That it was near the beach and seafood restaurants

The Wifi was crap, staff weren't as friendly as other places we stayed at. Got the feeling they weren't so happy to be working there

The location of the villas was great for access to Jimbaran Bay. If you are going to stay here request villas 4, 5 or 6. All other villas are not private as the are in direct view of the construction workers on the site next door. It is also not quiet - so expect to hear alot of construction noise between 8am - 7pm.

There is alot of construction around the hotel. It is not an exageration!! It is not peaceful to stay here during the day as there is so much noise and over half of the 'private villas' have 5 stories of a construction site with workers that can see directly into the villa area, pool and also outdoor shower. Not very private at all. We arrived to be given a villa with no privacy and views of construction, after complaining, we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with views still of construction... but the pool was shaded and not in full view of the workers. We stayed in this room for 2 nights and then were moved back to villa 4 which was one of the few with no view of construction. Staff were oblidging and we felt very sorry for them.... but we paid for quality and unfortunately this was not what we recieved.

The lay out of the 2 bedroom units are beautiful.

Upon arriving we were requested to pay for our accommodations,when I stated that we would pay at the end, as per normal hotel / villa standards the individual at the desk continued to process the payment. There was also no mention of the construction directly behind our suite, so we received a very unwelcoming wake up at 7am to construction. In addition, we could not even use our private pool as the construction workers had a very close unobstructed view of us trying to lounge in the yard. I was greatly disappointed that we were not advised of the ongoing construction when making the reservation or when checking in. I would not return to the villa as it did not appear to be managed ethically.

Great staff, great location and nice private swimming pool ALso very good breakfast served in the room They let you bring "extra guests" with no issues :-)

Attitude of some receptionist are not good.

The breakfast was nice and it was served every day on time. Although not new, furniture in the villa is in a good shape and is very comfortable.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. Next to it is a big construction yard and we were awaken by the workers every day at 7am. During day the noise was terrible - it's impossible to enjoy in peace and quiet and it's the same no matter which villa you stay in. There was a lot of dust around the yard. Cleaning service was poor. For luxury villa I would expect to have clean floors, chairs next to the pool etc. Also, there's nothing in the kitchen besides spoons, forks and knifes; what's the purpose of that kind of kitchen? Definitely not worth the money.

Upgraded on arrival, beach not far, breakfast, big villa with big swimming pool, the warungs not far

Noise (work area not far - all the hotel hears that + car traffic), too cold water in swimming pool, some sun only the morning, beach with an entrance through the warungs (and not direct entrance), quite far from activities of Kuta/Seminyak

The villa was very nice and they delivered breakfast every morning to your villa at exactly the time you request. The staff was great. The beach is just a short walk and there are several fresh seafood restaurants on the beach. The private pool was wonderful, very nice after a hot day. Would stay again.

The hotel is wonderful, but there is construction next door and it is noisy.

The service staff is great, we arrived at the hotel without dinner at 1030pm, all the restaurants were closed, including our next door hotel, Intercontinental, the front desk service staff, Mono, offered to drive us out to KFC for Takeaway, that is so sweet of him.The room is comfy and spotless. Great place

Breakfast was simple, so so and hotel not beach front, need to walk pass the seafood restaurants to get to the beach.

The private pool was very good size for a couple, and it was perfect to have a private pool. The villa was very good size.The bathroom was big with a bathtub and a shower. There was also a shower outside house.

До пляжа пешком 2 минуты, где множество рыбных ресторанов. Но на 3 день они уже надоедают однообразной едой. А по близости ничего больше нормалного нет. Про номера: Большие, комфортные, завтрак каждое утро прям в номер, выбрать можно из 3 видов. Очень приветливый персонал.

Очень шумно по утрам!!! Рядом строится новый отель, так вот они начинают работу в 8 утра! Слышимость невероятная. Мы не высыпались! Через 3 дня переехали в другой отель в Семиньяк. Строительство будет идти до июня 2012 года, так написано на въезде в строющийся отель. Поэтому я категорически не советую, кто любит нормально поспать до 11-12 часов, заезжать в Balibaliku во время стройки...
