-10 minutes (the walk from the airport drop-off point to the terminal takes nearly as long) so the hotel was very convenient for that. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food and was fairly priced. The website askes for a yes/no answer about recommending this hotel. I'm saying yes for the reasons above but it depends what you are looking for - see my other comments below

Bali is mostly Hindu but there is at least one mosque in Kuta and it is not far from the hotel - we were woken rather earlier than we had planned by the call to prayer The hotel is on quite a small site so the rooms, bar and restaurant are tightly packed around the pool and it can be a bit noisy if people are eatring/drinking late The hotel is not in one of the the "smarter" parts of Kuta. Whilst it seeemed perfectly safe it is not a particularly nice area to walk around and the walk to the beach is not a pleasant one - not a problem if you are in transit but personally I wouldn't want to stay there for longer.

rooms were clean and spacious although in need of an update! lovely pool :) staff happy to help with organising outing etc. at reasonable rates :)

Old Hotel, hot water not supply properly. No free water. High exchanged rates when paying in IDR, others applied IDR 9400/USD but this one IDR 9700/USD

Although the room rate has almost doubled since I stayed here 4 years ago, it's still value for money. Located in a stone's throw from the airport, but very quiet especially at night. The hotel also provides you with free shuttle service. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and one of them was patient enough to stand my long monologue with terrible Indonesian language. It you are with your family and ample budget, there must be more suitable hotels near Kuta beach. But if you are traveling alone and with humble budget like me, it's recommendable.

The drainage of the bathroom might need to be repaired.

Great restaurant, great staff. Hotel centred around the pool area, building style quaint Hindu Balinese.

Family suite on third floor,with no lift ! Phew !! Fridge not cold, water not hot !. Still, a beautifully friendly atmosphere, good for a short stay.

It was close to the airport and for a family it was quite good.

The shower was fairly awful

Très agréable hotel situé dans un endroit calme mais tout près de l'aéroport. Navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. Très belle piscine et resto bien agréable a l'intérieur de l'hotel. A recommander vivement quand on arrive ou repart de Kuta.

Die super Lage in Flughafennähe war für uns ausschlaggebend für die Buchung. Das Personal vor Ort war super freundlich und der riesige Pool inmitten des Komplexes machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Empfehlenswert für die Zwecknacht in Flughafennähe! Gratis Wlan, durchschnittliches Frühstück.

An der Sauberkeit kann man noch arbeiten, aber hinsichtlich des Preises auch wieder akzeptabel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Badewanne, um im stehen zu duschen war der Duschschlauch aber leider einen halben Meter zu kurz :-(

价格也不便宜，可是房间真的很小很小，放两个箱子，走路都成问题。网页上介绍到KUTA海滩只要5分钟。实- 际需要半个小时左右，非常不方便。

空港近くのため、老人に到着日の宿泊で移動疲れを与えずに済んだ。 近辺、3人、2ベッドルーム、3ベッドの設定があまりなく、助かった。 キッチン付きで大型冷蔵庫があり、 保冷剤を凍らすことができた。 飲食街にも車ですぐに移動できて便利。

施設の老朽と手入れが行き届いていない印象を受けた。 古くても清潔感があれば良いのだが、 日本人奥さんを持つオーナーが昨年手放したことなど、 影響しているのかもしれない。

Chodziło o przenocowanie między przylotem z jednego miejsca a wylotem następnego dnia w inne więc chodziło jedynie o bliskość do Lotniska.
