The staff were generally friendly. The food at 3D & Orza restaurants were great, albeit expensive. The pool was not crowded when we were there, so that was nice. The villa was no that expensive because we booked early.

I have read on tripadvisor that this place was daylight robbery, so it was. For the money we spent at the villa, which was not well maintained - leaking ceiling from shower above, water heater not working, insufficient towels provided at the first day - food was expensive. They basically know there is nowhere else to go, so you have to eat there. No competition, they monopolize the economy. The oleh-oleh market was a massive disappointment too.

We liked everything! We expected the resort will be good, but it was just great! The dinning ambiance and food were just perfect. The facilities and location wasn't different, just excellent. The staff? Most friendly and willing to help whenever we needed.

Friendly and polite staff. Experience driver to drive us around. Good recommendations by the staff. Knowledgable as some staff are locals. Nice pool. Beautiful beach by the hotel. Not bad for breafast varieties. Good for short getaway trip.

It's really far away from city where the locals normally shop and hang out at. But anyway, this is a resort, supposed to be away from city I guess. Other recreations like Go Kart and Flying Fox are away from hotel too. Inconvenient. Restaurants aren't many in the hotel.
