Bali Wood Property at Aston Kuta Residence  

The apartment was great for us being able to watch one tv each, separate bathrooms, good beds and storage/wardrobes. Close proximity to all needs. The apartment have beautiful furniture and features.

1) CLEANING Our apartment was not cleaned on Saturday 12/5 and Tuesday 14/5. The caretaker apologised for one day when handing the keys over, said he was sick. Dont know what happened the other day... 2) TOWELS AND SHEETS The sheets was not changed once, which was needed, the sheets was not crisp and white and needed a freshen up from the first day. The towels was changed once in 7 days, same there, bad quality of white towels. 3)FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE Before we arrived I had contact with Sarwa from the reception team that we were having free shuttle service - and we got picked up at the airport. But when we were checking out at 12 noon Wednesday 15/5 the caretaker told us that "Christine"?, his boss told him that we were only allowed shuttle service one way...Showed him the emails that said free but did not have time to stand and argue. SO we booked a bus through the reception and paid for it. 4)GENERAL CLEANINGNESS The apartment felt like it needed a good wipe over. floors felt dirty and dusting was needed.

It was inconveinent when the access card wouldnt work and have to go back down to lobby to get it to work...

I liked the appartment and the great service

The place of stay is nearby to halal restaurants. The assistance provided by Pak Gede is excellent. The room was clean everday. Walking distance to Discovery Mall and the beach. The balcony had a great view of the seas frm a few distance away. No need to fight for tv channels as all rooms are equipped with lcd tv. All in all, great location and great service.

The apartment was fantastic! We stayed in the same one that can be seen in the pictures on this website, the apartment was furnished so well it felt like a home away from home...perfect! Loved everything about staying here and would come back again!

The area surrounding the hotel was a bit run down & grubby...although there are lots of shops, restaurants & Spa's close by they were low budget/ quality...Also the beach wasn't as close as I anticipated & it was awful too...so we had to keep taking a taxi to other nearby beaches!

Apartment was a good size . Nice and quiet .

We had called them to inform them we were on a late arrival flight. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. We had to stay first night at the hotel next door. Main toilet smells bad all the time. Wasnt cleaned everyday , and was always cleaned late in the afternoon.

This property was so close to the place we spent the majority of our vacation, Kuta Beach. Only a quick walk and we had access to the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, local markets and more upscales malls. The property itself was great! The place was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The kitchette suite was perfect for breakfast when we wanting something quick. When traveling so far, I always want to have a "home base" where I can feel comfortable and this place did the job. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to be right within Bali experience.

This property has it all. From living room, to kitchen. Location wise, very very convenient. Near to shops, eateries and walking distance to the beach. Staff, both Gede and Dede was helpful and polite.

We are travelling with a group of 4 and having single key is hard as we need to stay awake while the other two is still out. Would be great if you could provide two keys.

الجناح كان في الجهه الاخرة في الفندق فتضطر تمشي مسافه

到熱鬧的地址有點小距離，需要騎單車

موقعه قريب للخدمات من سوبرماركت يوجد فيه مسبح انتر نت في اللوبي الغرف نظيفه وجيدة مطل للبحر والمدينه هادئ المطبخ مكمل من الاواعي الطاقم النظافه لا ياتي حتى تسستدعية يوجد 2 بلكونه و 2 غرفه نوم وصاله 2شاشه مسطحه

لا يوجد انترنت في الغرف وشكرا

I really enjoyed the personalized services that Bali Wood Properties provide. It was my 1st time to Bali and I requested some additional help, Bali Wood provide a “Meet and Greet” at the airport for a nominal fee and then arranged for a taxi to take me to the Hotel. Once I arrived at the Hotel one of the Bali Wood represents’ meet me and escorted me to my room. The room was perfect as it had a fridge with a few complimentary drinks. I was able to cook in the services condo if I so wished but decided to eat out. If I was there for a longer stay I would definitely take advantage of this feature. The Sunset from the room terrace was breath taking. I would recommend this property to anyone look for good value for their money and I plan to stay at this property again in the near future.

geen ontbijt bij (pittige) prijs inbegrepen; zou € 17,50 pp kosten. Zijn daarom in dezelfde straat bij een leuk eettentje gaan ontbijten á € 3,50 pp!

The apartment was cosy and well laid out and the hotel was in a great location.

This property was close to Kuta Beach. Only a walk and we had access to the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, local markets and more upscales malls. The property itself was great! The place was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The kitchette suite was perfect for breakfast when we wanting something quick. I can feel comfortable and this place did the job. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to be right within Bali experience.

Since this room is in a part of ASTON hotel property (separated as RESIDENCE area), we could use their facilities such as SPA and Kids space, etc. The stuff at reception are very kind and helped us a lot.

We had to wait for long time to check in. The room is supposed to be available from 2pm. But we had trouble contacting with the service personnel, and It was already 3pm when we finally get in to the room. And even at that time, the room was still in cleaning status. After all, that afternoon was totally taken by this check-in things. I'm very disappointed about wasting our precious holiday for this kind of trouble. Since this room is not a hotel room, the reception stuff doesn't manage, They just can contact with the service personnel. And if that personnel is not available, there is no way to request a service. We requested a room cleaning everyday, but they didn't come on 3rd day due to some accident. No substitute personnel or even no towel change. I will not choose this room for next stay at Kuta.

the swimming pool is nice

the room is a mess, dirty and disgusting! an ice-cream left in the refrigerator when we arrived. and an apple left in the drawer.... the room is not clean, and the door even got no extra lock!!!!! it looks terrible....
