Very close proximity to beach, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. Quite difficult to reach the actual villa via steep stairs on side of a cliff.

Wiew was wonderful, exately on the beach, you can see the see from your bed. (But only 2 rooms was like this, other exactly behind the terace, next to the kitchen when the people speak, so you can not sleep. ) Beach desert, white sand. Big waves , almost clean water To reach the hotel was a 40 cm small road between to walls and was about 200 steps about 15 min dawn, 20 up with luggages in different heights of stairs. Going away, we ordered taxi, hotel driver, the day before, we ask for confirmation in the morning again, the told they calld it. When we arrived up,the hotel driver didn't arrived for 1 hour, after we called a taxi for airport , almost loosed the plain. Was no bar no willages nearby , only 3 small local on the beach, with high price, low quality. When was high tide can not reached the steps to go up,(only way to go away) only if you completely watered, even your hair, because of the high waves, that returned from the walls. The breakfast was not included, hotel had it for high price. Was some animals in the room, because a lot of hools on the door and roof. Was some rain, and the room had 1cm water on the floor. The first room , that they wanted to give us, like seewiew, was not and mould , you can not pay in dollars or have to accept them low rate, low because the bank fare away and lot of steps (they told) we can not go in the water, because the big waves , don't go with children!

Excelent location. Million dollar view over bingin beach. Waking up at this place is really something. Very nice staff. Nice atmosphere. You can actually bring your own food and store it in the kitchen, make your own dinner, etc. Many activities available (yoga, surfing lessons, etc). Pretty much of a hostel, actually (with a stunning location!). No ac. No hot shower. Breakfast not included. Reasonable accomodations. Do not expect luxuries. No room cleaning for the whole stay. Therefore: overpriced! Another problem with its location is the huge climbing you have to make (first down to the beach and then up to the hotel). Do not check in after dark without a lantern of some kind! No lights for the whole way. I'd stay here again though.

It is a really great beautiful and romantic place, there are no people, beautiful view, nice crew and a good beach nearby. But be cearful if you have problems with the climbing. To get there and to get out of the hotel if you wanna change the location or go somewhere you need to pass through a big stears (about 5-10 mins), not really comfortable when it is dark View, beach, nice rooms, nice crew

One of the best beach views we've ever seen and far away from the tourists. Might be hard to find, but it's worth it and offers great surfing right out front. The design of the villa was really nice with a big open area to sit and read or watch the sunset while listening to the waves. You get a great view of the beach and you're isolated from everything (almost a private beach). There are quite a few small places to eat along the beach where you can pick your own fresh fish for them to BBQ. The villa also prepares breakfast and lunch. The internet connection was pretty quick (fast enough for FaceTime/Skype). They desperately need air conditioning. The villa is nice, but it ruined the whole experience when we were sweating all night and couldn't sleep because of how hot it was, even with the fan on and with the doors open (no breeze the days we were there). The fans are too high up so you don't even feel them. Maybe lowering them down on a pole would benefit. Privacy is a big concern too. We had an issue with another guest coming onto our private balcony (because there aren't any walls preventing them) and standing/walking in front of our sliding door while we were in bed. I notified the staff and they handled the situation (even though the Aussie guest was a complete douchebag about it), but it could have easily been prevented by isolating the private balconies better.

The view and environment is beautiful and amazing and we can hear the sound of the wave and it is relaxing. The staffs are helpful and nice. The hotel location is not strategic and very hard to find. We need to walk for may staircase and it is tiring especially for girl. The weather is hot at Bali and there is no air con, sweat a lot.

We had a great 5 days at Bali surf villas. The rooms were clean & tidy and a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful and prepared a good feed for breakfast every morning. The location is amazing! Awesome views of the whole beach as well as bingin and impossibles. Lots of cold beers in the fridge and very close to plenty of cheap places to eat. Will definitely stay here again when we come to bingin next. The stairs down the cliff can be a bit tiring at times but it is the only way to the beach and is well worth the effort. Pack light.

We looked at all the hotels on the beach Bingin and this hotel - the best. Unlike the other hotels on the beach Bingin, there is Wi-Fi and the staff speak English. It is suitable for young people who want to combine comfort and learning to surf. The rooms are always cool, despite the lack of air conditioning. No hot water does not cause discomfort. The hotel has not a good policy - they claim to booking.com more rooms available than there actually is. As a result, when you checking in to the hotel, they could refuse, and can make you check in in a room in a nearby hotel (there is no Wi-Fi staff, speaking English.) On page hotel they stated that they can provide an extra bed, in fact this is possible only in one room. We lived in this room and after a week when we live here, they move us to another room, and giving our room on the newly arrived guests (there were three).

We had a fantastic stay with Cameron and the team at such a beautiful location on Bingin beach. Bali Surf Villas boasts views and immediate access to 2 of bali's most famous surf breaks, that are literally a stones throw from your private balcony. On this beach is beautiful candlelit seafood restaurants, not dissimilar to the famous Jimbaran. I recommend this place highly, just remember there is a little walk from where the road finishes to the surf villas, due to its ON THE BEACH location. Every step is worth it! Will stay here again for sure!

Amazing location the views are superb peaceful quiet and relaxing well worth the trek down the steps which gives you a work out. Cameron and Kaya did everything to assist us including e-mailing directions and offering assistance with heavy bags. Views of all the surf breaks, Bingin the Impossibles and Dreamland. Surf hire and tuition available at the villa. Sunrises and sunsets to die for. Massages available. Grilled fish barbeques available on the beach close to the villa. Breakfasts cooked to order try the banana pancakes yummy. Lovely walks along the beach at low tide to Padang Padang and Dreamland Beach. Fantastic place to stay would have liked to stay longer.

Horrendous path/ deep stair well to get to this hotel. If one has luggage, it is inaccessible. The "help" DEMANDS a certain dollar amount per bag to help one get to the hotel. It was dirty and a complete rip off for the area. The manager was nice but unhelpful. The only good thing about this stay was a fresh fish dinner at one of the local restaurants on the beach. I would never stay here again or refer this hotel to anyone! Dirty No staff Long hard hike down heavy stairs for 10 minutes.
