Love this place. Peaceful, clean and beautiful.Great location. I can only recommend if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your holidays..

my friends and I lovdour private villa were we could swim when we wanted beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms we also shopped and had A big fridge and kitchen to make snacks and drinks before going out.the staf are veryhelpful and most times there is A car to drop U off always make sure U tip the driver.the other greatthing is the cook for breakfast but most times we did our own

Space and design of the 3 Bedroom Villa and having a breakfast cooked in front of you each morning while relaxing by your own pool.

The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful though the are not trained well.

The staff was very friendly to me. The rooms were kept clean. The villa its self was peaceful and relaxing making it seem as if it was paradise in and of itself. Everything was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

The only problem was that it was relatively far from kuta, however, seminyak was just around the corner and the beach was a 8min walk.

Spaciousness

The rooms are abit dirty and towels are not white and clean. Towels look wore out in grey colors and with stains.

No options for twin beds/additional beds.

I liked all the staff free wifi also the clean rooms all the time

I didn't like that there is no air con at reception as you arrive you should be sat in the cool also the workers should have air con in reception there should be a tv and telephone in the ktchen lounge area

It was very hard to drag ourselves away from the peace and tranquility of the villa! The pool was a big hit with our three children. The whole villa had a great sense of privacy. Yet you still could enjoy benefits of hotel accommodation. Breakfast each morning was fantastic!

Looks good and "designed" but on closer inspection, run down, uncomfortable seating and comfort in all rooms poor. Location is excellent and traffic although disturbing at receptions does not effect villas. Liked the spa.

The villas have potential, location is good and I liked how the villas are placed, good floor plan of villa and reasonable size pool. In picture it all looks very good... unfortunately pictures do not tell you about comfort and fuctionality. Room service....they try but, staff's English knowledge is very low, even simplest things you ask for like; “can I have 2 wine glasses (they do not have wine so we bought it locally) and a wine cooler”? Answer; don’t have???!!! After me making fuss, and wine was listed on dine in menue, but in the end they did manage to find us one white and one red wine glass. Tried to ask for champagne flutes, not a chance. I asked for candles or tea lights to villa, took them 30min and as usual first answer was, “sorry,no have”. Breakfast took 50 minutes to prepare in our room and I wish they had not, I'm not fond of cold runny eggs on burned toast and cold instant coffee. Next day we asked them to just deliver ingredients and we prepared breakfast ourselves...better. In room dining was delivered from local restaurants in area, so I suggest you eat out! This way you get service, choice, vine in glasses and food served hot on plates. None of this is available when ordered to your villa. The concept is brilliant, have nothing extra, just get it when customer asks for it...but then management has to learn to anticipate, train staff in art of service and good English and managers should check that all villas are in perfect condition before customers check in. I expected simple things like; spider webs removed, white clean sheets, towels that are not ripped, shower head that spreads water on you, not the room, two glasses for two persons (not one) and plates that are not chipped...that would be the least. One big plus was lovely lemongrass shampoo and shower gel in big bottles and bvilla spa. Will not stay here again and was not value for money, sorry!

Staff were so friendly and helpful they made the stay extra special. Having your own pool was fantastic.

Internet was slow, thought there was wi fi but it didn't work once.

My family members lot of complain of this villa. They provide free shuttle but only have one driver on shif. Every time you request shuttle to kuta the staff must said :" our driver are pick up another guest ." We request late check out about 1p.m but the staff refuse . They said must check out 12 shard. I am very disappointed their service .

Very friendly and helpful staff, close to the animated streets of Seminyak, which has many bars, restaurants and shops, excellent spa, delicious breakfasts

Price too high for a one-bedroom villa with such conditions, a bathroom a little bit in need of repair, an old utensils for cooking and a small refrigerator in the kitchen.

отдыхали с друзьями, 6 человек, 3 домика, одна общая вилла. понравилось обслуживание, вежливые, всегда готовы помочь. после check-out мы оставили свои вещи, а вечером перед самолетом, нам предоставили свободную виллу, чтобы переодеться и принять душ. хороший бассейн. везде было достаточно чисто. номера уютные. кровати отличные. кондиционеры отлично работали. оригинальная ванная комната. убирали каждый день, меняли все полотенца. уютная вилла, всем оборудованная. нам все понравилось.

Wi-fi хорошо ловил вне номера, в общей зоне, но это не большая проблема. был скудный завтрак, только яичница или панкейки с напитками типа юппи, фрукты не вкусные. больше минусов не увидели. но в целом все хорошо, нам понравилось.

Het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam.

Prijs/kwaliteit is scheef. Villa is wat verouderd. Ontbijt kan wat gevarieerder.

我们定的三居别墅，服务很好，因为我们孩子多，饮食不习惯，晚餐基本在酒店自己做的，米饭是把米送到前台，- 酒店给我们做好了送回别墅的，早餐是服务生在- 屋里给做好的，时间也是按照我们时间过来，服务一流，每天收拾的很干净，游泳池有点小，不过4个6岁的孩子- 能玩的很开心，有一次的免费接机服务

离海滩有点远，我们步行半个小时才到达，玩了一会就有别的酒店服务生把我们赶走了，好在这边海水浪很大，只- 能玩玩，不能游泳。

Een heerlijke villa met goed personeel. De prijs / kwaliteit is goed. Ik vind het geen 5* maar de prijs is dat ook niet. Absoluut een aanrader!

Het ontbijt mag gevarieerder, na 6 dagen het zelfde word het een beetje saai. Maar verder viel niks tegen, helemaal fijn.
