Playing around the beach not comfortable

The room was nice with excellent facilities including one of the best showers I have ever used. The private beach area is clean and secure with large lounge chairs and plenty of shade. There are no waves on this side of the island and therefore it is perfect for snorkelling or a lazy float in the clear water. Restricted peddlers made us comfortable,, hassle free. kids were happy to play in the sand, they love water sports very much like banana boat, flying fish, and crazy doughnut,,very easy to get all that kind of activities from their private beach...

It's right on the beach, which is very well kept. For me - they redefined the definition of customer service. Be it a converter for my laptop or a free cake for A-club members or welcome head message or a garland of orchards for us as we were honeymooners - they were always on top of everything and very crisp with it.

The hotel is designed in a very beautiful traditional style,like no other hotel in the area. Beach excellent for swimming and snorcheling,no waves-but unly until early afternoon,otherwise the tide is so low the water disapears and swimming is not possible. Room service and maintanance prompt. Majority of guests Russian,followed by some Chinese,German, French, but the hotel is split into 2 parts so you won't see too many people around anyway. We got upgrated to tropical terrace room-very nice bathroom and a terrace.Try the cocktails from the beach bar during happy hour,you buy 1 and get another for free. One of the ladies in the hotel spa was really really expert in massage(dont remember the name),she was able to feel the muscles and really locate the problem area. But of course you'll pay much much more then in the spas outside. Buffet breakfast OK..but don't expect Shangri-la :-). I would return to Novotel because of the beautiful traditional design and also because they have a tennis court, which was the reason why we chose them.

When we arrived the bathtub had couple of long black hair all over it and after we took a shower we realized there was not enough big towels-they put only one,we had to ask for more.The real problem for me was the bed,I prefer softer matress and flat pillows-unfortunately the matress was very hard and pillows so high and hard I couldnt use them and slept on my hand..got a very bed sleep the whole stay.But If hard bed and hard pillows are your favourite you might like it.No consistency in food offered in the hotel-the same dish from room service was absolutely delicious (mie goreng),so we ordered it from the beach restaurant Coco's..it was unedable,the chicken was compelty dry,the sauces were different from what we got from room service. Be aware that the rooms have very thin walls..you'll hear everything from your neighbours,from babies crying to people talking.

This hotel is beautifully designed. The hotel staff were very friendly and always on hand. Food and drink were very expensive in the hotel but some great restaurants just outside the hotel. We had one of the garden rooms. if I stayed there again I would ask to be further back from the road as you could here the whistle from the security outside. Lovely hotel in all.

The staff at the restaurant (during bfast) should be trained professionally to improve their skill not to be ridiculously to let the cups fallen on the floor!!

Pemandangan laut nya bagus , bisa bermain di tepi pantai , suasana hotel nya bagus , bisa lihat matahari terbit .

Klu ketempat wisata selain Benoa , lumayan jauh .
