Bra hotell, trivelge og rene rom, meget bra service, spa, svoemmebasseng og mat! Strand ok, men stor forskjell paa hoey og lavvann. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit! |

This hotel was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. Better than expected. Staff were terrific. Many reviewers wrote about having to cross the road ( which isnt busy to begin with ) and they have a security guard that stops traffic for you anyway - Honestly ... this was no issue at all. |

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. The bed was really nice too. Great amenities (flat TV screen with a lot of channels), hair dryer in the bathroom, sandals, etc. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. The three pools plus beachside location was awesome. It's located quite far from the main towns, so transportation can be quite expensive. Also, they didn't allow extra beds, which could be quite a hassle if you are in a group of three. |

The staff was very friendly and attentive, breakfast was delicious,spa wonderful, the amenities, design. Too much seaweed in the water in front of hotel, very noisy at night because of the airplanes which lane of taking off, trespasses above the hotel, the smell of mould in the room.The fact that we had to pay 40 usd per day to benefit of a room on the beach. |

Romms are good sized and well designed Yes extreemly poor booking service. When I arrived at 12midnight I found out that there is no room available for me, after I have pre paid more than a month in advance. Rooms were not made untill 5 pm in the afternoon and the bills were incorrect. |

The breakfast was the best we have ever had and the service from staff was fantastic. The swim up bar was not very user friendly, it was cold in the pool and not a comfortable bar to sit at. |

The hotel embraced the 'spirit' of Bali quite well. Very clean. very helpful staff...most of the time. I thought the food was very ordinary. Unimaginative menus and too much emphasis on buffet style eating. There was no real experience of Bali cuisine and my wife and I found that very disappointing... it is one of the reasons we ate out most of the time. The selection of white and red wine were awful and incredibly expensive for 'cheap' wine. |

Part of the hotel is not near the beach. We were given a room on the opposite side of the road and had to always cross a street to get to the main part of the hotel. |

Friendly staff , always happy to help. felt it was bad that in such a hot cliamate no refrigeration was used for food being served , like deserts, cut fruit and raw poultry and meat for bbq and grill. This needs to be improved as food will go off in minutes |

The staff were absolutely fantastic. There was nothing too hard or out of the way for the staff. Incredible work ethic, stunning hotel. Wasn't pleased to arrive at airport to no transfer as requested, disappointed nothing was done to rectify the situation. My partner works for an airline, her information was taken upon arrival but nothing was changed so I'm not sure what the point was?? Overall, was an outstanding stay. Couldn't speak more highly of the staff and hotel. |

酒店环境还不错,我们住在garden wing,和beach wing隔一条小路,但还比较方便。泳池不错,水温适宜,人不多。很好。 最后走的时候说我们用了minibar的巧克力,要收费。这一点让我们感觉很不高兴。但后来他们重新核实,- 取消了收费。 |

L'hotel est superbe, il se marie à merveille dans le décor, on l'appercoit à peine de l' extérieur, cela change de ces gros bloc de béton qui occupe de plus en plus les plages. La piscine est reposante, avec un design très balinais, et juste à coté de la plage, grandiose. Le personnel est accueillant, c'est un lieu ou l'on se sent reposé et en sécurité. Devoir traverser la route suivant dans quelle partie est votre chambre pour acceder au restaurant et à la plage n'est pas du tout contraignant. La plage est recouverte d'algue, l'eau aussi, ce qui empeche de pofiter pleinement de cette eau tellement chaude bien agréable, sans parler des jets ski qui défillent sans cesse à marée haute. Quand au lieu géographique ne vous attendez pas à découvrir une quelconque agitation ou activité à pratiquer aux alentours de l'hotel, Benoa est desert, vous aurez juste le choix de quelques restaurants sur la route qui mène à l'hotel |

do quarto, uma cabana em frente à praia, da praia com agua a 27ºc, das piscinas todas, da animação do hotel, da comida, dos sumos naturais, da simpatia das pessoas, do facto de ser perto de varios restaurantes do ar condicionado no quarto, que não fazia frio e nos fazia morrer de calor a noite |

L'accueil et la nouriture sont excellentes. De plus l'hôtel est bien intégré dans son environnement contrairement aux autres hôtels proches qui sont de grands batiments modernes. Le fait de traverser une rue pour se rendre aux restaurants ou à la plage ne constitue pas un handicap car les chambres sont au calme contrairement à la plage où les activités nautiques motorisées sont ininterrompues |
