Not very crowded a resort. Just enough to feel comfortable. Excellent accommodation.

The room was spacious, and we loved being right on the beach front. Free wifi in the communal area was a bonus we didnt expect. The shuttle to Agro was handy, as the spa and snorkelling trips from there were both excellent, as was the seafood at the restuarant on the pier.

The trip from the ferry is quite long, but was confortable and prompt. The shuttle bus service is infrequent to Agro resort which was awkward for dining.

the staff are very helpful. Room is quite clean as well.The food is quite nice except the breakfast.

The breakfast is not as good as I expect, a bit disappointed.

Not much to do! Most of the thing I wanted to do were prohibited for .... mine own safety !! Cycling only in the resort (400 m on 100 m), kayking only if you stay at 100 meters from where they rent , going to the island at low tide .. Verrry dangerous it was quite frustrating and I for sure do not recommend to active people to stay more than a couple of days ...

Right in front of the beach, beautiful nature. The staff was very helpful, I couldn't book saturday and sunday on booking because it was fully booked, so I only booked friday, when I wrote to the hotel to see if it happens any guest cancel their reservation, it actually did, so they kept the room for me, and I'm still on the island writitng this comment, wonderful experience.

Only there's nothing around, I could only have food in the hotel the whole time.

海滩很美，性价比很高，听着涛声入眠，很适宜的度假地点。

交通不是很方便，需要提前预定。

Отель на пляже. Красиво, мало народа. Предоставляется бесплатный трансфер из/в отель.

Рядом нет никаких развлечений, магазинчиков.

Extremely friendly staff

Большая комната (люкс), есть тапочки, чайник с чаем и кофе, телевизор большой хороший. У меня была с собой флешка с фильмами и я отлично скоротала время, когда шел дождь:) Есть небольшая терраска с видом на море. Приятный персонал. Я заказала в баре кокос свежий и коктейль и мне принесли это все на мою террасу:) Море в 50 метрах. Правда, я попала на период отливов, но за полдня я накупалась вдоволь! Еда тоже понравилась в общем то. За такие деньги это то, что можно ожидать на Бинтане. Если обратите внимание, другие отели намного дороже.

Очень и очень старые полотенца. Постельное белье тоже не первой молодости... Хотя все чистое, но ощущение так себе. Мне повезло, что я не сноб и не из сильно брезгливых. Я жила рядом с баром. Они вечером довольно громко врубали музыку, но в 9 они ее почти выключали уже:) То есть играла еле еле. Насекомые. Я их не люблю - они меня кусают всегда. Там их немало. Обязательно берите с собой фумигатор и мазь от комаров. В общем, соотношение цена-качество себя оправдывают. Опять же оговорюсь, что это применимо именно к Бинтану. Если б я в Европе за такие деньги имела бы такое качество, я б устроила им такой скандал...

Personnel accueillant, chambre spacieuse et super propre, lit confortable. repas à prix raisonnable. super vue de bord de mer.

Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Tout est fait pour être au calme. ce fut l'un de nos plus beaux week end. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimés. Je conseille aussi les massages fait juste en face de la mer.

Super séjour de 3 nuits à l hôtel,la vue est magnifique, chambre face à la mer, repas correct et pas cher à l hôtel. Personnel charmant, chambre agréable, propre. La piscine à Cabana est sympa et la navette gratuite de l hôtel agro permet aussi de profiter de la piscine sur l autre site et d'internet a pied, possible d'aller au village des pêcheurs, et la route du port à l hôtel vaut le coup !! Bref super agréablement surprise, bon rapport qualité prix, et surtout beaucoup plus typique et local que les grand ressorts du nord de l île

So many mosquito and far away from ferry station...

We chose the hotel because of some of the facilities it offered (bar, karaoke) but the karaoke bar was not operating throughout our stay and the bar had been closed on Sunday (24 mar 13). It would only be fair to remove the advertising of the karaoke on your websites and brochures unless you intend to have it fixed. It would be good to run the bar throughout the week as well. The staff at the gift shop take a long time to process payments made in Singapore dollars for something that could be as small as an ice cream. I'm especially unhappy with the breakfast spread. It's so horrible that you should feel ashamed to offer breakfast, even if it is for free.
