The staff were very friendly, location was great as we liked to shop in airconditioning, food was also good. Breakfast - they didn't include cereals, more variety needed, like baked beans, hash browns etc |

Spending a couple of days at Waterbom Park and found the location ideal. Beachside restaurant was very nice. It looked very tired and in need of a renovation. |

The hotel has undergone an extensive upgrade in its external facilities. There are three excellent swimming pools, excellent bar and food facilities, and an inviting beachfront facade. The hotel is very family friendly and extremely well located. |

La zona de piscina y playa están correctos, el personal atento. La habiataciones del hotel son muy antiguas, sucias y casi todo viejo y estropeado. Se escucha el trafico exterior y el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso. El desayuno se repite cada día y la calidad muy justa. |

Uniquement la piscine, le jardin et l'emplacement de l'hôtel, en effet, juste au bord de la mer. Les chambres sont sinistres, tout est vieux et à refaire, par contre elles sont spacieuses. La salle de bain idem. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Les chambres n'en valent pas plus que 2. |

Recht zentrale Lage. ich habe schon wirklichg viele Hotels besucht, auch in Bali, aber einen so schlechen Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt! (Service horrible!)! Es dauerte ewig bis wir (trotz ruhiger Situation) bedient wurde, das Zimmer befand sich direkt (!) neben der Eingangshalle, trotz langfristiger Buchung eines guten Zimmers!! Eine Alternative wurde nicht angeboten, stattdessen mit Einbehaltung der Kaution gedroht. Das Hotel selber erscheint von aussen kolonial, drinnen eher Großhotel mit sehr vielen Zimmern (not individual). Die Nachbarhotels waren tatsächlich besser und deutlich billiger!! (very bad price/value). Bei vielen gesehenen Hotels auf Bali ist dies wohl das schlechteste gewesen (worst hotel in Bali) |

l'hotel porte bien son nom de Bali Garden avec son jardin et ses decorations façon temple.Il reste calme pour un hotel sur kuta et est fait pour la relaxation.Pas trés loin des boutiques et restaurants . Les chambres sont un peu anciennes mais restent trés propres. |
