Loction was good. Tvs are good. My son slept in media room at loved it Dripping taps terrible mirrors, mold in pool not enough care or service.not welcoming much. Food fair. Not enough room cleaning up no turn down service unless you reminded them getting tired and old for money one key for three bedroom how silly was that

the reception was not very flexible with check out time, which is unlike Bali. the toilet area has always a disturbing pee smell due to the electronic flushing. i dont think the flushing system is working very well

The villa is the perfect place to relax. Fabulous rooms and everything thought of. Great sound system and lovely well appointed kitchen very hi tech ! The private pool is just wonderful. Would have liked a microwave in the kitchen and some proper coffee with breakfast not the usual sachets. Minor details ...

smart villa - words speaks for itself. Everything has a remote control from curtains, inside pool speakers, lights, etc. a highly tech villa. Location is ideal too. Probably lost a bit of the Bali touch and feel because the villa is way too high tech - look and feel. Also high tech means that one has to be really technology savvy to enjoy it. We had to call the technician in we have problem working the jaccuzi, ipod to amp, etc.

The villa was amazing!!! Just as on photos from www.bookong.com, we really liked the swimming pool, it was pretty big and clean! And also we enjoyed the music on our villa, which you can connect from your computer or Iphone, the villa is really smart)) I suggest you to stay there and enjoy your vacation on Bali! I didn't like the breakfast on our villa, variation and quality of fruits was quite bad.. Also, when we did check out, the staff on reception tried to deceive us on a fairly large amount of money, so i suggest you to be more careful and recount everything on your last day!

酒店地理位置很好，就在水明漾广场边上，周边很多餐厅，都是步行5-10分钟就可以到达，酒店的房间很大，我们订的是3房的，每个房间都有大床和独立的卫浴设备，使用的设备都- 挺smart，冰箱带制冰，洗手间有桑拿，还有一个很大的按摩床，很适合几家一起住 泳池很大，深度也够，游起来很畅快 首先，入住的时候前台只有一个员工，而且看上去一点都不像前台，事实证明的确如此，因为该酒店在我入住前2- 天就在我预定时留的信用卡上扣除了我所有的房费，而且入住时都没有告之，又再度收取了一次所有的房费，等我- 回家后才发现酒店重复收费，再和booking联系和银行交涉，费了一番功夫才把一笔房费退还，这点我表示- 非常气愤不满，酒店管理很有问题。这是此行最让我不满意的地方 再有就是酒店的确设备很先进，但唯一欠缺的就是居然不是中央空调，房间里的挂壁式空调就在床头，每天睡觉都- 对着脚吹，实在是有点冷。 再有就是早餐不准时，每天都要打电话催才会来，订好8:30，基本都要晚15分钟以上

进入房间有非常惊喜的感觉，屋子敞亮，泳池面积也不小。房间很智能，马桶可以自动掀盖子，还有具有按摩功能- 的浴缸。。。小孩子超喜欢。走路5分钟就可到吃饭的一条街。紧挨著名的ku de ta. 订的2卧室别墅，介绍上说是2个卧室，外加一个具备按摩床的娱乐室。到了酒店，娱乐室是被锁起来的，询问告- 知可以给我个优惠价，就可以把这个娱乐室给我们。有被忽悠的感觉！！！另外，浴缸的按摩功能经常出问题，虽- 然智能但产品质量堪忧。当然，总体看可以说完美的住宿体验。老人小孩都很享受。

第一次入住该酒店，酒店设计不错，入住的三卧室泳池别墅设计很好，房间智能化配置很丰富。这点可以说是该酒- 店的特色。需要注意的是三卧室泳池别墅在设计中实际上应住四个人，其中一个卧室是个圆的按摩床，虽然也能住- 二个人，不过房间的拖鞋与浴衣只配四人份的，通过与酒店协调可提供额外的此类用品，所以最多还是可住6个人- 的。酒店服务人员也很亲切，早餐是送至房间内享用。有个纸牌，将明天早餐想吃的东西勾选上，晚上挂在别墅门- 外就行了。酒店距海滩很近，只需要走大概5分钟，不过酒店并不直面海滩需要从一条小路走过去才行，这有点遗- 憾。听说此家酒店的另一家同品牌DREAMLAND店是有私人海滩的，下次可以去试试。

1) The villas layout 2) The location 1) my credit card was debited for the full amount. It should have been only blocked for that amount. It was nowhere stated that the amount will be fully debited. 2) very less choice for vegetarian breakfast.

オシャレでデザインが素敵！プールが大きくていっぱい遊べました。スタッフはみんな親切で笑顔が絶えません- 。 非日常を体験できます。 食事があまり美味しくなかったかな。
