Very good location. Staff were friendly and the pools were excellent. The room I stayed in was very very basic. Badly in need of makeover. |

The hotel has undergone an extensive upgrade in its external facilities. There are three excellent swimming pools, excellent bar and food facilities, and an inviting beachfront facade. The hotel is very family friendly and extremely well located. |

English speaking staff were very friendly and made our stay a home away from home. Everynight was enjoyable around the pool with good food at reasonable prices. Rooms need updating (without a price hike) including the linen which was in desperate need of replacing. |

All aspects of our stay at Bali Garden Beach Resort were enjoyable and hassle free. There was a smiling face to greet us at the airport, efficient reception check in, pleasant waitstaff, rooms were seviced whilst at breakfast and the recently renovated pool areas (3 in total) and gardens are a delight. This would have to be one of the prime locations with true beach frontage - suberb sunsets! |

Central location to all Kuta facilities,very friendly staff ,easy direct access to beach . Pool area was under construction , hotel is old but attempts being made to upgrade it . |

The hotel staff was very frendly The hotel was not expecting me complteley and took time to get my room ready so had to wait a coupel of hours in the lobby and hotel has no in house 24 hr coffee shop |

Location Location this hotel has it all, under renovations at the moment should be great once finished. The rooms are looking a bit tired and require renovation, the outside is under renovation at the moment the main pool just opened on the day we where leaving, hopefully they continue onto the rooms. Bathrooms in particular. |

Good location, close to shopping center and beach side, easy access from the airport. This aging hotel, Safe Dposit not working, no Coffee Cup & Tea spoon, old interior, with house type lighting only, staff responses very slow. |
