Good staff, helpfull people

Goat track that led to its front door Breakfast was pretty average

I enjoyed the pool very much and the bedrooms and care to detail with cleaning were exceptional.

I found that the staff were very polite and pleasant but there was a language barrier. They were very prompt if ever there was an issue. The communication over the breakfast was lacking as we didn't get the process of ordering explained to us. Some guests were rowdy returning home late at night which woke us but they seemed to quiet down faiirly quickly. Small things like I had to call and ask for tea and coffee rather than it being replaced daily, the laundy service was more expensive than a laundy 2 doors down so it made sense to just deliver our laundry there.

Profesjonalna, życzliwa I w każdej chwili pomocna obsługa, świetne śniadania, sprawnie działający internet, czysta woda w basenie, klimatyzacja w pokoju, tv oraz duża lodówka, możliwość wyboru dużej ilości wycieczek po atrakcyjnych cenach. Polecam I z pewnością tam wrócę.

Very private, good for getting away from everything and relaxing (if you have a private pool). Staff were great with bringing us slices of lime and ice for our drinks to mix ourselves :-) They suprised my husband with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to him too!

It's not quite finished, there is no resturant. The showers looked awesome with pebbles on the floor however not comfortable to stand on! Breakfasts were a little 'hit and miss' didn't always get exactly what we ordered. Not enough lounges by the pool. Would be nice to have cocktail service by the pool too.

Badkamer was niet schoon Geen/weinig daglicht in kamer Airco kan de grote kamer niet koelen Saai hotel
