The layout of the hotel was excellent--all rooms faced the beach from a high promontory, which gave a wonderful view. There was even a bed outside so that I could sleep while listening to the ocean! Much appreciated. The staff were wonderful--without question. I had a lot of difficulty with my driver and the whole staff were supportive, and I was actually driven back to the airport in DenPasar by the hotel owner, when I needed it! Also, the food was really wonderful--the best, by far, of everything I'd had in Bali--Ubud, Denpasar. Very comfortable, friendly, accessible and lowkey place. The only negative was that the rooms did not have quite enough lighting!
