i like location of the Hotel and their food

for almost 100 US$ I ordered a room with a private pool, but they gave me a sharing (private) pool and no electricity for 3 hours

The location is very good close to everything. Cleaned regularly

The price is fairly steep for the size of room but there is a good sized private pool.

Great service! Always friendly, helped answer any questions. Really nice rooms. Breaky also good!

Location great, scenery spectacular, staff attentive, room spotlessly clean.

The room and private pool were much smaller than we were expecting.

Very clean with comfortable bed. Air conditioned room which is great as Gili gets very hot. Plunge pool is a great to cool down. Excellent breakfast and restaurant.

No bar fridge or WiFi in rooms.

The hotel is close by to all the restos, bars n mini market ... so whenever u need anything u just need to walk outside n u'll find what u need. The room is nice n clean with a little plunge private pool, just enough for 2 of us to chill out n relax. The b'fast is good. The staff r friendly.

No fridge in the room. We stayed for 3 nights but when we asked for late check out around 2pm (as the boat leaving at 3pm) they were not flexible at all. 12pm check out or they will charge half day.

Liked the small private villa and the lovely staff.

the staff were fantastic we had many laughf with them our toilet got blocked at 8pm they emidatly moved us to another room the breakfast was great along with all the food we diddnt bothe to eat anywere else the beach was out front of resturant there is on cars or scooters there transport is horse and cart or push bike you can ride a push bike around the island in 1hr and swim on deserted beaches the locals were also very frendly

Was awesome,staff great, pool was small but refreshing, room very clean, ask for flowers in room before we arrived and they made a big loveheart shape on the bed was wonderful made my wife very happy, would stay again

Mosquitos were rife in the bathroom and bedroom. Need spray in rooms for use.

The location, its situated on the main road where all the restaurants are and facing the beach. Next to an atm and other shops that sells groceries. Room is clean, staff is friendly. Food not an issue- halal food available, even though they serve bacon for breakfast- the chef is a muslim. Mosque nearby, market place where halal cheap food is available. I enjoyed the stay.

The plunge pool is a bit too small for the single villa, but good enough to cool yourself after day at the beach. If you prefer a large pool to swim in, then this may not be to your liking. There is no minibar in the room, would be good if they have it.

No fridge for 1 bedroom pool villa and the resort only provide one towel for using for bathing and pool

Odd set up with two bedroom actually being separate entries, but lovely clean modern units, and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful management and staff. One of the managers even gave my friend a Bahasa lesson.

It is close to he late night bar so a bit noisy if you want to sleep before 1 a.m.

The private pool was amazing. Upon our request they cleaned the pool perfectly. The room is elegantly designed, the spacious shower has hot water the whole day. Location is excelent - beside Irish Pub. It is a little bit loud, but that did not bother us. It is great to swim in private pool and have music :) No electricity problems as some of the other guest complained. The staff were very friendly. The facility is very private cca 3m wall surrounds the villa - no neighbors can be seen. We liked the room service - you can order anything from the bar outside even just two cold beers. They accept Mastercard.

Fridge in the room would be nice.

Great location, great bar/ restaurant and very quiet.

They turn the electricity off for an hour every day around midday.

locationwise OK, 2 mins walk from Villa Ombak. The water for shower better as its not salt compared with Villa Ombak which provide salt water for shower.

No extra towel to replace the wet one. very difficult to ask the staff (female staff) at that time and need to argue with her for 2 mins to get new towel.

Clean and staff friendly

Location was great, and very comfortable bed. Good to have both hot and cold fresh water shower.

Small bar fridge would have been handy.

The hotel is very well located, just in front of the beach and close to the majority of the restaurant. The rooms are very clean and modern.

The wall of the rooms are very thin and you can hear whatever your neighbour are saying. The small pool is completely useless and a waste of water. The room are incredibly small and if you have two big suitcase it's hard to move. The hotel does accept credit card despite what is written in the web site.
