The location was great for our group, which was mixed with people in 60's down to a 3 year old. plenty for all to do to keep busy and happy.

They were so friendly, we asked to change rooms, they were so nice about it and move us the next day. great service and friendly staff, would recommend it to anybody. great Location.

The gardens and the pool area alongside the beach was lovely, very relaxing with good music. Staff where very polite and helpful.

The breakfast was always cold with not much selection, did not enjoy breakfast at all. The bathrooms in the rooms where terrible, old and grubby looking. Definetly needs replacing. Apart from that the rooms are fine.

Great help with everything at reception. Beautiful garden surrounds with some fairly rare species of birds and lizards if you look closely. Nice little oasis

Location is perfect for shopping and nightlife! I really liked how our initial complains were resolved ; truly great customer service .

For a five star resort some things were lacking .like tooth brushes face towels and when we asked for milk we were given a plastic cup and a bill ! This should never happen in a 5* resort .

I loved the location, right on the beach and I could walk out from the hotel into the surf. The breakfast was great and the staff was welcoming. The Boardwalk Cafe was inviting and the food was good. I enjoyed the beach side chairs. Shopping and the action of Kuta was easily accessible.

The airport shuttle was advertised and only available with 7 night stays.

The staff are very welcoming, its clean and situated very central for the beach,shopping, transport and walking.Great pools and really nice food...:)

I have been to bali many times, its only a small thing,but,this is the first time we were not given a complementry drink and chocolate on arrival.

The Closeness to Discovery Mall and Waterbom Park, the tranquil surrounds, the food , the pools. In a nutshell we loved everything about Bali Garden Resort

i have been staying at bali gardens since before it was renovated and everytime i go there now somthing has been updated and it is simply spectacular it is always clean and the staff are always happy and ready to acccomodate you with a wonderful smile the breakfast staff are truly wonderful they should be applauded for there friendliness and quick approach to whatever we ask of them the pool area is just lovely and always plenty of roon around the pool side and all the bar staff are funny and do a great job thank you to all the staff at bali gardens foor always making us feel safe and welcome.

Location and relaxed

We booked this resort online and now I think the best decision I have ever made.. It is fantabulous hotel everything in the hotel is amazing. The most we liked was Spa pool and the beach side pool it was just relaxing.. I will surely revisit the hotel :)

Perfect location

The gym was very bad .. Disappointed.. Shouldn't be advertised with a gym..

Location- close to beach. Hotel was value for money. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful.

The hotel was poorly designed so that had to walk quite a long way around to get to somewhere which was actually quite close- this was ameliorated to some extent when security doors were left open- but this could never be relied upon and often you had to retrace your steps. Main pool badly designed so that had to crawl over multitudes of children to get in. People drinking in the pool while floating along- made me worry about broken glass. No shuttle to either Kuta central or to airport.

So far so good, like the concept of departure lounge. It is very helpful to killing time before our departure at night, its a good way to killing time for waiting our flight and relaxing without worries where we have to go before our departure!

The quiet adult pool is truly relaxing. It's hard to beat the price for a massage. The breakfast food and ambience was very good. The hotel is in an active location, with nice views from the pool of the ocean.

No happy hour specials from the bar that we could utilize. Maybe a little over-priced.
