Staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel, garden and swimming pool are beautyful. The in-house bakery exceeds most Western bakery's by far. |

The warm hospitality shown by the staff right from the front desk to the room service is excellent,always courteous and helpful.The breakfast the hotel provide is my all time favourite. |

Some of the people working there were very very helpful Yes.the 2 managers on duty were rude and did not care about my problem.also the hotel did not want to change my euro notes because it was scribbled on,and they didnt want to change my dollar notes either because they were from 1996.ridiculous!!!!! |

Services provided by the hotel to our workshop were on time and of a high standard. Despite ordering an Executive Room, it had no bathtub. Also, the bathroom was open to the bedroom via a hatch. Some grouting in the shower was discoloured/loose and needed replacement. |

Everything is what you would expect for a hotel at this grade aimed at international travellers but with a nice local flavour. Business centre well set up and with helpful staff. Internet overpriced but for short period access the business centre offers much lower rates. |

Το ξενοδοχείο προσέφερε άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση-αποροία με πολύ μεγάλη προθυμία. Σίγουρα χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Θα ανέβει τουλάχιστον μία κατηγορία. Νομίζω ότι αδικείται, γιατί έχει φοβερές προδιαγραφές και δεν τις εκμεταλλεύεται. |
