Bali Garden Beach ResortJl. Dewi Sartika, PO Box 1062, Tuban, Bali, 80361 Kuta (Show map) Good, Score from 113 reviews“Breakfast was amazing! The twilight scenery at the restaurant, overlooking the beach and the well lit pool was definitely a favourite. The staff were super friendly, remembering our name, room number and favourite drink the entire time we were there. We were very impressed with the departure lounge for late flights.”

Great location, clean hassle free. Good value for money with beautiful gardens and pools. Nice staff and great food. There was a smell coming from shower after it had been used. Never complained to staff as it did go away. Only annoying thing (not the staff/hotels fault) was when guests left towel at the pool lounges and didn't return for hours, especially if it was busy.

The best thing for me was siting on the lounge chairs relaxing and overlooking the ocean. Then being waited on by the wonderful staff with drinks and food. The breakfast bar was quite basic, but the pancakes were great.

The hotel facilities are great. Numerous bars, an internet cafe, 2 day spas that offer massages and pamper packages. Great pools, including a spa pool for adults only (great way to escape your kids). There is a restaurant next to the pool that is open for lunch and dinner, you can order to the pool or sit at a table. Does really nice food. Next door to Discovery Kartika Shopping Centre and a short walk from Matahari Shopping Centre. Well situated for shopping. Across the road from Waterbom Park. The staff are sooo friendly. Just an all round great place to stay.

Have stayed at Bali garden many times before and the pool areas, restaurant and location is fantastic. Cocktail bar at the beach front is great for sunset cocktails and all the bar and pool staff are very friendly and helpful. All rooms are now renovated and just what you need. Personally I don't go on holiday to sit in my room so as long as it is clean and quiet I am happy. Only complaints are that I requested a double bed rather than a twin three months before our stay and again a week before, yet we were still given a twin room. After checking with reception they said they could only move us to a double room 2 days before our departure. Also when we arrived (about modnight) we had luggage ties on our suitcases and reception couldn't find scissors to get them off and they told us we had to wait until morning, meaning we couldn't get changed or even brush our teeth. Also breakfast could do with some improving.

I liked the location, very central, almost opposite Waterbom Park. My room was very spacious with a king size bed. They don't allow smoking in the rooms, so there was no old smoke smell around. Check in wasn't until 3pm, but after waiting a little while in the lobby, I got in my room by about 12.30pm. If I had to find anything I didn't like, it would be a small thing which is -it would've been nice if there was a hair dryer in the room. I thought there would be so didn't bring my own.

The staff were beautiful and the grounds were lovely! The breakfast was very limited and the same every day and for the price I payed, I expected alot more. The pool was very murky. Alos depended on which rooms you are staying in, the can be very far away from a lift and if you are staying on top floor, you will need to drag ur suitcase up and down the stairs.

The rooms are large and clean. The grounds are beautiful and have direct access to Kuta Beach. It is central to shopping at both markets and department stores. It is walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The Boardwalk Restaurant is delightful, on the beach front and provides entertainment each evening. The staff are also extremely accommodating, pleasant and helpful. The bathroom is dated and in need of updating/refurbishing but was clean and in good working order. The bathroom towels are thin and worn and need to be replaced!!

We really liked the beach location and the boardwalk area. The rooms were a bit tired and the service by the majority of staff (Front counter, bar and some restaurant staff) was very poor. We had to wait a long time and they seemed uninterested in serving us.

Bali Garden is a very pleasant hotel with a nice garden and swimming pool. I liked the breakfeast room, the direct access to Kuta Beach, the large and clean bedroom and its balcony. Internet is speed and cheap. Good location very close from the main shopping mall, the water park, the market street and the beach. The hotel is a little bit far from the main clubs of Jalan Legian (Bounty, Sky Garden or VI AI PI). The best way is to take a taxi motorbike to go there, because the traffic is crasy at night in Legian.

The pool side was wonderful, food/drink prices were competitive and the staff was very nice and friendly. 3rd floor sound insulation room-corridor could be better. Normally wont harm, but if you get noisy neighbour... After one week, there could be more choices for breakfast.

Our time at the Bali Garden Beach Resort was amazing. We relaxed in the Spa Pool which is a child free zone. Had fabulous meals and service at the Boardwalk restaurant and sipped cocktails as we watched the sunset. This was my 3rd visit to the Bali Garden and they are very friendly and helpful. Not having enough pool towels, they should allocated a beach towel for every guest in your room and exchange them when you leave it on the bathroom floor. It shouldn't be a hassel to the guest.

OUr stay at the hotel was excellent and the location and seaside pool/restaurants lovely. It was such an ideal spot for a Kuta break and felt relaxed and comfortable after the busy streets of Kuta and the beachside. Would highly recommend the hotel to others

As the hotel was running full, my twin room booking was upgraded to a family room which had a King size bed, a double decker and another pull out bed. A very spacious room for 2! Room lights are not bright/inadequate. The bathroom is also very basic with only 1 bath towel per guest, soaps and shampoo gels given - no hand towel, lotions or tissues. Requested for hairdryer for 2 days but none were available.
