Bintan Lagoon Resort  

Es hat einen wunderschönen Pool, die Anlage ist sehr schön und der Strand/das Meer herrlich. Das Personal war immer freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Resort ist sehr abgelegen, man kann nicht einfach irgendwohin spazieren und dia Preise im Hotel sind- für indonesische Verhältnisse- sehr hoch. Es gibt keine Busse, d.h. wenn man mal aus der anlage rausmöchte, muss man ein extrem teures Taxi nehmen.

Gutes Essen im den Restaurants (Italiener, 3 Degrees), nettes personal, toller Pool, nettes Zimmer (schönes Design). Werden wiederkommen.

Die Anlage und speziell das Pool sind ausgezeichnet geplant und ausgeführt. Der Strand und das neue Starndrestaurant sind absolute Spitzenklasse.

Die Nordostasiatischen Gäste waren sehr laut. Das hat aber offensichtlich mit der Kultur der Chinesen zu tun.

Service is sub-standard. Reached at 1pm, was told that I can check in at 2pm. Waited till 3pm still couldn't check in. Finally got a room at 4pm. Recept is not apologetic. Room is at the very far end, facing the jungle wall. Beach is very far. Restaurant by the sea has one of the worse service. Waited for a green curry and pasta for nearly an hour. Nobody clean up the table though the waiters and waitresses walked around. Asked them to clean, they just take one plate and left, never to come back again! Was ready to leave when the food finally came. Expensive and not worth it at all. Overall the experience is fairly negative. I would not come back to this place again.

Can use facilities even if we haven't checked in our room and after we have checked out. Has a resto at the pool area. Rooms very cozy and clean.

1. Long waiting time when ordering food, 2. Nothing exciting about what the resort can offer, 3. Pool and beach area closed at 6pm, 4. Food and souvenirs cost unbelievably high compared to hotels in Singapore, 5. Buffet lunch/dinner does not have much variety of foods to cater different tastes or cravings. 6. no aircon at the lobby and its shops!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Good resort for a weekend trip and for just relaxing at the pool or beach.

The hotel is already older and due to it is location activities outside are limited. The food variety is limited and the qualitiy is varying, the prices are by far toooo expensive. You can expect additional 50 SGD / day per person for food.

Room service was prompt and of reasonable quality. Should really improve on the recipe of the fried kway tiao.

I wish there were more activities available for my six year old daughter. Apart from t shirt painting, she had found nothing interesting in the club house.

The Bintan Lagoon Resort is located approximately 20 minutes by resort bus from the Ferry Terminal. Accomodation is excellent and was as advertised. The hotel staff were helpful and eager to assist. Theonly downside on arrival is the inevitable line at check-in as teh bus from the ferry delivers around 40 people at once. The beach view is variable - some rooms have a clear view, others are partially obstructed by trees planted around the resort. The included breakfast as well presented and varied, providing for all tastes. The one meal at the 3Degress was excellent, with a great location on the outside verandah oevrlooking teh white sand beach with a full moon rising oevr the evening horizon.

Nice resort hotel with two exellent golf courses. Staff were friendly and the room was very nice, clean and good size with own private balcony. I would recomend this hotel for golfers or beach sports lovers. The white sandy beach was very nice.

It took a long time to get checked into the hotel (standing in a que for 30 mins) and after arriving at 12.30pm we could not get into our room until 3pm. Our room only provided one big bath towel so we had to request more. Checking out was also a struggle with large que in a very hot lobby and it was a 12clk check out after a 3pm check-in??. The golf course was approx a 5min walk away but yet we could not get a buggy to take us there with our clubs and bags, does not sound a big deal but in the heat of the afternoon and after queing so long it just felt like another let down for a 5 star hotel.

The restaurant by the beach is really great. Access to tennis, Golf, the driving range, walking down the beach is also fabulour.

There is little around the hotel. Prices at the hotel are expensive and hence you can easily spend more than you would have anticipated because of the costs. I would recommend for snacks or even it you want to have a pre-dinner wine, to consider taking your own.
