Belle chambre ( bien décorée et bien entretenue ) .beau decor extérieur , végétation luxuriante.

Ici seul votre argent compte .accueil déplorable ,on vous apporte l'addition avant meme que vos valises ne soient arrivées dans la chambre .vous n'etes plus a bali mais parqué en zone porte monnaie ( prix doublés par rapport au centre de l ile)l hotel est situé le long d une route trés passagère donc trés bruyant . ..unique interet du secteur : le snorkling ou la plongée . les plages bien que magnifiques sont poluées . trop de jet ski ,bananes ou parachutes ascentionnels . il est quasi impossible de se baigner .

Amabilité et politesse du personnel, style et confort de la chambre, très belle piscine et jardin enchanteur.

J'ai moins aimé le fait que, n'étant pas en formule "tout inclus", on me refuse un verre d'eau et que l'hôtel encaisse le prix total du séjour dès l'arrivée. Plage pas belle du tout.

Nice hotel with a beautiful garden a a nice pool.

The beach and sea are not a nice a it looks on the pictures. The water is quite dirty with a lot of rubbish.

Awful! Do not stay here unless you are ages 50-70 years old and from Germany or Poland. Also this is an all inclusive hotel which they do not state on the website. Breakfast was awful, hotel really tired and the beach is rubbish. We booked for nights and cancelled our booking when we arrived. The hotel is not 5 stars more a 2. We moved to Seminyak and got a 5 star hotel which was amazing for half the price. All the places to visit give Nusa Dua a miss!

I booked 5 days (paid) and early Check out in 3 days and not so happy, the food price is expensive compared to test and outside hotel food prices. Kimono been changed along 3 days, soap just first day check in and never been renew, no shower gel, no tooth brushes and paste, tv Channel Is limited, can not order food in pool and we have to come to restaurant direct order, no internet in the room, too stingy for towels inside room and pool site using towels card Is like non star hotel if forgotten to return towels it will be charged, it is ..... So so tricky for the stars hotel, many more, sometimes rats were joining with us

The high price os the taxi you have in the front of your carpark. The price of your food for what you get on your plate, no coke or your local beer bintang available at your retaurant and the amount of time you wait for the overpriced tiny meal, we waited 30 - 45- mins and we we're the only ones in your restaurant..

I've a great stay at Bali Tropic Resort, the design of the resort building is so terrific! it's immediately on the Indian Ocean Beach, and their beach is very calm with no waves (it's like a small bay) and it is very clean water with panoramic view of the resort building in green area, its location at Nusa Dua is good as in front of the resort there is a couple of Super Markets and few meters after there are many money exchange offices, the hotel staff is all very friendly, and you touch that by their first welcome drink! they organized for me all the trips I asked for, and all of that was for a real value of money as the price of 5 nights B&B was very reasonable, also the resort is only 20 minutes far from the Denpasar Airport, and like 25 minutes from the Living KUTA and Ligian Street for the evening going out, in conclusion, it was one of my best resorts / hotel I've ever been

The only negative thing that there was no free wifi at the rooms, however, it was available and strong at the Lobby, but in case for 50,000 RP (5 $) you can get an Indonesian Line from any of the mobile shops location close to the resort with 1.5 GB of free internet

the beach is amazing, don't miss the dawn! we were leaving in the late afternoon and they let us use the facilities and land us a room for 1 h for free, to let us go fresh and happy

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff! Good conditions of rooms and facilities, nice surroundings - rooms are embedded in fresh and green gardens. Deluxe rooms are really nice.

Noisy jetski's in front of beach whole day. Not nice! Beach is average ok, but really not as white and paradise-like as the beaches of the gili'S.

Friendly staffs. Good Variety of breakfast.. Hmm... And it was great to be near the beach...

Hot water wasnt working at all, and it had upset our stay there, after preparing my bath tub with essentials suddenly cold water came. The most I could turn was to light warm water, in the end after so many calls to receptionist and several checks we had to take a cold shower and rush out, because we were already late for our plans because of this.. It was really frustrating... Other than that, nothing...

I highly reccomend this resort to everybody. The price is really accessible, and the value of the hotel is much more than the price payed. Everything was perfect. Room: amazing, special, clean, great balinese atmosphere, four poster bed, all new, well furnished. Staff: the best staff ever, friendly, always saying hello to you, tipical balinese people. Breakfast: was good, with soft music and nice environment. Location: there are not many restaurants outside, but with a cheap taxi you can reach good resto and easly. Fortunately: it was far from the traffic noise. Swimming pool: simply amazing, huge, clean. Beach: calm water, clean, with beds and umbrella to relax in a not noisy environment. It was perfect.

Very nice interior desing, traditional style furniture, comfortable bed. Spacious room (deluxe bungalow). Resort garden is beautifull, with plenty of trees and balinese statues. Sufficient breakfast buffet served in restaurant overlooking the beach. In fact this resort have 3 restaurants, including one outdoor - pleasant experience of lunching/dining on the see side. Staff was always polite and attentive. We were offered all inclusive package to try for one day, which we used as price was decent. Excelent balinese massage in the resort spa.

Food was not impressive (lunch, dinner), just proper and rather western style. Location is not handy for visiting other parts of Bali. Lack of interesting restaurants in the area, so staying there rather go for all inclusive. Beware: transport from the airport ordered via booking.com did not work, no one was waiting at the airport. Contact hotel directly for that kind of arrangement. Spa was expesive andI do not recommend pedicure - old nailpolish and not too good skills of therapist. Go for massage instead :)

Bali Tropic has a private beach, plenty of sunbeds. The beach is much cleaner than seminyak and kuta. Dinner by the beach is worth a try. The hotel do prepare performances. The room is spacious and well furnished. Bali Collection do free shuttle along Tanjung Benoa. Free wifi near reception. Experienced earthquake one night, no biggie.

No free wifi in room, everywhere else e stayed had this, we had to go to the lobby for free wifi.

The pool

Letting people have towels on a pool chair and then leave them there for 2hours. That is way too long!!! There are only a few chairs that are in prime position. 30minutes is way more realistic and gives everyone a chance. No wifi in room

The architecture, decoration, gardens and atmosphere of the hotel is very good. The personal is very friendly and attentive. The have a very good spa.

Unfortunately the hotel Wifi is very bad. The rooms need to be renovated, air conditioning works very poorly. And the food in the hotel is mediocre. It's a shame because the hotel is very nice outside , however IF they made some resonable improvments, can be the perfect place. We manage to enjoy our stay.

Good location within Nusa Dua. Resort itself was also very nice having a very Balinese theme to it, and therefore avoiding that uber "resort" feel. Staff were very friendly, and overall a relaxing place to spend time. Spa and massage also excellent. Food quality also good, but there is better food outside the hotel. Value for money.

First room very noisy as was located near the main road. Moved to a second room which was very quiet but it meant I no longer had a large bed and had to sleep in a single one. Quite disappointing. The room was quieter but had mosquito problems so I had to spray the room every time I left to make sure there weren't any when I got back. Good thing is beds had mosquito nets anyway. Resort itself beautiful, but rooms a bit tired. Also lack of free wifi outside of reception means people constantly loitering around lobby accessing emails on phones etc (including myself!).

Very authentic balinese Hotel. The deluxe room is very good. I wouldn't recommend the all inclusive package. There is a great seafood restaurant called Kendi Kunding, 2 walking minutes next to the Hotel.
