地点太偏，在贫民区。酒店的合作TAXI太黑了，起标价高，而且会兜很多路收很高的路费

房间的空调声音比较大，影响睡眠。

My stay has been a wonderful one. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Absolutely no remarks. I will suffice by saying..maintain this hospitality level.

disturbing smell besides hotel area, the gutter giving dead rat smell. Hotel's management need to work with community to clean it if they want to attract more people to stay. This is the only reason people will not come back. If Hotel's management can do clean this along with community, this hotel could be the most favourite hotels in that area

check-in receptionist wanted a deposit plus full stay payment up front. Had to explain that we will give either one of it and not both. A senior receptionist was more interested in a call than welcoming guests. we had to point and ask for welcome drink. The bad taste continued when entered the room. The bed sheets and pillows were used ones and not changed, tea/cofee not replaced, bathroom not equiped properly, very used towels always provided. Location near a slum area and a very bad out of sort location. The only good thing was a shuttle transport to a nearby shoping mall. The staff finds it very difficult to communicate in English many times errors were made. Booking.com seriously should re rate this hotel on their web site.The room we got is compact small and the bathroom is so small.

cleaning the room was not perfect always missing some thing and you have to ask again and again to get the missing items , the hotel location is very bad smelly place and narrow roads this hotel fate away from the ocean but showing photos give feeling that it is on the ocean side which is not real.

The room was very confortable, the staff very polite. We enjoyed the pool and the spa as well. Our stay was overall very enjoyable.

The fact that when we were given the key to our room we had to go back downstairs because it wasn't working 3 times. The room service food, the quantity was satisfying but the price/quality was low. I ate better satay for 2 dollars in the streets of Jakarta. There could be some improvement to make there.

The staff are friendly , hotel clean , breakfast was nice, our room was big but washroom was small . Shopping centre are near. Check in and check out iade very quick .

Evening time so many mosquito are in the lobby, lift are slow and not enough for 33 floors. Hotel location is not good. And there is no Wifi in the room.

Lif system requires configuration as its stop at all floor. I was at 32 floor. Noticed all guests were complaining about the lif system.

Loved the friendly staff & very polite. It's the Indonesian culture to be so - very welcoming.

Staff at concierge will ask where u r going and will try to get u to take taxi from their hotel - most of them start @ idr 7500-9000 (White Horse / Silver Bird) - best is to say no politely n try to find Blue Bird Taxi idr 6000 - a short walk to main road will have u find plenty of blue bird - also blue bird taxi waiting at hotel will charge extra 5000 idr as some guest would order them n not turn up. Swimming Pool - it's freaking cold as hell - ok for a hot day

We are staying in a suite room and the room is very spacious, very clean and the hotel facilities is nice. Hotel restaurant is very clean. The staff here are very friendly. This hotel also provide Free Shuttle to/from local major shopping place. Overall, the Hotel is nice.

The location is a little tricky. Although the hotel situated near (20 mins walking distance) to major shopping places, but it is located within the lower residence district of Mangga Dua area and the area during nightlife are a little scary. We have to avoid walking during the night. Even then, on the way back to the Hotel, our taxi driver did not even familiar with this hotel name and we end up asking so many people just to reach our hotel.

1. Food is a bit tasteless 2. Lift which used by tenant/resident was smelly. 3. Our room on 1st night didn't function and changed room on 2nd night. However luggage wasn't been sent to the new room as promised.

The lifts are not linked to each other so often had long waits and then 2 lifts would arrive. Staff could clean windows and floors more

Have Wi-Fi in the room. Then I able to use my smart phone to contact with my family.
