“ Very friendly, lovely and helpful staff. Hotel right next to the beach with a lovely view across the ocean. The room was simple but clean and adequate. We had a good sea view. Good selection of food at breakfast. Lovely spa facilities too. ”

Located on the southeast coast of Bintan Island, the beachfront Bintan Agro Beach Resort & Spa boasts a variety of recreational facilities. It features a spa and 2 swimming pools. Very friendly, lovely and helpful staff. Hotel right next to the beach with a lovely view across the ocean. The room was simple but clean and adequate. We had a good sea view. Good selection of food at breakfast. Lovely spa facilities too. The food doesn't really cater for healthy eaters but a good choice otherwise. By that I mean no brown bread, not much fresh fruit on the menu. The hotel restaurant didn't really cater for the vegetarian palate but the seafood restaurant on the pier had a much better choice. The beach isn't really good for swimming as it's shallow even at high tide. Pool is small for number of rooms and I imagine in the height of the season it may be a bit crowded! Aircon turned itself off twice in one night and the walls were quite thin which kept us awake one night!

очень ухоженная большая территория, два бассейна, бесплатный трансфер с пристани, бесплатный трансфер в соседний отель кабану (там пляж лучше),красивая природа рядом, практически незаметный персонал, атмосфера релакса и расслабления, я ее назвала "индонезийской ленью" очень далеко от пристани в лагое, ехали 1ч20мин, большинство еды острое, очень мало фруктов, в море купаться невозможно из-за сильных отливов и наличия нефти на водорослях и камнях, сама вода чистая

utsikten fin resturang Sun Moons mat var ok fint spa m bra behandlingar vänlig personal hela hotellanläggningen inkl rummen upplevs som gammal och sliten och i akut behov av renovering; omöjligt att bada i havet p g a extrem långgrundhet och tidvattnet; hemsnickrade solstolar utan madrasser och totalt 2 parasoller vid poolen; smutsigt ostädat gym; hotellets fyra stjärnor kan bara förklaras av okunnighet hos den/de som beslutat om detta eller muta. Falsk marknadsföring att booking.com saluför detta hotell som fyrstjärnigt samt undviker att informera om transfertiden från hamnen i sunkig, skumpig och obekväm buss.

Insgesamt relativ billiger Ausflug von Singapur nach Indonesien mit kurzem Einblick in das dortige Leben, recht günstige Möglichkeit landestypisch und in netter Lage im "Sun-Moon-Restaurant" zu essen Ziemlich abgenutzte Einrichtung, Schimmel in den Ecken in Bad, fast keine Liegen am Pool und am Meer, schlechte Wasserqualität für das Baden im Meer

Food is reasonably priced at Sun Moon restaurant. The more than one hour's drive from the ferry terminal is way too long, if you're just getting away for the weekend. To make things worse, the journey was very windy, so would not be good for people prone to motion sickness. The electricity runs on generators, so running water is often either too hot or too cold. If you like water sports, they have the basic banana boat activity, but not much else. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, mainly because of its location from the terminal.
