- the room is good but little bit dirt because so near from nature. - the room so big for me solo traveler - the best view - near dowtown of ubud
- wi fi sometimes not work - mosquitooo
I like the environment ，peaceful, quiet , nice scenery
The staff were so good/helpful and nice. The free taxis into town were very useful. The breakfast was good.
Geckos in the room.
Pools were great and breakfast pancake was scrumptous.
There was a spotlight that shone all night next to my bedroom window and the curtains were thin. I did not get much sleep. I asked the staff if it could be turned off by them but it did not occur so I spent three nights trying to sleep with a pillow over my head.
The location of the apartments set amongst the green rice terrace is so serene and relaxing. The apartments are very private and quite spacious The staff are good and friendly and even came to pick us up from our restaurant the first night - complementary. The swimming pool is large enough and warm and we were the only people using it- so it felt like our own private pool And as for Ubud - what can I say other than I wish I was there right now.
Breakfast was a very simple affair - just select from the menu. But that selection wasnt great. The breakfast itself was ok but nothing noteworthy. The apartments are also getting a bit old. Nothing broken or bad just a bit old. Finally the large double bed we had was just two singles joined together. It was still comfortable but not outstandingly so FINAL IMPORTANT NOTE: I seems to be a Bali thing that being 2-3km from the main center is still considered "located in the center of town". We walked 20-25 minutes to get to main street. In the heat this might be too much for some people. Thank god for Bintang ! To balance this there is a complementary shuttle into town and taxis are dirt cheap as well
View of the rice paddies Close to the main road yet quiet and private enough Kind and helpful staff Relaxed feel Infinity pool Property was well-maintained and clean
The location is good, near to eateries and shopping streets. Though not spectacular, the environment is quite nice. Breakfast is simple but good enough, could be more substantial. Perhaps the hotel can throw in a padi farming experience.
Because of where it is located (near padi fields), there are lizards and frogs, which could scare some of the urban dwellers. Avoid the spa , especially the hair treatment, as the ladies do not know how to blow dry the hair. Its not worth the money even with 50% discount for hotel guests. The toilet is on the first floor and bedroom on 2nd floor, would be inconvenient for young children or the elderly.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast also very good. the view over the rice terraces was amazing, and the pool area is wonderful!
We had a good Balinese massage there- but the spa seems to need a little renovation and i had to shower in a bathtub in which i found some hair
Location within the rice fields and relatively close to centre. Great infinity pools. Neat room and hygiene.
Breakfast not very much variety. No available snacks or other meals. Note that you have to be able to walk stairs when you stay here!
The view of the rice fields was nice and the location was within walking distance of the main tourist areas.
The room was very worn, the bathroom was especially in need of renovation and proper cleaning. The beds were very soft and felt worn out. The pool behind the reception desk felt very public and Uninviting. The lower pool didn't have enough loungers for the guests.
the padi fields sounds of nature the swimming pool
Staff are lovely and the location is really convenient. Comfortable bed :)
breakfast was minimal. The pancakes were always raw and rubbery... generally disappointed with breakfast. And make sure you have mosquito repellent
Location is good: right next to monkey forrest, but still quiet. Nicely around a rice field: you feel outside the city. Kind staff. Nice sit down breakfast. Good price quality
Sliding-front door of the rooms don't close 100%: could attract bugs. There are quite some animals in the ricefields: they do make a lot of noise in the night. Roosters start 'singing' at 03:00 in the morning. Cleaning is not thorough, but that is seldom anyway in Bali.
Great place to go, quite, but near nice restaurants.
Great location - very quiet just off Main Street. Great views from our room or rice paddy fields and beautiful big veranda with day bed. Staff excellent.
Creaky floor boards
Location was superb. Close to everything, yet quiet. Staff were lovely Gorgeous lower swimming pool
Fruit selection at breakfast was limited considering what is available Some of the rooms had the bedroom on a separate level, with quite steep steps to the bathroom/and entrance Could have done with a paint freshen up.
good location in center Ubud, stunning view (when paddy fields is all green), cozy room with stunning view
i were stayed in 2nd floor, with wood floor i can almost hear people staying at 3rd floor when they walked.. quite annoying
The location of the hotel is great. It is situated between the rice fields en near by the Yoga Barn and just minutes away from some great restaurants.
There were 4 frogs in my bathroom who jumped on my feet while taking a shower. I asked the staff to help me with removing them but after asking it 5 times they still not helped. The Bathroom was very dirty, there was a lot of dust everywhere and you could see that it wasn't cleaned in weeks! The air in the room had a high humidity what was really affecting my health. Before making the reservation for this hotel I called them with the question whether they could serve me a Glutenfree breakfast. They promissed me to serve yoghurt. When I came there they told me I was lying and that I had to pay a 80.000 Rph for the yoghurt. On the second day the manager came to my table and I had the same discussion again. After a while they gave me a spoonful of yoghurt. The rest of my stay I've had breakfast somewhere else. The staff and especially the manager do not or barley speak English.
Very beautiful hotel near rice field. Very kind staff. They provide a ride to the centre for free.
I would not recommand the Spa.
the view, the room, the location, the comfy bed, the pool.
good staff good smile
facing padi field.
Toilet and sleeping room not at a same floor. Very troublesome when midnight want to go to toilet.
Fantastic location easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go
The view in front of paddy field is awesome, 2 infinity pools are unbeatable. The room is spacious and clean. And clean & tidy up everyday, will refill the bottles of water and instant coffee too. Towels changed daily as well. Wifi is strong, no matter where you are in the hotel area. All hotels staff are friendly and helpful, keep smiling always. Location is not far from town (Hamanon Road), just walk within 10 minutes, but quite near to Co Co mart (supermarket) and "Dirty Duck" restaurant!
there are 2 bath areas: bathtub and shower head. No problem when you use the bathtub, but there is flooding when you use the shower head Well, seems that it is a common drainage problem in Bali
The staff was very friendly and the room has perfect view, good for our honeymoon..
Private parking area too small, only fit for 2 cars only..
