strong sewerage odor due to grey water outlet into garden beside our door
Everything the pools massage everything was cheap the breaky was amazing even had Vegemite . The position is the best amazing sunsets
- Very friendly staff - Close by restaurants and mall - Nice and spacious room - The Spa! The traditional balinese massage was super relaxing - Pool was never overcrowded
Noise from other guests in front of our room (running kids, shouting parents,...)
Mouldy bathroom, grey towels and bed linen,
Love the service, room was great. Spacious and comfy bed. Service was excellent with a good buffet breakfast each morning. Pool was divine.
Hmmm. I'd have to search hard. Thecairconditioner was a bit older and had to be left on all the time to be effective.
Swimming pool and pool bar design
Location in Kuta, Pool Bar, Food with an ocean view was nice
The property was reasonably old and over priced compared to others, the staff we nice but not as friendly as other places I have stayed.
beach is not clean
Location ,grounds nearly everything
The rubbish on the beach was terrible because of the rain an d even though it wasn't resort land I think you should clean in front of the beach chairs daily .
For young families it is great. Family room for up to 5 (if a bit squashed) makes it good value. Its close to WaterBom and Discovery Mall, on the beach and easy access to markets etc. When our kids were younger it was great.
Its noisy: street noise and family noise (grandfathers looking for grandma's room with the grand kids at 6 am!) the immediate street scape is busy and dirty. Not the lovey day spas and nice shops you get in Legian and Seminyak. for young adults and Baby boomers parnets its not the best option.
the different places to sit and enjoy the beach
no minibar not sure if it was because of schoolies week
location swimming pool breakfast
no free wifi connection in room
We loved the location and we had our special anniversary and got a nice upgrade which made it even more special. The Food is excellent and prices for beer etc is reasonable Highly recommended
They need a pool for young children. Ita far too deep for small children.
The food was beautiful, good variety. Rooms clean well serviced. Working aircons. Great security and excellent hospitality from hotel workers. Would stay again. The staff bend over backwards to make your stay awesome.
Our whole family loved the service from all your staff members with special thanks to, Gedu,Lola,Juni and Arma. Our intentions now are to book another holiday in March for our Daughters 18th birthday that's the impression your Resort has left on my family and would be our 2nd visit to your beautiful country Bali.
The dislikes were minimal to the experience which was the shower head had to be tied back, bath room door handle was loose and the dull lighting in the room but apart from that everything else was excellent.
Great location, nice pool, friendly staff
Couldn't believe how old and dirty looking the bed sheets were. The towels weren't much better. Felt unclean using them.
have to pay for wifi no conditioner provided got our room bookings wrong on arrival power kept going out noisy room
large pools needs a good cleaning. some updating needed of over all
The customer service was amazing, the staff were so friendly and genuinely interested in talking to you. I can not stress how comforting it is to have a friendly smile and conversation with staff when you are in a foreign country. When we first got to Bali in the evening it was a bit over whelming but once we got into the resort it felt like we were in paradise. Beers and food were so cheap! E.g We got two main meals (which were delicious) beers and desert for about $30nzd total. The setting was great, it had awesome night entertainment and it really was appealing to the eye. Juni who works at one of the bars there was especially friendly! There are 3 pools at the resort which are all great, it's near the beach also which is a bonus. (Literally right next to the beach) Overall a great time and would definetly be going back!
The amount of "schoolies" (young Australians just out of school) that were there at the time when we visited, they were rude to the staff at times and had mostly no concern for other guests by being loud and rowdy. This is not the resorts fault thou!! I felt sorry for the staff at times and I'm sure not every schoolie is like this. I hope. Also one other thing was the air conditioning in room 618 leaks water if on for too long.. No biggie thou. Overall great stay
Nice swim up bar in pool
The superior room given was not the same as advertised. Staff were rude when approached.
In pool bar Centralised services
Terrible wi-fi in rooms
I loved the area and having beach front. The food was great and the pools lovely and clean
The bed linen and towels need to be replaced more often.
South kuta, the beach and markets are very close to the resort which is awesome. The food at the boardwalk was fresh and affordable, breakfast staff were very friendly, the environment and the garden incl. pools was lush and lovely, the laundry service was heaven sent.
the price of the family room -aus $240 -wasn't worth it, small, old, grotty, bad sheets, no mini bar no garden view. The pool bar staff appear to be a bit off with fairies
