room lighting needs improvement,a bit dim ,insufficient lighting.wifi should be available in a room not only at the lobby area, inconveince for bussiness minded guest on the go even thpugh there is internet cable connection in the room.Sometime we just use the smartphpne and there where the room should be wifi ready

They are not helpful, I request to call taxi for me in the reception they said "we will call for you if you are going to use our taxi or you call from your room which is chargeable”!! I think helping hotel customer to do phone call is basic roles for hotel concierge, if this hotel has one. Very bad room isolation, you can hear to street noise from their highest floor

It is maybe a bit on the side at least from the Factory Outlet district. The street right in front of the hotel is very shabby and modest.

Exceptional value for money. The breakfast was great. Rooms large and clean. The staff were very helpful in getting taxis and offering helful tips. We were impressed with the spa and sauna. Would definitely stay there again.

The surrounding area is run down and it is not close to shopping areas.

Toilets were clean and room was very spacious.

There was no wifi connection in the hotel rooms, only available at the lobby. However, I was bitten my mosquitoes many times at the lobby.

it's a mere 5 min walk to "PASAR BARU" where you can get all the local stuff like batik, kebaya, etc.. Also easily to get local restaurant.

I requested for a king size bed but what was given to me is they combine two single beds to make a king size bed therefore there's a groove inbetween the beds, in addition the comforters are too small for 2 persons & the pillows are not comfortable too ...

Its a luxury hotel to stay and near by shopping area such as pasar baru.

1. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

1. The carpet in the quest room was old, look dirty and a bit smelly when you first came in. 2. Smell of cigarette smoke eventhough the room is non-smoking room.
